The Caliber team did a wonderful job repairing my car after I got rear-ended. My car looks as good as new, and it was finished ahead of the initial time frame. I appreciated the communication of updates via text multiple times per week.

Looking for quality car repair? Caliber Collision (Plainfield, IN) is the place to visit. Unfortunately, I had to bring my car here for two separate occasion (wreck and vandalisms due to theft). But I was fortunate enough to experience the teams (Craig, Stepany, and Amber) exceptional customer service. My Vehicle was returned to me in mint condition!Thank you to the entire staff.

The people in the office were very kind, but they are not the ones that do the work. Apparently there service people aren't very. The body work was good by the mechanical was awful. If that bed would have blew off going down the interstate and stuck in the windshield of a car or truck and killed someone, what then. And it took over a month before I got it back.

The work was done well from what I can tell; however, the deadline I was given at drop off was not met. In total, they had my vehicle for almost 2 months. Granted, I did have extensive damage.

The auto technicians have low standards, there was no quality shown in their work. The office staff were very nice but that only gets a business so far. The reason I brought my truck in is to get the vandalism fixed on the door. My truck looks worse than I did when I brought it in and the dent is still there. If it was fully inspected it would have been repaired.i blame Caliber for the dent but my insurance was the ones that only allowed them to paint only the damaged panel, now my truck does not match. The manager Craig did go beyond his duties to buff the other panels so it doesn't look as bad but it will eventually be look bad again. Thanks for caring but I rather have the dent fixed. I literally paid $500. to have my truck look worse. This truck is sentimental to me and you have tainted that feeling.Service: Body & Trim

If I could give a negative review I would. I m so beyond disappointed with the results. I don t even know where to start. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I would recommend a child have a go at your car before taking it to them

They are true to their repair warranty and friendly to boot. I came with a broken trim and asked for assistance. Although most techs had gone home, the senior tech looked at my issue, took the part to the back, and did what he could to make it right for me. I am grateful to them.

I was hit in November and used Caliber for my repairs this month. They replaced parts on the driver's side of my vehicle as well as completed some repairs. They also did the paint to ensure everything blended and looked good as new. I received consistent updates via text regarding part arrival and the repair process. The customer service was always amazing and the job was seamless. I am thoroughly satisfied with the work they did and would recommend them every day of the week, even if you are just shopping for an estimate. They also provided a vehicle cleaning upon repair completion, which was a pleasant surprise to me, and my car looked better than before! Caliber Collison had my minivan for three weeks to repair rear-end damage. When it was returned it was dirty inside and out. Someone who worked on installing a new rear window wiped their black glue covered fingers on my vans rear floor interior, it's destroyed. The window installer didn't even get all of the weather striping glued properly. Some of it is hanging unattached. The paint colors are close but they don't match.Definitely bad.

Great service and good work. After a collision with a deer, they worked directly with my insurance company to repair my vehicle. Enterprise dropped a car off at their place for me to use for the time my car was being repaired. The color matched beautifully. I hope I don't need to go back but I will if I need to. They just changed their name to caliber collision.

I took my BMW in for a windshield and in the process they knicked my A-Pillar and ripped a small portion of my driver's seat. I reached out to the GM and he told me to bring it by. I stopped in one evening and he was gone. I've left messages with no response. I've contacted corporate with no response. Very disappointed in service nowadays.

This is our insurance approved shop. I had scheduled an estimate at the dealer shop first... that the guy wouldn't do-telling me I had already submitted an estimate when I filed the claim and sent photos . So, I have to say, I have more faith in this company than in the dealership. I have gotten updates on progress and an anticipated return date- which allows me to comfortably travel in the rental while they work.Update July 2023: I returned sooner than necessary based on the stated completion date, it was not complete- I had to call to find that out, before taking everyone in to pick up. It was not complete the next several times...(stuff happens). Of course when it was completed, I was awaiting an appointment at my house. They did not anticipate it would take long to pick up... wait so that you don't feel rushed, is my advice.I signed everything before I inspected it (they had me do it that way) on inspection, my settings had been changed?A little warning that I would need to put it all back- would have been helpful. The power doors did not work. Since extensive work had been done to doors on passenger side, I was concerned about this. I was in a bit of a hurry, I was needing to return the rental car, I need my car for extended travel... I did not take photos, I was just grateful to get the door problem figured out.Turns out they missed putting a piece back that goes under the rear passenger window- like an end cap for the sliding door. I was told they would order it and let me know when it came in. I sent pictures as requested, have not gotten acknowledgment of reciept- no word since then- it's been almost a month.... I also didn't ask why they couldn't just the one that they took off the car back on? So some is on me...Still- since it has been returned not finished and am waiting about a month (with no word) for a part they should have still had.... I'm bumping my review from 5 to 3 stars and can edit when the job is completed.

After a tree fell on my car, I had no idea where to go. Insurance sent me to Caliber. They were outstanding! Not only did I get my car back over 2 weeks early, I was kept up to date with daily texts telling me where in the process we were. They worked directly with my insurance so I had very little to do after filing the claim. I hope I never need them again but I wouldn't hesitate to call on them if needed.

Caliber collision in Plainfield Indiana took care of my car with care and did an excellent job on the repairs car looks awsome I would recommend them to anyone that needs collision repair they do an awesome job i really appreciate the job well done will use them for any future repairs in the future if need Keep up the great work you all are awsome.Looks new again.

Estimate was smooth, insurance paid them directly. There was some fairly bad communication in the middle of the repair which involved promise dates basically being made up and with no plan to meet them. The promise date was set as 9/28 early on and was even confirmed via text on 9/26, however when I called to check on it on 9/28, they informed me that they didn t even have all the parts yet and that s when I discovered that they also somehow managed to not repair the front bumper cover even though the collision was primarily a front end one. They claimed the insurance caused this, but in multiple conversations with Allstate, I do not believe that s the case. Sounds like caliber assumed that it was a T-bone type collision based on the door damage and failed to reference the notes and pictures collected at the estimate. 11 days after the promised date it was finally done . I went to pick it up and didn t get out of the parking lot and noticed the air bag light was on. This light wasn t even on after the collision. They tried for an hour to clear it but eventually had to send me away in a rental. They paid for the rental, so that s fair, but lots of wasted time. All in all, the car looks great and Craig and team made some concessions for the problems and made it right in my mind.That said, don t expect great communication or accurate promise dates from them during repairs.

I have called twice (two different days) for an appointment to to get an estimate appointment. Not an estimate, just the appointment to talk to someone. No response.I called twice (two different days) for an appointment at the Avon location. No response.Seems to me that the answering service is not working out.Update 1: I sent the requested email (below) and got no response.Update 2: I called the shop directly and got an appointment! It's only 3 weeks away! They must be really busy. January 3 was the agreed day to deliver my car for repairs. YayUpdate 3: This morning, I delivered the car for repairs. Sadly, the woman had no record of me, or my car, or my appointment. She sent me away.At this point, I have been driving a wreck for two months. A large portion of that is time consumed trying to get Caliber to start.At this point, I'm not sure what business Caliber is in, but whatever it is, I can't recommend them.
