Let me preface this review with the staff was extremely nice, it s just the service I was displeased with. I ve been going to this dealership since before it was purchased by York. Normally, I absolutely love my service but this past Saturday I was a bit disappointed. Typically, once your oil change has been completed, a service advisor will come out to let you know which fluids were topped off, where your tire tread stands as well as your brakes. This time the advisor only let me know the oil change package increased & I had no more left. I didn t even receive the paperwork with that information. Later that day, I had my husband check and several of my fluids were not topped off and one was completely empty. I understand inflation affects everyone including businesses but at the very least advise your customers which services you no longer provide. The new price is entirely too high to not top off fluids BUT hey a heads up would have been nice.

From start to finish, this was a great experience. We were buying a used car but there was no way to tell that by the attention we were getting. Everyone at York was very courteous and responsive to all of our concerns. Lots of thanks to Paul in sales and Diane, Cathy, Chris and Bryan in management for making this a very easy purchase!

This dealership will lie to you and offer warranties that it does not plan to support. The employees I talked to didn t care about my issue, and they didn t offer any solutions. I was just out of luck.I had this dealer do a complete brake job on my truck. They told me that my pads would be replaced for free for the lifetime of my truck. I d still need to pay for any rotors that needed to be replaced. I said sounds good.The dealer informed me that my pads were getting low. I said I had purchased my brake pads from the dealer, and they had a lifetime replacement. I was informed that the dealer gets brake pads from another company, so I no longer had a warranty for my brakes.It would have been great if I was offered any kind of discount to make this right, but the two employees I spoke to didn t care about me, my warranty, or my business. I have been going to this dealer for about 10 years, but I will not be giving them any more of my money. I leaved my truck for front light issues and they charged me 200 for do nothing in my car, because the diagnostic was buy a light bulb with hi intensity , I expend 40 dollars in my first purchase and wasn t worked I thought was a wrong bulbs and I buy again an expensive bulb and of course nothing And next day some professional electrical guy talked to me about problem was the ballastSimple right??And jeep professional ??I want my money back, because jeep dealer mecanico service they didn t the job

Purchased a brand new Willys Wrangler a few weeks ago. David was a great salesman and George kind of just wanted you to take that vehicle home the minute you got out of Jeep. I get it..they are there to sell vehicles. After 1k miles and being on vacation in Virginia the Jeep will not start. Endless phone calls to Plainfield Jeep and not a single response from Diane, George or David. With the help of CMA Jeep of Staunton, VA they discovered that Plainfield Jeep left the gps vehicle tracker on the Jeep which is typically taken off after purchase. Although the tracker doesn t use a ton of power after time it can drain the battery just enough to where vehicle will not start. More importantly those trackers are left on leased vehicles and people who have bad credit anticipating a repossession in the future. Neither apply to us. I wish I could say use Plainfield Jeep but drive that extra few minutes and go to Andy Mohr or O Brien Jeep.

Poor communication. Doesn t stick to a timeline. Not quick or efficient. I made an appointment for my jeep to get diagnosed. I dropped my Jeep off on a Monday morning. They said I would receive a packet with the cost breakdown and diagnosis in a day or two. I called on Wednesday three separate times and was just transferred to an answering machine. I called Thursday without getting answers. I called Friday and finally my mechanic gave me a call back. He said they were waiting on a scanner that would get there no later than that upcoming Tuesday. So I waited until Wednesday morning and then called for answers. Absolutely outrageous estimate. Took my car to a different mechanic who was able to fix it for half the price.

I had dropped my Dodge 1500 to get CV shaft passenger side replaced. I had tried to do it myself. Had bought the CV shaft aftermarket. It did not sound right so i took it to York. After they took a look. They called me and told me it would cost $6;400. Said it was the wrong shaff and i needed a new Differential. I said no thank you. Took it to another shop, they are fixing both side CV shafts and two struts on the front for $1,700 total. I am very disappointed in York.

I have a RAM PROMASTER 2500 I bring my truck two times there I m a little satisfied with their services and they really fast I use to work with mister Miguel he really a good guy to me,the only thing they charge to much money sometimes just to fix a simple problem, something yu can pay a decent amount they Just charging yu double after that the really good and fast on what they doing.

Work was completed half hour early but forgot to put Trim piece on right side dash and left on top of truck.Fortunately I am ase certified MASTER technician and was able to install myself.Ido hope all parts were installed on airbags that were replaced.?Service: Auto body & trim repair

Was told if we made an appointment that the wait would be shorter than if we just showed up, so we made an appointment. Arrived 10 minutes early and it took them over 2 hours, TO DO AN OIL CHANGE!! Ridiculous!!! Never going back for service!

The techs were unfortunately very incompetent with my repair and it caused several additional problems bc it wasn t put back together properly. The job was done well, the the 4 WD service required Light is went off that was one the reason why I took my car there. The other problem the car was making noise while I m stopping, that Noise is still there, I explained everything to them but they didn t work on it still giving giving me headache.I m planning to take it back .

Communication sucks! Took my truck in cause the battery kept draining low and other mechanics I took it to just said it was a bad battery. York Chrysler said it was the radio. It took them 3 weeks. I asked for a loaner vehicle and they said they don t have any. After calling and bitching to them I got the the truck fixed the next day and over $1400. This will be first and last time dealing with York Chrysler.Service: Electrical repair

The young lady that was working the fast lane oil change was very nice and a hard worker. She was very overwhelmed with all the cars on her side and customers including me had to wait after their car was finished, this was not her fault just very busy for her. I can t understand why the other service advisors was not offering to help her when they were just sitting around talking. She deserves a raise for her hard work.Service: Oil change

I have been a long time customer and we are always well taken care of in the service department between Matt and Robert taking care of our fleet needs. I would highly recommend! All is good, but trying to get a hold of anyone in service dept is hard and they don t call back when you leave messages. So prefer updates on vehicle. Told it would be done on Friday or Monday and I had to call Tuesday and find out it hadn t been started. So a call or heads up would be good. Our lives like yours are busy too so it take us time to call. Check engine light came on after we picked up, went back and just said to have oil change. After that was done, we unplugged battery but the light still shows.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I recently purchased a 2019 Ram limited from this dealership. There were a few things wrong with the vehicle that I purchased. The tires were bad, fuel door is broke and driver side mirror doesn t adjust and needs a new motor. The tires were replaced after intense negotiation but the other issues still need resolved. Makes me wonder what was done on the inspection of the vehicle. I went back to the dealership a week later to get the these issues resolved. The issues can t be resolved at this time because the parts need to be ordered. It s been an over a week and I m still waiting to be contacted by the dealership regarding the parts and the repair of my vehicle.
