Recently I needed extensive work done on my BMW. Hernan of Luxury Auto Depot was terrific to work with. He kept me apprised of all that needed to be fixed. He regularly proposed cost saving solutions. I appreciate the honesty and candor by Hernan. Highly recommend Luxury Auto Depot.

Hernan is great! I just bought a used Cayman from Hernan, and it was a great experience from start to finish. We went for a lengthy test drive and talked about the various cars we'd owned and how the car I was test driving compared to cars I'd owned and to other Caymans I'd looked at since the spring.There was no pressure to either end the test drive or to buy the car. When we got back to the store and I asked him if he had an interest in buying the car that I'd driven over there, he made me a very fair offer on it, and we were able to reach a deal that made me very happy. I can only hope it made him happy, too.After I got it back home, I had the car thoroughly checked out by a local Porsche shop (the inspection report was 14 pages long, so you know they looked at everything) and they told me it was one of the cleanest used Porsches they'd ever seen. When I told them what I'd paid for it, they said I'd gotten the deal of the century.I'm extremely happy with the car and with the whole buying experience. I give Hernan and Luxury Auto Depot my highest recommendation.

Owner Hern�n Bobienko is as professional and ethical of a dealership owner that a person could ever find. We have been fortunate to deal with his operation many times over the years and have always been pleased with the experience. Their service department is something to not overlook they are excellent if needed.

They fixed my mini cooper and I'm so happy! Quality work and nice people.**update** Once again a job well done! The people here are the best. Everyone told me my BMW would never run again. Thanks to Luxury Auto Depot, I have proved them wrong! They had quite the job with this BMW but they got it done fast! If you need service for your foreign/luxury vehicle, you have to go here!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I just had a $2300 repair done. So far so good. The staff is knowledgeable and I appreciate the call to sign off on other issues found. I was told exactly why and what was going on and given several options. I was really impressed with their knowledge. You get what you pay for. In the case of mechanical work you want someone who understands your car and why it was engineered the way it is. It saves time and stress and often money in the long run. If you don't want to roll the dice on a repair go here.

All my previous eight car purchases except one have been through a franchised dealership and the experiences were all about the same, not overly negative or positive. From time to time I check various auto websites just to see what is out there. I discovered Luxury Auto Depot had, in my opinion, a real gem. I contacted them and spoke to Hernan. That was the start of a very positive relationship and one I do not feel I could ever have received from a franchised dealer and certainly one I have never had in my past experiences with purchasing a car. Working with Hernan was like a breath of fresh air in regards to the entire buying process and especially the personal attention I received after the sale. Hernan was very accommodating and I felt I got honest answers upfront to all my questions. He also went above and beyond to make my buying experience by far the most positive I have ever had and has earned my respect as both a person and a businessman. I will, without question, be a return customer. How Luxury Auto Depot conducts business and treats its customers should be held up as examples for dealerships of all sizes.

Luxury Auto has consistently been our go to for all service and repairs on our Audi Q7. Fraction of the cost of the Audi dealership and comparable or better service. Always been honest and straightforward with what repairs were needed and the cost associated with those repairs.

This is a great place to buy a car from. Most luxury car sales lots will sell you the car and say good luck with it. This place actually services them too! So if you ever have a problem, they are certified to work on the foreign cars!

We have purchased 2 cars from LAD. Recently spent over $1000 & within 2 weeks the car completely stopped because 2 belts came off! Of course they wouldn t admit the previous work caused the tension on the belts! Had to spend another $400+ bc they said it was unrelated to the previous work! We purchased the car there in Dec 2017! They have worked on our Volvo, Acura & BMW since prob before 2012 and we are done! You just lost a good customer & I m going to complete every bad review I can locate to warn other people to take their cars elsewhere!
