Purchased gas treatment. Lady manager was extremely helpful and patient. Did some pricing she printed out the products with prices. Very pleased and would recommend. Will definitely return and purchase.

Overall, an ok experience. The price for basic brake pads for an older model vehicle was a bit high, which is why I prefer ordering online from rockauto. It also took a while before an employee acknowledged me at the counter...where no other customers were at the time, but an employee was. It does seem like the selection for parts has gone down over time.

Went to get a MAP sensor for the mother inlaws car. Also, taken back the oil dip stick, they sold her the day before, which was the wrong one.

The moment I said hello , I got told I m on the phone in a stern tone. I work in customer service, so I understand being on the phone while dealing with customers is a hassle but really? Couldn t have just said a simple hello! I ll be with you in just a minute. . This lady proceeded to curse in front of my husband about the customers she was on the phone with after she had hung up. Seemed to lack knowledge and any advice or questions were out of the window. At least Advanced Auto Parts was friendly! I ll take my service there. No respect for that woman. If you re going to work in retail, act more professional please.-from a fellow retail worker

Nice clean store layout makes it easy to find what you need. Great customer service; the Manager was present on the floor and she even verified my purchase was compatible with my vehicle. I tell my mother to go there--they even went out in the rain and changed her wiper blades for her.

The last two times I've been in here its been a huge let down. First time I had asked an employee if they carried a certain wire connector. The response wasn't let me check on that or lets go to aisle 1 and see about that. No the response was priceless because the person must have no knowledge of A. Customer service and B. Car parts or wiring. The response was if its not stocked we don't carry it. First im the customer and you should be more than willing to help me. And second if your not willing to learn your aisles and your inventory maybe you shouldn't be doing this job. I've been in customer service for well over 20 years. That's not how it should be. But hey on my way out the door i found the item i was looking for by myself without the help of the person i was talking to. Aisle one 3/4 way down there they sat. If your going to ask somebody, is there anything i can help you with? Your response should be better than if its not stocked we don't carry it. In theory there is a whole bunch that you don't stock but yet can be ordered. So the response told me you needed a job and your working for a paycheck and give no care about the customer. The next visit wasnt much better on customer service. The end was i wasn't told that the rental i got actually had more part's but it was a separate rental. Which put me in a bind. But i got it figured out and my money back.

Friendly service and almost any automotive item you're looking to purchase. The reason for 4-stars is I have found a few of the more common items, such as headlights, less expensive by 8 or 9 dollars at Walmart. Plus, the last two times I was there, AutoZone only had the high end batteries. I wanted a mid-grade battery as I was selling my car and didn't want to pay near the amount for the high-grade battery. I ended up at Walmart again for a more reasonable battery and price.

Do you know what I really hate? Business that constantly get in your face when your searching for something online, like kids wanting candy. Come buy here they say. You jump thru all the hoops, they take your money, call you when it's ready. Then fund out they don't have it. Sometimes they don't even stock it.You don't have it, don't try and sell it to me. Now I get to start all over looking for it. Waste if time

Randy was very helpful with selecting wiper blades for my vehicle and then put them on for me all while helping other customers, yet making me feel very important as well. Very nice service!!

Clean, courteous friendly staff, knowledgeable about their products and services...overall very nice store but as everything expensive, especially if you dnt keep the regular upkeep on your vehicle....staff also tried giving me alternatives that would save me $ instead which to me was a GODSEND at the time.....helped long enough til I had the $ to fix it permanently and rt.....

I went to the Auto Zone store in Plymouth Indiana for a check on my alternator and battery for reasons that the car needed a jumpstart on the morning of September 3, 2021. I was talked to rudely by a female employee from the start. I asked her if they replace the battery if I needed to. She responded with yes. I told her that I left the car running so she could check the alternator which she replied you have to shut the car off for me to test the alternator. I ve never heard this before. I shut the car off and she hooked the computer up to the battery and said the battery was shot but she never checked the alternator. I asked if she can replace the battery and she pointed to the area where the battery was and reply s no it s because of liability. I was going to be stranded unless I could get it fixed. She goes back in the store and asked an older gentleman if he would be interested in changing my battery. He went out to look and said no. He said it would take to long and it s against company policy. The car is a 2011 Chevy Impala. So I couldn t get the car started up so I went back in to ask for a jump. The same employee told me she didn t know how to jump a vehicle. Another employee had to show her how to jump a vehicle. After it started I went across the street to O Reillys . The employee there tested my alternator with the car running and said it was good. I shut the car off and she replaced my battery within 20 minutes. This employee was very professional and courteous. She reassured me that I would be back on the road. I would recommend O Reillys over Auto Zone in Plymouth, Indiana after this bad policy of Auto Zone employees live by.

Everytime I've been in and needed help, the employees were more than willing to help me find what I needed, put windshield wipers on, and hook my truck up to the diagnostics machine. They've helped me with many issues I've had with my truck and its much appreciated!

Received excellent service, got what I went in for and every question I had, got an answer. They gladly went outside to put the computer on my truck to trouble shoot why my check engine light was on and found the problem. Really nice business.

COMPLETE MORONS THAT DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT SLICK 50 IS!!! "WE DON'T CARRY 50 WEIGHT" REALLY? ? HIRE SOME PEOPLE WITH SOME KIND OF COMPETENCE! We went through 3 people & couldn't pull up a stabalizer bracket! They all need FIRED!
