I needed an emergency tire replacement and they let me come in immediately. Brook at the front desk was so helpful and nice. The team made quick work of replacing my tires and I didn t have to pay an absolute fortune. 10/10 recommend coming here and going for a walk to Barnes and noble while you wait for your car:)

Jason and his crew were fantastic for a friend of mine who needed a new tire today. I had followed him to the store after a flat tire, and the team was finished less time than it took to get there. I ended up getting an issue with my own tire fixed, some wiper blades, and brought my wife s car back to get new blades as well. Grateful to this excellent crew!

Came in for a basic tire repair. They didn't really take a look at it, but said it wasn't repairable. They were all too quick to try to upsell a whole new set. Took to another place and was an easy fix for those who ACTUALLY took a look and wasn't trying to push us into buying.

We just moved to Plainfield and had some immediate repair needs. My husband stopped in to Tire Discounters because it was close to our new place. They were ridiculously kind and helpful, were able to take care of everything we needed, did it fast and at very reasonable prices. They're "our" go-to mechanics from now on. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The best customer service to date had an issue after leaving. They came and picked up my jeep and took it back to make right. Then brought it back to me. Could not have asked for more. Great people to work with,

This place is amazing and price match Wal-Mart qoute. Also went above and beyond as computer said they had the tires and then didn't and still honored the original price quoted. Earned my business for life. Destiny the service manager and her staff along with Brooklyn. Amazing job to all

Showed up last Saturday morning in a pinch..the territory manager was on site by chance. He made sure my car was taken care of, and the young lady running the front desk did a nice job with customer care. Positive experience as I am from out of town.

Updated review: last experience was poor this time was much better. I didn t want to come in originally, but my husband s vehicle needed his tires rotated and balanced. I m very glad we came in. They have new staff. Staff were very kind and apologetic for what happened to us before even though they weren t even here. They were very helpful with giving us quotes for new tires for our vehicles. We are buying new tires for my vehicle and will buy for my husband likely after the first of the year. Will continue to use them as our primary place for tires.

I am always pleased to have a good shop to take my truck tires routine maintenance what ever you need this is the place to be. I get my answers answered in a timely manner get all the things I need done fast and easy really makes a world of difference I give a good recommendation to Tire discounters in Plainfield keep up the great work. 3+ mo. review: I am extremely happy with my Michelin Pilot Sport 4's from Tire Discounters. Steve and Andrew are committed to excellence and customer satisfaction. I had a tough decision on which tires to get for my Jaguar XE. They helped me with all buying considerations: snow, rain, tire life, etc. I also got my 3 year alignment with them as well. Highly recommended - just go in and see what they can do for you.

I can t ever thank Jason and Steve enough. Not only are they very sweet but they go above and beyond. I work next door and they have worked on a Jeep a couple times now between drums to new tires and lug nuts they always make sure I m going to be safe on all my drives.-Nicole

Very nice people here and certainly not blaming them for the price I was quoted for a flat repair of $35 when their competitor (Belle Tires) I just called while my truck was on the lift and said they do flat repairs for free. I did mention this to one of the employees here and he was kind enough to reduce to $22. Corporate headquarters might want to try and keep up with their competitors, there are many to choose from around here.Should have done my homework before coming. Will not return.

The customer service was great I didn t have an appointment and they did a full alignment on my car really quick I was in and out quick. I would definitely recommend this shop to friends and family Ask for Jason the only down side of this is that they forgot to put the caps back on the valves of my tires.I will definitely be back for my tire needs.

Great place. Steve and Kael were very helpful. My low tire pressure light came on as I was getting ready to go out of town so I stopped by to have them checked. Turns out it was just the sudden cold snap we had causing the pressure to drop. I was in and out in 10 minutes.Glad to have the piece of mind that I wasn't going to end up in the middle of nowhere with a flat.

This place is great!! The staff was friendly, courteous & professional. Joel did a fantastic job of finding me the best deal on a new set of tires. He also gave my husband a great deal on his tires also. Can't recommend this place enough!! They got my car in & finished in less than an hour. I will definitely be a returning customer!!

Got an alignment check at Tire Discounters after installing my coilovers and ended up needing toe adjustment front and rear. Work was done quickly and the car drives amazingly afterwards. Staff was friendly and professional. The deal for a year alignment for one price is great too! Can't recommend this company enough!

This was my first trip in. And I was very impressed. This guys were great. I was treated like they wanted my business. Most place make you feel like your just another job that has to get done but these guys made me feel like I was a valued customer on my first visit. Price was just was we had discussed they never tried to push me into something I didn't want. This is my shop now! I will suggest these guys to all my family and friends.

Bobby B and Cedric are the absolute BEST!!! I stopped in to this location today for an oil change and to check out the new business. They took care of me like I was family, and made me feel like a valuable customer. They were attentive to me, and serviced my car fast and efficiently. Even provided me with more information about service needs I may need in the upcoming months before winter. Cedric even waited for me to arrive after business hours to retrieve my car because I got off work later than expected. I love how this crew is knowledgeable about their products and services. I will be returning for more service on my car, and I highly recommend you go in and see them. Tell them Amanda sent you!! Thanks again Cedric and Bobby for being so awesome!!! You created a new business customer friendship for life!!!

Steve and the team did a great job with my vehicle. They were polite, professional and repaired my vehicle beyond my expectations. Sharon was also my skip the shop driver. She arrived right on time and was pleasant and friendly. An overall great experience!

I purchased the Drive My Car package. I wanted some peace of mind that my car was running good before we took our vacation. I was told everything looked good & won t have any issues. Unfortunately that was not the case. The check engine light came on 6 hours into our 16+ hour drive. Luckily there was a dealership near by that did a diagnostic check & found several issues. One issue was the air filter compartment was left open when I had the oil changed. The other issues were sensors that could ve cause serious issues with the engine. I m giving one star because I didn t get the peace of mind I paid for. I will go somewhere else more reliable & with more experienced technicians. It s unfortunate because the location is convenient & the gentleman working the front desk was pleasant, but the service is untrustworthy.

I made an appointment to get a warranted tire replaced after hitting something on the interstate...anyways, I was 10 min early for the appointment and they greeted me with a chippy attitude acting like "they'll get to me whenever they get to me." Ended up pulling my car in 20+ min later. Cool. 40 min later they give me a bill for 70 ish dollars. When I balked at the price he said I should be glad I didn't have to pay the $245 for the new tire. Apparently the road hazard warranty is for tire replacement ONLY. Haha, as if you are going to remove the tire yourself and hand it to them in exchange for another tire to mount on the wheel yourself. Give me a break. You just charge people for a warranty and when they actually use said warranty you hose them with another $30 bucks. I'm sure it was on the paperwork when I bought the tires so at the end of the day I'm cool with it, but do you have to be a jerk on top of it all? Next time I will reconsider Tire Discounters and go back to Discount Tire instead.

I made an appointment for an oil change. I arrived on time. 8AM and they were ready for me. My car was taken in immediately and the service began. I was advised of my tire and breaks status with no pressure. I was also given $10 coupon discount as they rang me up. I had no idea the coupon was available. Tires were rotated and off I went. Great service and a great people to deal with. I will return definitely. Jon

Outstanding customer service! It is really refreshing to find a company that prioritizes customer service. Joel is extremely helpful and friendly, Mark ensured the job was done right and I was fully satisfied. 5 stars for both of them as individuals as well as representatives of Tire Discounters. Tire prices were very competitive, and the free alignment pushes them above the competition by far! Thank you!

First time customer. Did a lot of research on tires for my truck. TD in Plainfield was my first, and last stop, of the day. Great price, and outstanding customer service. Thoroughly enjoyed working with my sales person, Joel Ford. He was an exceptional young man, extremely friendly and knowledgeable. All things given equal, in my opinion, if he s behind the desk he s a tiebreaker for me! And hat s off to GM Steve Bradley, he s running a tight ship with a great staff. Y all are doing things right! Keep up the attention to detail.

I stopped in for a tire rotation and balance on my truck. Bobby and Cedric (as well as everyone else) were very friendly and professional.This was my first visit and I was very impressed. The staff at this shop understands the importance of excellent service and attention to detail.I will DEFINITELY be back in the future, and will NOT HESITATE to recommend them to everyone I know.Thank you for a positive experience!
