Came here and was assisted by James, he was very friendly and helpful. Got my car in for the oil change and tire rotation in a decent wait time! Also got a quote for brakes and tires and thought it was going to be more!!! Everyone there was pleasant and welcoming! :) I WILL definitely be returning!! Keep up the work Best One of Plymouth!

I just want to say I called ahead to see if they had my tire size in stock and from the call to showing up in person the staff was great and friendly and not only that but thinking I d be paying a little over $100 for a new tire instead my tire was completely repairable and saved me a good chunk, I really appreciate them letting me know that was possible rather then just going ahead and replacing a whole tire. Thank you much! Good luck in the Marshall county competition. My votes are in.

I didn t have to wait too long to get my 2017 Mercedes Benz GLE 350 oil changed. I got greeted immediately right after I pulled up. Kieran and the other guy did the service on my SUV. They did an excellent job. AND I saved $200 + from getting it done at Fort Wayne Mercedes Benz Service! My ride was so smooth driving home. I ll definitely be returning on my next oil change. If anyone is looking for a good oil change place, this is it.

Had to wait almost 2 hours for an oil change today. If the new building addition was an attempt to streamline some processes, it has failed. I've been getting my work truck serviced at the quick lube for years, now I guess I'll have to find another place.

I came in just before closing. I had tried all week to get my truck there. Britney was trying to help me get in! she is awesome!!Then Collin, was extremely helpful and nice about me coming in five mins before close, between them two and the tech (sorry I don t have his name) I was in and out in mere mins!You guys ROCK! You re all always so helpful! It s a pleasure to work with people who care!Thank you guys!

I was charged .$41 dollars for environmental fees when I asked she said shop rags and stuff like that. I haven t looked to see if I was charged tax on that they wanted $300 for two tires I drove to Belle in south bend and saved $150. I don t feel they are operating on a professional level. But they are polite.

Recently we brought our car in for leaking power steering fluid. The first time we took it in we paid for some new parts and labor and things we didn't want done, but assumed it was fixed. Within a week it was still leaking so we took it back in, they found it was leaking elsewhere. They fixed that too. And guess what...it's still leaking. We won't be taking it back for a third time. I am so incredibly disappointed in the fact that our car continues to leak despite the. Fixing it, and that they never called us back regarding another thing we asked them to check out.It should not take multiple trips to fix an issue. And at this point it should not still be leaking. We will absolutely not be using them ever again.

Exceptional says it all. Big truck, small leak in a drive tire. Met me on the street, directed me to the right spot, were already working on it before I got out of the truck. After two failed attempts at the big truckstops that day, Best One renewed my faith in those that keep us moving. Extra stars to James-Austin, Christian, Britney and the entire crew. Just good people offering great service.

This place has some of the best customer service I have experienced in any business since pre Covid! I came in late on a Friday, holiday weekend. They were prompt, polite and got me in. The entire staff worked very well together. I didn t feel treated differently being a woman. Stellar experience! Highly recommend

Great honest people who offer worry free quality service, We have a Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited with under 20k miles and brought it in for diagnos for the "Jeep Death Wobble" Best One techs were able to correct the problem by balance alignment and tires, this was huge due to the fact another shop had me looking at several thousands in front end repairs. I recommended this shop for anyone needing repairs to go here first

My experience with Best-One was great. I had a slow leak (small nail) on a travel trailer tire which they repaired immediately. They also replaced the valve stem and we able to get me a couple spare chrome lug nuts which matched exactly. Very friendly, fast service at a reasonable price.Thanks Best-One!!!

07-22-2022 - Fast, friendly service. My wait time to have a tire repaired that was still on the vehicle was less than 45 minutes. They also checked my other tires as well and just inflated the tires to the proper spec. I appreciated their customer service and their timely manner in getting me back on the road again.

Thought I was helping out taking the tire off the vehicle, NOPE, they still never got to it, didn't even say anything when I grabbed it and left, you lost another customer for life, peace!

We blew a tire on 30 while traveling through for work. They were able to get us in right away and took such good care of everything.The customer service here is exceptional.

I procrastinated long enough, I stopped by the Plymouth store to get a price for a new set of tires. It looked like they were closed, but turns out they're just going through an overdue update of the facility. Manager was awesome and gave me a price lower than I was expecting. Thankfully my shopping for tires ended there and Best One gained a loyal customer for the foreseeable future

Wonderfully friendly. Been using them for a long time. New team members are a smart and great hire. Staff is customer service oriented. Thank you for the no pressure selling unlike other shops in town! Service yesterday was fast and efficient!

After seeing a screw in my tire I drove to Plymouth Best One Tire. Brittany and Joe was fabulous!!! Joe called me about my dry rot tire issue. Replaced all 4 tires and Brittany suggested a oil change which I knew I needed. Haha in one after noon I left there with no more worry about tire issues. I drive there from Knox cause I know I get great customer service which seems to be lacking in lots of businesses. Thanks again Brittany and Joe

A great experience. I went to simply get my oil changed and they checked all of my lights to make sure they were working properly, filled all of my tires with air, and offered to replace my windshield wipers. I never had to get out of my car I just sat there and let them do all the work. Wonderful customer service!

We've been using these guys for years on our company and personal vehicles for the quick oil changes. Couldn't be more happy with the service they provide. They never try and shove the extra service off on you. Which I appreciate. Keep up the good work

The staff at Best-One is friendly and efficient. The reason I go here is because they re not constantly trying to up-sell me like some of the other places in town. If I have a mechanical problem, they bring it to my attention so I know what I need to do. Because of that, I let them do the work whenever they can. I appreciate good, honest business people and you will like these guys, too.

The customer service at Best One in Plymouth is great. From the initial contact to completion of the work, the staff was professional, courteous, and answered all my questions. I didn't have to make an aappointment. They took my car in immediately and I was back on the road in about an hour. Thanks, guys.

I don t usually leave reviews, but felt I had too, second time here in like 4 months for a nail in my tire, usually I d do it myself but without access to a tire machine to put on a patch this is my go to. As my parents are long time Sherwood tire supporters I called all the tire shops in plym, and from that second these guys picked up the phone I knew these where the guys I wanted to service my tires, great prices and the staff up front at the desk are awesome, super friendly, and more than willing to help you if you don t know what you need, or quick and no questions asked if you know what you need, very friendly and respectable, service is fairly quick if you jt walk In. I can t emphasize jt how great the upfront staff really is. Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone that needs anything done with their tires.

I've had exceptional service when it was Plymouth Tireand so far under Best One Tire..I have to say this is still one of the best tire shops in Plymouth if not the best.Just had 6 more tires installed on straight ..They took Good Care of my Vehicle
