Had a blowout in my dump truck. Called the guys at Gem City, they said bring it in we are first come first serve. They got me right in and installed two tires on my truck. It was two used tires but I feel the price was fair and they had me out the door in about 40 minutes. Thought my day was shot but was only down an hour total. All the guys were friendly and the shop was very clean for a tire shop.

Great team of people here. They always get me in the same day whether it s for a semi truck and trailer or 43 foot motorhome. I ve been very pleased. Eddie is your go to guy for alignments.

OTR trucker with tire issues and not only did JOE and JASON show up an 1.5 hrs earlier than ETA,they had me rolling with TWO new tires faster than could warm up dinner....thanks guys.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Took my RV here for new tires and then for an oil change and inspection. Got great service for a great price. All the crew were nice and respectful. It's in a convenient location with easy in and out. Glad I found this place.

After returning to the Indianapolis Airport from vacation, we found we needed to replace a tire. We stopped at Gem City in Plainfield. They did not have the tire we needed in stock and recommended another nearby tire shop. The other shop had the tire, but it was going to be four hours before they could do the installation. I called Gem City to see if they would install it even though we weren't going to buy it from them. They told me to come on back. Everyone was friendly and helpful. When they were finished, and I asked how much, they told me not to worry about it.This type of customer service is rare now days and may bring me back for any future tire needs even though I live an hour away.

I went here for a leak in one of my tires. The guys here were efficient and knowledgeable. Both gentlemen that helped me were nice and professional. They got my tire patched and me on the road very quickly.

I had a blow out and no one would put a used tire on well I got to Gem city they were very nice to me and very fast service when they got done with my tire he didn t even charge me told me merry Christmas I was in tears in the car because I was having a hard day. Thank you gem city tires

GEM CITY TIRE IS A GREAT PLACE FOR TIRES AND BRAKES- ALIGNMENTS ASWELL. GREAT STAFF, VERY HELPFUL AND REASONABLE. THEY ALSO HAVE ROADSIDE SERVICE 24HRS A DAY. MY COMPANY SETUP AN ACCT WITH THEM WE LIKE THEM SO MUCH.......

Got 4 new goodyear tires. They didn't reset the TPMS. Let that slide. A week later my tire pressure light is on. I check the pressures. Recommended pressure for my vehicle is 33/32 PSI. They had them at 46-47. This is tire changing 101. Frustrated.

Goodyear dealer for new and retreated tires. Cheap Kelly tires. Good used tires. Clean updated facility. Overall good experience.
