I cannot say enough good things about Larking Collision, and especially the owner, Steve. I was caught in a really bad situation after buying a used vehicle a couple of months ago, especially concerning potential frame damage. Luckily, I found Larkin Collision. In just a week, Steve and his team not only identified the root problem that no other shop in the area could, but he then went above and beyond in repairing it so the issue will not return for an extremely reasonable rate. I will absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle.

5 stars just arnt enough for them. Above and beyond my expectations. Attention to detail, time management and expertise were top notch. The time frame on when the work was scheduled to be complete was on time and was a job well done. Would highly recommend larkin. Plus a bonus surprise full detail was done. God forbid i need them again you will see me for business. Thank you guys so much. One happy customer

They are on State Farm's preferred vendors' list. I am really satisfied with their service. They took in my car during the Christmas/new year break where other body shops were even refusing to issue an estimate before mid/late February. They did a pretty neat job while ensuring smooth correspondence with the insurer. Highly recommended.Service: Body & Trim

Got in an accident in early Nov. 2021. They were able to get me in quickly and I was excited that it was going to be done before the end of November. I picked my car up on my way in to work and as soon as I got there, I noticed the paint didn t match. My front bumper, rear bumper, and lift gate all had to be replaced and painted and the color was off on all three. It was obvious they didn t even try to blend it into the rest of the car. I took it back the next day and was told that there wasn t anything they could do for me unless my insurance company paid to have it re-done. My insurance already paid out nearly $8000 to have my car repaired there and I shouldn t have to file another claim for them to fix what they had done poorly. Very disappointed. I will have to pay out of pocket to get it fixed somewhere else but everywhere else is booked.

Involved in an accident that was not my fault. State farm uses this company, so I figured it would go smoothly. Had to take my truck back twice, they didn't replace my mirror, still had red paint when I picked up, and my cladding was falling off. I called the next day, and drove up there so they could see only to be reassured it would be okay. The first time I opened the door it ripped the plastic corner and broke off.Took my truck back up there after they told me they would replace both front and back. I put an X on the bottom of the cladding to see if they would replace like they told me or just repair to save money. They repaired, even though my paperwork said replace, not repair. I'm not sure if it's good customer service, or they just tell you what you want to hear so you will leave. Now after 5 months of going through this I have to contact state farm to see how I can actually get my truck fixed the right way. I'm still out of the 107.00 it cost me to replace my mirror after I gave up with this company.

Just picked up my car after having repairs done for a fender-bender collision. While the repairs did take longer than originally estimated, that was due to finding additional issues when they started taking things apart. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. However, the best thing was that when I got into the car to drive it home, I found they had detailed it on the inside. What a nice surprise!

They did work on my car 1st time for rear bumper collision and everything was fine. Went back to get minor work on my front bumper and to fix my temperature gauge for outside temp, and omg. Dropped my vehicle off at 8am and didnt get it back until 5:15pm (after calling a few times to remind them it's my only vehicle and need it back same day). Didnt even touch the temp gauge saying they didnt know it needed to be fixed and charged almost $40 over estimate given. I communicated everything needed a week before my appointment when estimate was given. Not even an apology for not fixing everything I asked for.

Best customer service i have had in a really long time! They dealt with everything from talking to insurance companies to fixing my damage flawlessly. My car was cleaned inside and out and I received top notch service. They went above and beyond what i ever had expected and i will never take my car anywhere else but Larkin! Thank you!

I wanted a estimate and they told me I would have to come back, even thou two estimators were sitting in their offices. Went to a competitor and they had the estimate done in 5 minutes. Where do they get there work from If they won't do an estimate?

Amazed how they don't want your business. I was told they won't even give me an estimate. The lady said try caliber. Pretty rude and un professional

I've had work done after a collision that my insurance paid for and it seemed okay so when my passenger mirror cracked (just the glass) I called to find out how much it would be if I could order a replacement piece from them. They quoted $90 to replace just the glass (I clarified it wasn t the housing for the glass too) and $80 if I did my own replacement! I found the same glass mirror replacement for my car on Amazon for $24.99 plus shipping. I don't mind them making money on mark-up, but that is RIDICULOUS!!! Needless to say they won t be getting any more of my business and I intend to warn away everyone I know.

I took my car here for an alignment, but turned out I needed a new CV axle, both tie rod ends, and both control arms. Car was completed a couple days later and at half the cost of other competitors. I intend on going back for any future work.

Larkin did a great job on my '04 Mustang. It had extensive front end damage,and they restored it to x-mint condition. Can highly recommend!

Yes, they absolutely take a long time but if you want quality work then it is worth the wait. Plus, they detailed the hell out of my car when I got it back.

I have used Larkin's 4 times now and will not take my vehicles anywhere else. Staff is helpful and true to their time commitments, work well with my insurance company, and polite and courteous. (Deb Phalen, not IDW. )

Stopped by on a Friday 20 minutes before close to get an estimate for a 12" long scratch. 2 employees and a receptionist standing around talking. Not other customers. Refused to give estimate without and appointment for the middle of following week. Stated it would take longer that 20 minutes. So much for customer service. Funny thing is I just came from their competitor, ABRA, and they were happy to assist taking only 10 minutes. I'm guessing the extremely rude receptionist who refused to give me the manager or owners name is losing them quite a bit of business. Poor owner probably has no idea so hopefully this opens his eyes. Needless to say ABRA has my business.
