Rachel and Justine was very professional. Service guys was quick on repair. I sent them pics of my driveshaft via text, they gave very accurate estimate and came within 2hrs with parts ready for work!It was much better than AllFleet that came and said that it won't be able to get fixed, needed to get towed, and still charged me $569!! No wonder their reviews are much lower!Huge plus was they respond via text fast! That makes me able to update my driver asap!

My rented trailer had a brake chamber go out on I74 westbound and after dealing with another company that didn't actually fix the problem Indy Mobile saved the day! The technician showed up quickly before the eta, and had the part swapped out in no time. He also made sure my slack adjustors were good to go from the spring brakes popping on before letting me get on my way. Very courteous and professional and knew what he was doing. After about 15 minutes the tech had me rolling out again no sweat. Ryder paid so I can't comment on pricing but the tech knew what he was doing and wasn't a jerk about doing his job. Would recommend for other drivers who don't always carry spare parts.

Nice folks, Very Professional. My Semi break down last night. I called them and I spoke to Travis, he is helpful and suggest me to wait until morning if nothing serious that could save money. He called me very first in the morning and ask if i fixed it or not then he send John and Don to my location. They both are also nice. They looked at my issue diagnosed it and it was just a minor fault and he fixed it and really saved my money.I highly recommend Indy Mobile Auto & Truck repair.Thank You guys. I wish I could give 10 star.

Late Friday night around 1145 I had a wheel bearing go out completely destroying my hub on a loaded trailer coming into Indianapolis. I called Indy Mobile for some help and Travis took outstanding care of me! This being the weekend and all the usual places being closed Travis teamed up with a couple of great guys and had me to a shop that night. Travis not only showed up once but twice because of the type of situation. In both situations and the second 1 having to assemble everything from the slack adjuster, hub, bearings, breaks, and remount tires ect this guy managed to do it in 30 minutes! I can't thank Travis and Indy Mobile enough for their outstanding service, proformance, and hospitality!!!

What's up people, fellow Alpha males and ladies!!! My wife and I drove up to Indiana from New Orleans to purchase a 40' Air Ride Gooseneck and after buying it, we drove 10 miles to a nearby hotel to spend the night and drive back to Louisiana. When we arrived at the hotel, I threw my 7.3 Dually in reverse and the dam trailer brakes locked up. I had no reverse and the trailer was an electric over hydraulic setup. I called my local mechanic in Louisiana and we did some long-distance troubleshooting. I stayed in that freezing cold parking lot til midnight while trying to rewire and test whether I could get some brakes operational to drive my wife and I home. FAILURE!! We googled mechanics and found Indy Mobile and I gotta say, Don was there 10 Min earlier than scheduled and he rewired the whole dam trailer set-up and eliminated an additional 12 volt power supply that was coming from the battery which was only supposed to be utilized for the neumatics for the air ride suspension. Don was out there for around 6 or 7 hours on a Sunday when John showed up and jumped right in also, these two guys worked great together and really got my wife and I out of a jam!! I had to be back at work to operate a crane that next day and these guys got us out of there and the brakes worked phenomenally. The best part of our mechanic experience was that when Don gave us the bill, I literally said, " That's it? " To which, Don's reply was, " I can rewrite it..." I laughed and said, " Nah man, I'm just used to getting roasted when in need of a roadside mechanic." These guys are AWESOME, you won't feel taken advantage of!! Much love from New Orleans fellas, and we'll be seeing you guys next year when we book a load up there for those airbags on our dually!!!Services: Electrical, Brakes, Battery

Other places wanted to charge me a $200 plus 150 an hour plus the cost of parts. Indy Mobile Auto & truck repair just charged me a flat hourly rate plus the cost of the parts. They are the least expensive place I have run across any very long time. I highly recommend them.

Man where do I start To begin with, the atmosphere/vibe I got was like family. The good kinda family . These guys/gals are professional as they come. They re not unfamiliar with the truckin world at all. Very very honest and very fair price. In this world today let me tell you that s hard to find. Most roadside services are just out here to do a cheap job and rip you off if they can.The mechanic that worked on my truck was treated as his own. Very good at his job.I would let these folks work on my trucks again for sure.Thank you again Indy Mobile!!!!

Great folks. Our Ford F250 tow vehicle for our camper broke down in Avon. Called Indy. They came right out, diagnosed the issue (bad turbo). Had it to us the next day (only because they had to order the part. If not we would have been gone that afternoon). I hope I never break down again in Indiana, but if I do-you can bet I'm going to call them!

The whole team there is great but Don especially is amazing!!! Great guy and very knowledgeable. We recommend these guys for any of your tractor-trailer repairs. Their shop is just a few minutes of the 70W and they are quick to respond with their mobile units as well.

PHENOMENAL experience today with Travis. The guy was tenacious in solving my electrical problem on my semi trailer despite how daunting those can be. I was over the top impressed with his competence, professionalism, cordiality, and not least - his graciousness in answering the myriad questions I had about his process. (This was because I had already spent considerable time and effort into fixing the problem myself and wanted to see if I was anything close to being on the right track.) At the end of the day, the experience was a 10/10. I have a very short list of go-to mechanics around the country and Travis and Indy Mobile Repair are going on the list. I could not believe how organized and squared away the guy was. He represents his company and the entire profession extraordinarily well. Thanks for your time, help, and for taking pride in what you do bro! Truly a pleasure. And while I can t say I m looking forward to the next time, I know that if/when it comes again in the area that I ll be in good hands. Thanks again!

Worst repair ever, had my semi there for about 2 days for an AC repair, the dude there was just guessing what was wrong, he kept sending me to buy more and more things. Got a new air compressor and some other parts for him to put in. When I picked it up it was after hours so no one was there and as you can see in the picture that it s not even bolted, everything was loose and $567 later I still have no AC.Service: Air conditioning

Indy Mobile Auto & Truck Repair..... what a blessing to have in Central Indiana. Had an appointment to trade in my RV. It was time to go, and as luck would have it, "check engine" light came on and unit would not start. I was on the phone trying to find someone.. anyone.. to help. Stumbled across IMATR's ad while searching "mobile truck repair". Gave 'em a call, and before I knew it, there he was pulling up next to my rig. Nobody wants to work on RV's, even the larger box truck International motor and frames. So thankful the folks at IMATR listened to my problem, asked a few basic questions to help the tech.I could sit here and write a long dissertation about how things went. ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW. DON IS AWESOME. Very professional, an all around genuine good guy. I could have been days trying to find the problem and fix it myself, he had it diagnosed, trouble shot and repaired, in less than two hours. My wife and I are thankful to the whole team. We were on a cross country road trip and our motorhome broke down on the 70. Don was no nonsense and courteous while diagnosing the problem. He also made sure to leave his truck behind our motorhome with lights flashing to protect from traffic. Once the vehicle arrived, we received prompt service and they found the problem without overselling us other jobs. We are now about 600 miles away from their garage so we know the job was well done. Thank you and we definitely recommend.

Had marker light not working on my trailer,called indy mobile who sent bradd out to repair bradd chased down corroded wiring and had repaired quickly.Bradd was professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

To Indy Mobile: The initial call was placed at 3:30 pm, we had to wait for over 7 hours for a repair truck to show up after we were given ETA of 90 min. This repair shop is below all criticism and is continuously lying in attempts to make themselves look better. Beware doing business with them!!!Called Indy for a road side assistance in a 53' dry van trailer with a bad chamber. Judging by their reviews I was hoping for slightly more honest service, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. It's called emergency road side assistance for a reason, to repair emergency parts that prevent the vehicle from safely reaching a repair shop.In this case we had a locked up wheel due to a failed brake chamber, and according to the mechanic another brake chamber had a leak. We were never informed that the leaking brake chamber wouldn't prevent the trailer from safely reaching a repair shop, but instead were told that we had two faulty chambers which led to additional travel time, two hours of labor for two brake chambers that take 15 minutes to replace each and half an hour by the book, and up-charge on the parts of over 100%. A service call that should have been south of $200 per our initial agreement ended costing us $600.I would be very careful dealing with these people, it is not fair taking advantage of a situations in the manner this company does. I tried to reason with a manager but the only thing I got was lowering the price of the chambers from $150 to $130 per unit and them eating the tax. The bill went from $650 to $600. If you have the choice definitely try a different shop.

Very professional, number one 24 hours service in Indiana. We had truck broke down yesterday at 11 pm in Greenwood IN, and we called 20 different shops in the area and nobody answered the phone and all of them where listed as 24/7 service. And we called this company and one nice lady picked up the phone, she said that they where booked too, but then she tried and they helped us out they find the technician and they help us out in the middle of the night. Thank you very much for your best service!!

Was on road trip Thru Indy from out of state when suddenly my tire wouldn't move after stopping at a gas station about 5p on a Wednesday. Ryan came out and immediately knew what the solution was. Only charged $210 for a 2 hour round trip drive and about 45 mins of on scene parking brake work. Excellent value, would give more than 5 stars if I couldService: Brake service & repair

I called to get my rv looked at and they said I would have to call back later in the day. When I did, they said that the mechanic had a job to finish up and he would be over in about 2 hours. After about 2.5 hours passed, I called to check in about the ETA and he said the job he was working on was taking longer than expected and that he would have to come around 11 am the next morning. I said okay even though I was frustrated that I had been calling since the morning and they just kept telling me I had to wait longer. The next day, I was very patient and waited until about 3pm and then called again to ask when he was coming. They told me that they could not work on my rv because of the age, even though they confirmed the year, make, and model several times each time I called. I am especially frustrated because I waited for a whole day when I could ve got someone else to look at it, and it s like they weren t even going to tell me they weren t coming. I had to call them BOTH times just to find out they weren t coming when they had said they would. This place has terrible customer service and communication, so if you ve read this I strongly suggest you find service elsewhere. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Overall happy with the service. After a communication error on my part finally got Travis to my site to service my trailer. He was quick but thorough and professional. My only complaint would be the up charge on the oil hub cap 2pk. Having been in the service industry for over 20 years but to charge 80 bucks for a part the shop service guy told me was 30 was a bit much. Yet and still I would still recommend these guys. Thanks for the assist.

My car started to break down on 465, I pulled off at a gas station 2.5 hours from home, overheated and no power steering.These guys arrived within the hour, just like they said and found my junk part right away. Fortunately they were able to run to get a replacement, swap the part and reattach my drive belt.Very professional and friendly. It felt like a couple buddies helping me out. Price was very fair. I have nothing but positive things to say. If I ever break down in Indy again, they'll be the first number I dial.Thanks guys!Nick

This company is the best, I own a hotshot company and lost a wheel bearing at 9 pm last night 60 miles from Indianaplois they came and repair on side of road promptly and never complained. got back on road at 3 am made my delivery THANKS to there great work. Would recommend them to everyone. Super nice people. Thank you so much for taking care of us.

AWESOME! We had a wheel seal leak. We are in a 40 ft motorhome. They did not have a truck with air (to get tires off) available for a while, but when he arrived our technician worked non-stop to replace this seal and get us back on the road. Frankly the labor required to do this was amazing. Tons of parts to remove and then reinstall. We are thrilled and would use them again!

This is not a large company with multiple locations nationwide. Neither is this your typical shady shop on some backroads highway. This is a place that cares about you as a customer, and has employees who truly care about the work they do. I've only had service done with them a few times so far, but every time has left me beyond impressed. :) They will even come to you to do the work whenever possible, so if you're vehicle is inoperable, you won't need to pay outrageous towing fees, or use up a AAA call to get it fixed. Personally, I plan on making this my primary service center, and would encourage anyone in the Avon/Indianapolis area to give them a try!

Just want to give a shout out: my band was on the way to Chicago when our trailer that U-Haul set up fell off after hitting a bump on the highway. Definitely would have missed our show if not for the swift service from Indy Mobile. Didn t have any problems with the trailer the whole rest of tour. God bless.
