Very helpful gentlemen. I needed a rear brake light and they looked up my SUV , found the right bulb and even helped me get it installed. Great guys, thank you.

After a terrible experience with the customer service at AutoZone, it s a relief to go into a place where they welcome their customers with open arms. Quick, allowed me to double check my product before ordering it, and was nice! You deserve this review, Ralph! :)

I called in and spoke with Kahlin to have a master cylinder cap set aside for my father to pick up. A $10.15 part. After working with Ralph he walked out with $200.00 in unneeded parts!!! Take about taking advantage of people!!

What a great experience. Came in on a Tuesday morning at 7:30 because I had a battery die on a small engine I use for my business. When I walked in the store I was immediately greeted and asked how I could be helped. Robert, dropped what he was doing and grabbed his battery tester and with in 2 minutes he knew I needed a replacement battery. Instead of replacing the small battery with the same one, he asked what and how my machine worked. He then recommended a larger size marine battery with would better preform due to the way I use it. I couldn t be happier and 35 min later I am all hooked up and ready to go again. Thanks for being so helpful, caring, and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate this kind of service. Thanks Robert!

Better experience then last October. I gave them another chance based on how great our experience was in Paducah Ky.They were helpful, and found what I was looking for. Will go again.

I honestly don't understand how the you let people work in this place. Its blistering hot inside this store. I sweat more inside today than I did outside. I asked if they could turn the ac up, the said they couldn't, and have tried but no one seems to want to fix it. Seriously what kind of a company allows this kind of mistreatment. Not just that but as a customer I was very uncomfortable in the store. At least autozones air conditioning works. Until that is fixed, I'm not returning.

If I could leave negative stars I would! I'm point I go in I immediately get greeted as a sweetheart ckama then I didn't understand what the guy was asking me he refers to me as doll.. That is totally unexcusable. Isabel. Then I informed them I did not have any issues with finding an oil filter at autozone they then inform me that they are not the smartest down there. Extremely unprofessional on professional. The gentleman told me he was going to get the parts I requested and then started helping another man. I ended up leaving and going down to autozone where I had no issues and was treated correctly. I will never go back to advanced auto parts.

It used to be if I couldn't help somebody out they would be my very next call and they still kind of beat AutoZone. but now I don't know by how much. Since if you order a part from them and the guy behind the counter tells you your customer can pick them up over the phone after you place the order and then they ship them out to Parts Unknown.

Very helpful service. Wasn't sure if I had sensor brake pads or not so the employee that was helping me figure it out came outside and checked it out himself. Figured out the problem really quick and got everything taken care of. Overall good store good staff good service

Great place to get all your car needs. They have loaner tools to aid in replacing items that have worn out. They also install batteries, wiper blades & do computer checks for check engine lights. The products they have ie, batteries, starters, alternators are much better than Auto zone brand.

Helpful friendly staff. Sold me the wrong part but that was more my fault then theirs. They have a great return policy. The manager was extremely helpful.

Walked looking for a very specfic engine additive. A salesperson helped me immediately and I was in and out in less then 7 mins.That was awesome customer service!

Helpful guys, even offered to throw out the trash from my adding washer fluid to my car. The store was well-stocked, compared to a lot of places these days.

Needed a battery. The post was broke and clamp severely corroded. The techs were awesome at removing the clamp and then installing new battery.

I don't know if it was because the fair was in town or what but all the staff seemed annoyed and genuinely not wanting to help customers Parking lot was crowded and dirty I don't know if that's how this location is all the time but it was not a good site not my normal location so definitely not happy with my services I ended up walking out without purchasing a single thing Giving it 2 stars because we'll heck it at least had 4 walls and a roof

This place had a really good staff, well trained in the auto part stock, had a bit of worry about returning an item that was purchased a few months ago but all worries removed once i spoke to the cashier as he was able to pull up my purchase on the computer, very helpful. Thank you.

Poor customer service. Order the battery online they told me I wouldn't have to pay for it if I didn't pick it up never picked it up cuz I picked it up in a different spot still charged my card still at a hundred $7 have been able to get my money back yet piss on these people
