Very friendly and helpful staff. Worked with my price range and got me set up with a beautiful Toyota Tacoma. Quick and easy no hassle. First time buying non private party and it was a positive experience.

This place was very very friendly, and they did a very good job. I was able to get my DREAM car without having to break a sweat. They all made it so quick and easy to trade my car, and hop into another one. Thank you guys for being so helpful, and I LOVE MY WRX STI!!!!

I needed to replace my work vehicle with one of the same type. I searched online and found what I wanted and ultimately purchased from Excel. The car was very low mileage and was mechanically sound. It was a 2010 Chevy HHR and in really great condition with less than 95,000 miles. There were a couple of things that they took care of before I picked it up. The price was in line with Kelley Blue Book.The whole experience was positive. Al and the rest of the team at Excel have good service and are people of their word.I will add that I am quite thorough in my research and in my inspection of the vehicle. I travel extensively throughout the Country and use my work vehicle as a tow car. We have a transportation company delivering Buses, Trucks and Specialty Vehicles all over America and Canada.

Good selection of low mileage, fairly priced vehicles. They made it easy even with the recent outages. Good communication. There was a couple things about the vehicle I purchased that needed some attention and was no problem for them to fix on the spot. I d buy a vehicle from them again.

I came to Excel Motors on December 23, 2023 I bought a car and got the warranty. I was told that nothing was wrong with the vehicle (of course they wouldn t be honest about that). I had to take my car in to get a safety lock off which they did that for free and I do appreciate that. While they were doing that they had cleared my check engine light and told me when it comes back on they would take a look and they would take care of me.Now the day I m supposed to take it in they are claiming I have to pay for a diagnostic since they took my safety feature off for free.I understand this is a used car lot , but they are very big on gas lighting you to think they will have your back and make you feel as if it s a trusted place.I do not recommend excel motors unless you are looking for a project vehicle.

These guys are great!! They searched for what I was looking for and found it clear across the country! Had it shipped and I m now enjoying my new ride!!!The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly! Highly recommend trying these guys out if you re looking for a used vehicle!

I have been looking for a truck for almost a year. CARFAX, driving around to different dealerships, fb marketplace. Just over whelmed w all of it.We decided to go look at more dealerships bc I had been online for a month straight still looking and thought, I just need to see it in person. Everywhere we went, we were frowned upon. No one wanted to take the time out bc we were in a beat up old truck that s almost embarrassing for anyone to drive !!We walked the whole dealership lot and NOT ONE PERSON came out. So we went in At least 7 ppl in their offices, cubicles or whatever you call them and not one person said one word to us!! I m not kidding AMC!The next place sent a 15 year old kid to try to talk about smthn he knew nothing about every question he had to go in the back and shut the door and ask then 10 min later come out and still have no answer. Talk about aggravated!!But no one gave us the time of day and that s super important especially bc we re older and just want the good customer service not to mention we could ve paid cash for at least 3 of their most expensive cars they had on the lot !!! Just sayin .When we pulled into Excel, a guy came out, put his hand out and said hi I m Tyler, what can I help you w today and he (other than hanging onto your DL tightly) walked thru every step w us. He worked w us and was patient Chelsea in the front was super wonderful and just a very welcoming person. She ll even let you kick off your shoes and stay awhile !! Their customer service is amazing and they are ppl persons !You won t find that w in 20 miles to either side of them especially if you want to deal w a real live person ! They re wonderful and I LOVE MY TRUCK !!

First time buying a vehicle through Excel Motors. I felt no pressure, we were able to get things done smoothly without any rush to it. I saw that they did their best to find the right deal for me. I also saw that they are top rated on CarGurus and well they lived up to that from what I experienced today. Very much recommend Excel Motors. I don't regret my buy here, definitely coming back!!

3 days before our second son was born, we realized we couldn t comfortably fit a second car seat in our SUV!While used car shopping on Saturday, we found a reliable, clean, and sharp looking Chrysler Town and Country minivan on the lot at Excel Motors and Al took great care of us.He worked with us through text, email, and in person to make sure we got the best possible interest rate and payment while limiting the amount of time we had to spend chasing our other toddler around the lot.Everyone knows that buying a car can be a long process but Al made sure it was easy and as stress free as possible.Our son was born the very next Monday and I drove him and my wife home from the hospital on Tuesday night in our new van.We will be recommending Al and Excel Motors to our family and friends for their next used vehicle purchase and I suggest you do the same.We will certainly be coming back here for our next vehicle. This was the best dealership I ve ever been too. The staff was very friendly and payed close attention to what I was interested in, rather than just trying to sell my any car off the lot. I Immediately felt comfortable and any questions I had were gladly answered. The entire process was transparent and honest. I didn t feel pressured into buying anything and the car I left with is great. No hidden problems in the car and I felt very confident in the car thanks to them. I still contact them if I have any questions and the customer service is the best I ve experienced from a dealership. I ve recommended Excel Motors to family and friends and would definitely recommend to people looking to leave the dealership happy!

This was my first time buying a vehicle that didn t come from my family, but it still felt like I bought a car from my family. There wasn t any sales pressure at all. I test drove it, I loved it (I loved the price!), I bought it. Excel also has a vast, budget friendly inventory with lots of makes and models. The cars I test drove were clean and well maintained. Al was very friendly and professional. He was accommodating and even maintained communication with me well after I purchased my new car. He also helped me out a ton by setting up an extended warranty. Chelsea was great too. She helped me get my titling and registration processed. Thank you, Excel for your hard work and for making my car buying experience smooth and easy!

Overall I had a pretty good experience working with Al and Chelsea. There was really good communication from them from the first time I reached out. I live about 2 hours away so it was really important that I wasn t wasting my time (and gas) to get there. They answered a lot of my questions and sent me a video of the vehicle ahead of time. I think everyone always wishes that they paid less for anything but I feel good about the deal we were able to reach. If I was ever looking for another vehicle I would definitely be willing to do business with them again. Also love that they are a family owned business!

They are very friendly and easy to work with. I purchased my son's first car from them. The AC wasn't working when we test drove it. They promised to fix it; so I bought the vehicle. They purchased a new compressor and installed it for us a few days later at no cost to us. I would definitely buy from them again.

My experience with excel motors was very pleasant. I was not forced or swindled into purchasing a vehicle that they wanted me to buy. Chelsea and Al worked really hard to find a bank that would finance me. In which that hard work paid off for me and them. When I purchase another vehicle I would definitely head to Excel motors. Thank you and I appreciate all your help shout outs to Chelsea and Al you rock.

Had a few issues arise with the vehicle and title shortly after purchasing. Excel went above and beyond to help resolve them as quickly as possible. They were very responsive and provided us with excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was pretty easy going. Friendly helpful. Price was a little high but I loved the car so I was okay with it. Quick and easy service with paperwork. Overall great experience!
