Very nice very kind. They explained everything to me. They gave me options each and every person that worked there were very nice very sweet. They all done a great job and I appreciate them doing a great job on my vehicle. I m very satisfied with the work they done, and I would highly recommend the Plainfield store And the store manager and the three guys out there in the bay working they done a wonderful job

Helpful, courteous, and did a great job! George and Robert were the stars of the show. Got me squared away with my repair. Pricing was fair and like I said, they did a great job! I will be back!

These guys are fantastic. Bring your car here! The store manager, Andrew, is friendly, knowledgeable, and runs a tight ship. This has become my go to service location in the area.

I been coming to tires plus in Plainfield for over 10yrs and Andrew Lutzke has been Awesome and there customer service is on point he really cares about his customers He is always willing to help I love theses guy. The tech are great too and they don't try to get over on me because I'm a female.

Andrew Lutzke took Phenomenal care of me. I had squeaking noise on the back of my car and it ended up being my rear brakes. Which I had a lifetime warranty on and he got me in the very next day and handled my warranty and services. I will definitely return for all my other vehicle repair needs.

I will never ever take my vehicle to these people again.After I paid out 1123.62 for the parts and labor on my car's front end. I asked them if they had checked my coolant system.They said they had and told me that I would need a new radiator and a new water pump. They said with parts and labor that it would cost approximately 2300.00. I got a second opinion from a mechanic that my family trusts.This mechanic said there was nothing wrong with my radiator or my water pump. He said the problem was a gasket that was located on the inside of my timing chain cover.With parts and labor, ( mostly labor 900.00 ) it cost 1026.76.I didn't use this mechanic in the past because Tires Plus was quicker and more convenient.Needless to say, that was a mistake.I hate writing bad reviews, but this story had to be told. So beware!

I used to work in these types of shops, and this felt like how I ran mine. Excellent customer service and quick. They did a Lil more than I asked for and went above and beyond my expectations. Will certainly do business with the Plainfield Tires Plus again. Great work guy's keep it up!!!

The general manager worked with me on pricing and made sure what I came in for got completed ! They also let me know of the other issues that could arise from some other things wrong with my vehicle. Dropped my car off and left but was called to communicate issues and pricing the whole time ! Definitely will come back for any other issues! My boyfriend took my car in today because of a screw in my tire.. It was unrepairable, but Andrew made sure to take care of us, we got the best deal possible and he saved the day! Thank you so much for your help. And we will most definitely be back when it s time for new tires..

Tires plus with the manager Andrew And all the guys that work there are very trustworthy A expensive repair work was needed. They looked it over and found out it was something much cheaper that needed to be done. they could ve easily charge me for the most expensive repair. I was shocked that they were so honest. and not only that a few days later I was having trouble Andrew look over the car and drove it found the problem and fixed it for free I really have to say this is the most honest place I have ever beenServices: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Andrew is great explaining what needs repaired or replaced in order of importance. Robert did a great job spotting an issue with the valve cover gasket and took care of that along with brakes, oil change as well as informing me of future repairs that will be coming. Thanks y all! Had a relay switch go bad on labor day had no low beams ! The lady who was talking for 15 minutes to the mechanics while I waited in the lobby for her! When she finally arrived she ask if I had an appointment which I didn't she said she couldn't help! without hearing my problem! It was a relay switch that literally took 15 seconds to change to think I was willing to give them my money for a easy repair thanks to the guy at AutoZone that helped meService: Electrical repair

Omg. Let me please let you know that I ve been coming to the Plainfield location for years to get my routine oil change completed but today I inquired with Brittany about a quote for rear and front brakes as well as a front passenger wheel bearing. They no way let me down and I was able to receive professional service in a timely fashion as well as truly saving so much money. Her team of John and Mike are so incredibly knowledgeable and test drove my car and kept me informed of my car s performance. Her and her team were so professional and customer service friendly there is truly no reason I would ever go anywhere else. I received the ultimate service experience at the unbelievably price. I am a loyal customer forever!!! It s so truly awesome to be treated as a part of their family and taken care of as if I was. You will also love the service and experience. It s truly hard to find in these days but you will also love your experience.

Got a brake job done here, i was not around had my 65 year old mother go pick up the car she drove up the street said passenger side makes noise when she hits the brakes, took the car back within the hour and they could not even drive the car around the lot to figure out the problem was. Jason refused to do so said he can schedule back on Monday when I asked who s the manager he said I can talk to him, then I said you should be able to help me then. Then he says his manager is mike to talk to him, When I asked what the refund policy is. He said he will stay take the brakes off which I paid over 1g for also wasted 2 days and put my old ones on but not do the courtesy to drive the car around the lot to figure the problem. Don t need to spend money with people who can t even have common courtesy but have an attitude. Horrible experience if you want customer service not the place to go to.

I had an oil change appointment at 8 am and I happened to forget my wallet at home so I had to go back and get it. The worker said that it was fine and he would just do the oil change when I got back but once I got back they were closed for being short staffed. I am understanding that it is Christmas Eve and many people do not want to work on the holidays but a phone call would ve been appreciated so I didn t have to waste my time driving all the way back and this isn t the first negative experience I ve had here. The only reason why I came back is because they had given me free oil change coupons in the past for other bad experiences.

Would have given a 5 star over last 4 or 5 years. Always got great customer service. I have a fleet of 5 vehicles and they always did great. I would drop off my vehicles and pick them up a day or 2 later( on weekend) as my time is always pressed. However on the one time I scheduled a specific time to have my tire repaired and pressed the issue of being seriously under a time crisis I scheduled a specific time, arrived at said time only to have the General Manager shrug his shoulders and laugh as he told me"you gonna be waiting a while" I understand being behind but to not give me courtesy of a call to let me know my appointment was an hour behind and to be so flippant, not concerned how he had robbed me of 20 precious minutes driving in was unacceptable. I will now give Best One of Indy an oppurtunity to earn my business.

I have used them a few times now and have been very pleased. Was referred to them by my co workers, and they have done outstanding each time. Brian at the front counter was very knowledgeable and polite. It's nice to have a place close to work that you can drop your vehicle at and know that they provide honest exceptional work.

This branch is no good. I declined their offer of 512 for a water pump which I search prices online for my 15 years old car and it is only 100 dollars. So does this mean its 400 for labor? After declining it they got really rude at me, they did not even let me in the shop when I tried to get my keys. Instead, they made my wait outside and handed my keys.

I don't normally like to leave reviews but I feel like I'm obligated to in this sense. 9 minutes before I'm ready to leave work they call me to tell me that they're running behind that I need to reschedule my appointment you could have told me that 3 hours ago when you started to fall behind I scheduled to leave work early without pay mind you for them to call me 9 minutes before I'm ready to leave work to come to my appointment. Very dissatisfied with your customer service. I will be finding another vendor that wants my business
