Ridiculous randomness vids of awesomeness!

Bought a ram 2014 from the auto park in 2017 came with an engine and power train warranty. Truck only has 90k mikes and the reverse is slipping. Called them today found out they had a merger and did not pick up the warranties that the previous dealer offered. No phone call or notification about this or offer to buy another warranty. Shame on you. I will never even think about coming to you again and will spread this to anyone looking for a vehicle in the future

I have to say I am disgusted! Set up an appointment online Wednesday for the service department after my wife had tried to call a few different times and couldn't get ahold of anyone in the service department, which was fine because we didn't have a problem making an online appointment, but would have rather spoke with someone in person. They made the appointment for 9:00 am Friday morning. Not a problem . Told us we could drop the car off Thursday night which we did . Didn't hear anything from anyone until I called at 11:45 a.m. only to be told the car hadn't been checked yet and they hope to have it in by around 12:30 12:45. My wife called around 12:45 couldn't get ahold of anyone in the service department and finally got a hold of someone in the finance department. My wife told the lady she made an online appointment and wondered why the car hadn't even been looked at yet the lady told her oh that's just an estimate of time .you should have called and made an appointment my wife said I tried to call and make an appointment but I couldn't get ahold of anyone in the service department. The lady then said well you're lucky we are even looking at your car because we have other cars that need to be worked on and are ahead of you.my wife said what was the since in me making an appointment then If they aren't going to look at the vehicle at they time they say they are ,to which the lady replied sorry that's the online system I guess my question is what's the sense in even making an appointment I know there's the possibility that it might not get worked on but we were hoping to find out at least what was wrong with it. Other people in the world have busy lives that's why they make appointments we had to reschedule our day yesterday. My wife told the lady please have the service department call me when they get the car in before they look at it they never called send a text message and when my wife tried to call again she couldn't get a hold of anyone in the service department. At this point she was just disgusted and we were going to tell them don't even bother looking at the car will take it somewhere else but then guess what service department lady finally called after the vehicle was up in the air and on the scanner ,over an hour into it told my wife the code that was coming up my wife then said yes my husband has replaced that part twice the mechanic overheard her on the phone and said oh I didn't know that, that changes things the problem could be somewhere in the line I'll have to drop the fuel tank ,my wife specifically put in the description of describing what was wrong with the car that I had that code come up before and replace the part twice. That just tells me they didn't read what she wrote because the mechanic knew nothing about it until he overheard it on the phone. I guess I will stop ranting it just disgusts me because I have done business with Dan personally over the years this used to be a place I really look forward going to when I needed a new vehicle I have purchased two of them in the past from auto park. I was out made an appointment for no reason and still don't know what's wrong with my car that's okay I don't have a problem taking my business elsewhere. Apparently the customer service is not what it used to be

We have tried the new car wash twice and both times we ended up with really cloudy windows that I struggled to clean off. It's extremely hard to see thru when it's sunny or raining. Pics attached and no, that isn't fog.

I bought a '20 Promaster in August '22. It only had one key. Greg Manual had another key made. It didn't work. I returned it and Greg again had another key made. This one didn't work either. Newer vehicles keys are made and programmed off the VIN. Greg asked if I could come to the dealership to have the key made in house. I did and we had success plus Greg found a recall and had it done. This key process took a year from Aug. '22 - Aug. '23. Mainly my fault on time frame as I didn't check the new keys right away when I received them. Also, didn't mail them back right away. Greg followed up for a year! Excellent Customer Service and will buy from him and Auto Park again!!Bob SimmonsSouth Bend, IN

Replaced my battery and radio was asking for a code on my Jeep. They told me, I have to bring it in, and they have to hook it to computer to get the code, which will cost an hour of labor. Called Gurley Leep in Mishawaka, and they gave me the code over the phone in 2 minutes. Liars.

They had a Ram 2500 i was very interested in. Sent a message and they called me back. I let them know when i was coming and that it was an hour and a half drive down there. Again, they knew i was coming and what time i would be there.Got there at 9:30am like i told them i would be. The service department had a battery pack jumping the truck when i pulled in. They said it had been sitting for a while, ok, guess i can live with that.Got the keys and after checking it out was going to test drive it. It was idling about 1200rpm. Ok, it is still warming up. The dash was showing "parksenor sensor needs service" ok, will have them chexk it when i get back from test drive.It was backed in, put it in drive and made my way to the road. It was clear so i pushed on the gas and nothing happened. Backed up a little and tried again. Nothing. Idled back to parking spot, turned it off, took the keys in and told them the gas peddle didn't work. They said they couldn't look at it right away with it being a holiday.Gave them the keys and said thank you we are leaving.So be very careful if you go there to look at a vehicle.

Used for 1st time today. Not very impressed. Paid for the $17 wash and the brushes did not even work. Just got soap and a rinse.Vehicle was still dirty. Then the door closed on us at the end and would not open. I will stick with 821 wash.

If you take your vehicle there they will tell you they did certain things to your vehicle but when you go out and look at it they clearly did not do it.. for one they said they gave it a car wash which they clearly did not do. Beware if you get ur vehicle serviced at autopark !

Highly recommended for all your service needs. They fixed an issue with my Chrysler 300s that the Laporte chrysler dealership couldn't . Great waiting lounge with complimentary snacks and drinks.

Brought my truck in for the ABS and traction control lights on, AND an oil change. I used the night drop off and checked the box for oil change and noted ABS in comments.The next day, I received a call that they had a fix for the lights, but parts would take a bit to come in (not their fault, it's cool). Asked about oil change and they started to say I never asked for one (I did on phone and on drop off form) when she saw the check mark. I decided to wait until the fix to get the oil changed.I had gone out of town and didn't order parts for several weeks.Dealing with parts dept was good. They informed how long it would take to receive parts and from where they were coming. The parts arrived on time, and they gave me a call to let me know they were in.I called service to set up the appt for the fix, AND an oil change. I used night drop off again. I checked the oil change box, circled it several times, and then noted an oil change in the comments.They did the ABS/traction control fix and gave me a call. I asked about the oil change, and guess what? It hadn't been done, and they tried to say I didn't ask for one!They brought the truck back in, changed the oil, then gave me a call.I will not be bringing my truck back for service. It shouldn't become adversarial to want to receive service and provide them more work. Further, if they can't remember what service I want when I tell them on the phone and follow it up in writing, what else are they forgetting when they're working on the truck? When my point of contact doesn't have it together, it reflects poorly on the organization as a whole.

I m so grateful to the service techs at auto park in Plymouth! I was on my way grocery shopping and found a huge screw in my front tire. After calling around at different places and being told they were all busy and backed up, Melissa was able to get me in with someone before they headed out to lunch. The process of patching my tire was quick and painless and SO convenient since I had plans that afternoon. Thanks, y all!

We literally had the greatest gentlemen help us get into the vehicle I wanted..Steven and Jeff were so nice n sweet. They both answered every question and Steve got us approved in less then 30 minutes. Jeff was a no pressure kind of person. He said what could be done and we had the opportunity to take it or leave it. Naturally we took it..We just bought our truck today n it's way more then I even imagined I wanted. Such scammers! They said everything worked great on our truck we purchased. In less than 30 days, the heat went out, needed new breaks, needed a starter, 4 wheel drive never worked. Wouldn't talk to us or anything. Bad experience all the way around. Took 45 days to get the paperwork because they hadn't even checked the truck and it wasn't in their name yet! Terrible customer service.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Jeff O Dell at Auto Park CDJR and it was literally the best experience buying a vehicle I ve ever had. Jeff was super knowledgeable and very nice. He didn t push me into anything but presented my options in a way that was easy to understand. I felt very comfortable with this purchase from Jeff and would absolutely buy from him again.Steven Bacon was really great to work with too. He helped us get the vehicle financed and was very gracious and kind with our ignorance. Very knowledgeable and made sure we got all the help we needed.These two gentlemen made the experience totally worth it and I suggest you go buy from them and tell your grandma about it too.

If you want a car salesman who is patient and understanding, as well as extremely helpful in finding the best deal for you, then Jeff O Dell is the guy you are looking for! We bought our Jeep Latitude from Jeff and it was a no-pressure, easy buy! Jeff made the experience so stress free! He is good at what he does and he knows this business! I will never buy from anyone else!

Unfortunately my experience with this dealership was not good. In March I purchased a 2012 Ram 2500 diesel from them. I was told the truck was throughly inspected before it was placed on the lot. After the test drive I questioned the brake, I said they felt weak. The salesman Greg said they felt normal to him when he drove it. I never owned a Dodge so I accepted they had a poor braking system. Then one day after having it for 600 miles the four wheel light came on the dash. I took to a local service shop and they found defective speed sensors. While doing so he said the rotors were bad because they were rusty and there was a Seized brake caliper. Of course I had them fixed for $800.00 and I now have brakes that compare to other trucks I have owned. I called Greg and told him I was now certain I purchased the truck with defective breaks. He apologized for that and said he would talk to his manager. It s been a month and no reply, I don t expect one. Please be cautious if you buy use from this dealership and don t believe the inspection page on the vehicle. I certainly won t return to Auto Park again.

We bought a truck today! Jeff O Dell was our sales guy and he did a GREAT job!! All of the paperwork went smoothly and quickly. He made sure the truck was detailed, filled with gas, and even helped us when we requested removing a couple of stickers on it. I highly recommend Jeff O Dell.

My fianc� and I just bought a 2021 Jeep Gladiator from Greg here in town at Auto Park CDJR. By far the best experience I ve ever had buying a vehicle locally ever. He made everything super simple and was very understanding and able to help us with whatever questions we had. Not pushy at all, just a great honest guy all around.Steven Bacon in F&I was awesome as well. He simplified everything but was still very thorough and would stop to make sure we were on the same page whenever we wanted.Awesome staff from the ground up. Everyone was super nice and not pushy at all. Everyone should get raises and a case of beer Thanks again guys!

Great place to deal with. I bought my truck from 550 miles away. And financed it on my own. Then sent everything my bank needed as soon as I asked for it. They also checked on me while I drove in and when I got home with my new ride to make sure everything went well. Great people!
