Spent quite a bit of time purchasing my new Envista at Stoops. I came to Stoops because I have used their service for more than a decade and really like it. I worked with Nolan and Matt buying my new car and trading in my old and I'm happy with my deal. Lots of individual customer service which speaks well of the management of this dealership.

Just bought a pickup from Stoops and it was the best experience I have had buying a vehicle. I am an out of town buyer so I did most of the dealing over the phone. Carson made this very easy with great communication throughout the process! When arriving to pickup the vehicle everything was ready to go with no issues! So if you re looking for a great salesman at Stoops you better ask for Carson!

My wife and I went there to view one car specifically, coming and hour and a half away. The salesman was semi knowledgeable, car was great. Just not the price. After we were willing to put more down and finance more than we wanted to, the dealer would only budge a small amount of of the asking price. Just not willing to give a fair price!

Went to the dealership for a 2011 impala. The impala was highly priced for what it s worth (on Kelly blue book) as I don t have the money to pay 8000k on a car right now I was interested in financing. Only to come out the bank won t finance because they won t make a profit from it. Which I am entirely sure these men KNEW before checking my credit. But I got approved for a 2019 Chevy trax. I did not want that in the first place. I wanted the impala. Something I KNEW I can afford. I guess what I m saying is if this dealership actually cared about the customers than they would have been straight honest with me and tell me hey the bank won t finance something that old and for that price but they still went ahead and put a hard inquiry on my credit. So now I CANT BROWSE for any cars anywhere else unless I take another hard inquiry on my credit. It took me 4 YEARS!!!!! To fix my credit. And now I can t even go get a car from somewhere unless I screw my credit up some more. JUST TO GET A SAFE VEHICLE FOR MY FAMILY. just be honest and upfront with people. Because they knew if they were with me they wouldn t have gotten a sale. I said I want a car under 10k with nothing more than 200 a month. And they KNEW! I wasn t getting that but still did my credit! I was ready to leave but they kept me there. I didn t even sign the paper saying I wanted my credit checked! I was still communicating with my husband.

After buy a vehicle from stoops 3 years ago and having a good experience I felt compelled to give them a chance at my next purchase. This did not go like the previous purchase. After making an appointment and showing up on time I was told that my salesman was busy with another customer and they would let him know I stopped by.After he called me the next day and apologized for not being able I reluctantly returned to give it another shot. MY MISTAKE!! After going through the process of finding something my wife wanted I was shocked to find out that there was no negotiation on their part whatsoever. I was quoted $2000 last for my trade, then other dealers and pretty much towed if I did not like their price to hit the door and have a nice day.To add insult to injury the general manager sent me an email thanking me for stopping in and to let me know they wanted feedback on my experience. After leaving feedback he never responded so I m assuming my business need mean anything to them.After writing this review I was contacted by the sales manager Daniel he assured me this was not the way they normally do business. I agreed to come back in and take another look at the vehicle we were interested in. At the end of the day the staff at Stoops went out of their way to make things right and we drove away in our car truck. I m glad we gave them the chance to earn our business.

Recently bought the Buick Enclave from Rich, he was AWESOME! I was overwhelmed from online searching, when I went in I was almost to the point of tears and extremely indecisive. Rich sat me down and got to know my root needs. The first car I test drove ended up being the one I bought, he understood and knew my needs just from a simple conversation. Steve was amazing! Straight off the gate his communication was top notch and he was very transparent with us through the whole process. We were very happy to work with him! If you're looking for an honest, reputable dealership, this is NOT the place to do business. These guys are everything you would think of in a stereotypical, sleezy car dealership. We were lied to multiple times during the sales process. The "deals" that we were going to get never materialized. They tried to raise the price on us the day of purchase, but thankfully I had a screenshot of their website, so they had to honor the agreed-upon price. The promise of something being taken care of after the sale was not handled as agreed to, and service blamed sales and sales blamed service, just like they are trained to do. I highly recommend you find a different place to buy a vehicle.

This was a great buying experience. No high pressure sales, just the facts. Normally the highest pressure comes from the finance person to purchase extra items for the vehicle, non came from this dealership. Kent Fisher, my salesman also did an excellent job setting up the vehicle for me after I made my purchase.

I went in in response to a letter I received that they would like to buy my encore. I drove on the lot and saw a Buick 2024 Envista and fell in love with it. I did not even mention that I saw the Envista to the sales person Nolan Russell, but he mentioned it, and we were already on the same page. The process went smoothly, the approval went smoothly, the financing went smoothly, the only thing that was a little off was I was trying to keep my payment down, it did increase by $125 but I m satisfied with my purchase and the additional payment amount is definitely worth it because I love my new vehicle. Great service from this dealership Stoops Buick, this is my second purchase at this location.

My husband and I just bought 2020 pre-owned Dodge Durango from Stoops Buick GMC. Our New & Pre-owned Consultant was Rich Santomassino.We live in a rural area in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. We had searched for months for a Dodge Durango with the options we desired. The population of the entire Upper Peninsula is 330,000 people so the selection of vehicles is very limited. We finally found the Dodge Durango with the right options at Stoops Buick GMC. The problem was the vehicle is 550 miles away. I recently had open heart surgery at the Mayo Clinic and cannot drive. Going down to look at the vehicle was out of the question and my husband didn't want to leave me alone to go himself.We had never purchased a vehicle online before. We've always gone to the dealer, inspected the vehicle and test drove it. This was a real leap of faith for us. We relied on Rich to be our eyes and ears to inspect the vehicle. He was absolutely wonderful about sending pictures and video. Once we agreed to purchase the vehicle he had the paperwork sent to us overnight. We called him once we received it as we had some questions which he readily answered. Again, buying a vehicle online site unseen was a real leap of faith but Rich did everything he could to put our mind at ease.We then had the issue of how to get the vehicle to our home. One shipping company would not deliver to the Upper Peninsula after November 1st. If you've ever been here you know we frequently get 7 months of snow. There was an option of having the driver meet us in Green Bay. However, again, it's too soon since my surgery to drive. Stoops Buick GMC contacted another shipping company and Rich was in constant communication with us so we knew exactly when the vehicle would be picked up and of it's anticipated delivery.The shipping company they used was very professional and the driver polite. The driver was in continued communication with us and we took delivery in a snowstorm. (Not uncommon for November in the Upper Peninsula.)The vehicle arrived and it's absolutely beautiful. It looks brand new and is every bit as nice, if not nicer, than Rich described. We can't express how appreciative we are of the care and attention we received dealing with Stoops Buick GMC and Rich Santomassino.Going forward, we would have no reservations of purchasing another vehicle from Rich Santomassino and Stoops Buick GMC.

Working with Stoops Buick-GMC was an amazing experience from start to finish. They have an extremely helpful and professional staff with the knowledge to answer any and all questions my spouse and I had. They also highlighted some options/add on s but were not pushy like most dealerships. I hope to not be in need of another vehicle purchase anytime soon but next time I am, this will be the first place I will turn to. A huge thank you to Nolan our sales associate, Matt (lead sales associate) and Tyler who finalized all the paperwork in what has to be a record time.

I go to stoops to purchase a used vehicle. I test drive the vehicle I was interested in. All was good then here goes the salesman saying add ons for a used vehicle. WOW. Etching in the glass 250 dollars etc to identify parts if its stolen, What is it? It's a $18 kit you can buy on Amazon that chemically etches your VIN into your glass if you want to. It takes no skill, and no time to do it. In other words, it's a complete farce to notch a few hundred extra dollars out of the buyer with no effort whatsoever. Then here goes the paint protection, nitrogen in the tires. Nitrogen is free at tire shops Blah blah. Only for an extra 2000. Then your monthly payment is to high to afford. . 1 will not buy a used vehicle with add ons. Just another way for them to get more money from the customer. I wonder what their buy rate is and sell rate is.

We have a 2021 GMC Sierra 2500HD. We had it towed in after the 3rd time of us traveling down a major highway and the truck suddenly down shifting and locking the backend up. All 3 times we were traveling 55+ MPH. We use this truck to pull our camper and also to haul our kids jr dragsters. Anyone that has experience pulling a trailer knows how dangerous this situation could be. Stoops called and said they couldn t make the truck do it and it must be the breaking system thinking the small crack in the windshield was a crash. When they were told that just happened and the first two times the windshield wasn t cracked at the bottom. They then said they turned the crash detection off and it was safe to come pick up, but they couldn t look into it any further until the windshield was fixed (never offering to give us a quote to get it replaced). 2 problems with that. It wasn t on to begin with, and 2 if that was the problem why did they think they needed look into it any further. So we pick it up and on the way home, it does it AGAIN! I call them back and question if that was it, why did it do it again and what is their suggestion now. We took it back late that night when traffic was light and we could take our time. They call the next afternoon and again said it was the windshield! I sent my dad to get the keys and we went back that night and picked it up and dropped it off to have the windshield replaced. Sure enough, windshield is replaced and AGAIN the truck downshifts and locks the backend up. The truck is now at a different GMC service location to try and find the real problem. Not only is it disappointing that they would send their customers out the door in a dangerous vehicle, the number of people on the highways they put in danger. This isn t a cosmetic issue, this is a SAFETY ISSUE.

Jim Jarvis was great, I laid out exactly what I wanted for my trade in and he shot me straight. Happy with the vehicle and how the dealership prepared it. No grease marks on bolts like other dealers.

I have done oil changes here since moving to the area. Since many of the service assistants are women as well as long term employees I trust their customer service team. My last visit was for a tire rotation with added assistance to fit license plate holders. They are awesome folks.
