I was very pleased with my service although it took longer than I anticipated. I had to return to have my car computer reset after tire rotation. The employees are very helpful and kind! I will return.

I had a slow leak in a tire on my horse trailer. They were very accommodating: I was able to leave the trailer there late in the afternoon and they had it patched the next day. Plus the parking lot was plenty large enough to get the trailer in and out. Outstanding service and a great price; I ll definitely be back for future maintenance!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Other than factory recall issues through Dodge, Raymond s is the ONLY facility that works on my service truck! I ve been coming here for years and will continue to do so for many more! I needed a DOT inspection today on my truck and they said come on in, we got you covered. SAME DAY service. Thank you Rose and Brad for phenomenal service as always!

Raymond s is my go-to for auto and semi truck repair. Great service, especially for diagnosing what s wrong. Inexperienced technicians will just keep replacing parts (and charging you for it) until they stumble upon the problem. NOT HERE! It s always less expensive to pay for proper diagnosis than it is to pay for unneeded parts and labor at other shops. Highly recommend them for all your automotive needs.

Had a coupon for 20% off of any recommended service if done by end of Oct. Took vehicle in for oil change & a rear wheel bearing was suggested to be changed. However, the coupon was not honored when I left. But, they conscientiously realized their mistake & called to make the adjustment. In addition, they are very technically capable.Service: Oil change

I was worried when the ownership changed but not now. Superb quality people (the same ones!) and superb quality service. I had some issues driving home from a trip recently and Ed said, Drive it straight here which I did. Repair was done within a day and I was back at it. THANKS AGAIN to a wonderful crew of folks!Edit - just had an oil change and as always, fast appointment, great service, and the coffee and chatter made for quick turnaround for my truck getting back on the road!Edit - wife s truck needed some fast repairs and they were done same day. SUPER appreciated!

I was looking at a six month wait with the local Chevrolet Dealer for a transmission replacement on a 2017 Tahoe and Raymond s had me going in two weeks at a good price and no issues.

Very good work super quick to and very on it communication wise only problem I had was part prices 25 a pop for spark plugs and 260 for ignition coils

Friendly, professional service. When I asked if I needed a few other things done beside my oil change, they said they found no problems when they checked out everything and that I was good to go. We use Raymond s for the majority of our auto service needs. They do a great job of communicating and explaining everything. Jordan kept me informed of recommended maintenance and progress for our aging SUV. Took a pair of wheels to have the tires removed, remount new tires I already had and balance them. Did that at 10:30 in the morning. I was told previously that they would be worked in that day, since they were loose. I mentioned needing them back to make a trip scheduled in 2 days. The next day at 2:30, after calling a few times and being told they were still not able to say when they would be done. I told them I was picking them up and taking them elsewhere. The biggest problem I had, was when I picked them up, there were 3or4 techs standing around goofing off. Really made me question how busy they were to help me get my small job done. This stinks, because I have had good experiences with them in the past.

Raymond's absolutely has their clients best interest! Went to a dealership that told me I needed new brakes. Went to Raymond's and was told I still had a lot of life in my brakes! I highly recommend them and will not take my vehicle anywhere else!!

They give you a through inspection of your vehicle, to tell you of other problems or areas of concern that you may not be aware of, and you decide what course of action to take. The workmanship is good.

I recently went to Ray's for a quote for a new battery, and to have the air conditioning fixed in my 2013 Toyota Camry. They quoted me over $2,200 to replace the battery, and repair the air conditioning system. I settled for the battery replacement at $839,(which in afterthought was a ludicrous price to pay) and stated that I could not afford the air conditioning repaired at that time. I then took my car to West Side Auto Care in Indianapolis, and after their assessment, they stated that the only problem with the air conditioning was that it was very low on coolant. After they made the necessary adjustments I walked out of there extremely happy with the final bill at $201......quite a difference from the $1400 + charge from Rays. Ray and Cathy worked for their clients over the years, and provided excellent service and prices to their clients. It's too bad the new owners are driving their hard work and efforts into the ground. My partner had been a client of Rays for decades.....now they have lost two valuable clients!!!!

I rebuilt the front end on my truck over a weekend. Called them on Monday to get it aligned they said bring it in and drop it off so I did that Tuesday morning. That afternoon they called me to come pick it up. They were vary reasonably priced their people were vary friendly and knowledgeable. Really great turnaround time. They even called about a week later to check if everything was alright with it and if I was happy with the service. I will definitely take my vehicles to them in the future. In a world where it s hard to find services you can trust this is the place. 100% recommended!!!

Customer service was outstanding. Gave a fair quote, much less than the dealership. Work was done much quicker than what would have been at the dealership as well. Front counter and customer area was very cleaned and smelled terrific. Will definitely use in future and would recommend.

Had a issue, a mechanic from another place, they couldnt identify. Took it to Raymonds and Jordan was able to identify it. They are friendly and professional.
