Quite possibly the most fair and honest tire establishment I've been to. These gentlemen are always polite. They tell you exactly what is wrong. Advise you on what is needing to be done and what you should do first as fast as safety or vehicle protection goes. No pressure at all. Pricing is very transparent. I have decided that this is the only place I'll be going. We have been taking our vehicles to them for everything and have been happy with all their work. Thank you Belle Tire!

Cassidy was an amazing help during our family road trip. Flat tire on nearby freeway. Tow on a late Saturday to this shop where they inspected the tire, found the puncture, repaired the puncture, and got us quickly back on the road (30 minutes after the shop's official closing hours). I recently called and asked about a missing piece from the wheel (discovered later in the trip). Cassidy assumed responsibility -- even though no proof of fault cause -- and ordered the replacement part. We are stopping back in to the Belle Tire on our way back through Indy to have this resolved. Amazing customer service!I love Costco. Truly. Love them. But... I have and will always buy tires from Belle Tire. Makes life so much easier since there are stores "everywhere" to help when issues arise.

Love these guys! I kept having a flat tire on my new tire. The team fixed it quickly and no more flats! Very quick and affordable, I highly recommend!

Taking yet another set of track wheels to Alex and the gang for a fresh set of Race Tires. These guys never let me down. Great service every time! Many of my Track Day friends use Belle Tire Plainfield as well.

I hate leaving bad reviews but I had a horrible experience at belles tire and because im an idiot I went there 3 different times. First I simply wanted my alignment checked; they tell me all my tires need replaced. Okay sure, make an appointment for the next day. I take my car in for new tires they next call me and say my brakes are completely gone and I should be scared to drive it so we say let s replace them. Cost about 2 grand (for tires and brakes but still) I go pick up my car and the tire sensor light is now flashing (funny all my tires were replaced and they broke the sensor) so the next week I took it in and they replaced it and acted like they did me a favor wow thank you guys! So fast forward 2 peaceful weeks being away from there and I need an oil change. My tire sensor light is still broken and flashing so I mentioned it to them thinking they d fix it, since it is clearly their fault it s broken. Why did I go back? I like shopping across the street and there s a nail place so it s very good location. (That s the ONLY good thing). So I take it in thinking nothing more can be wrong w my car. Immediately he calls and says they replaced the right Tire pressure sensor last time and the other side went bad (yeah right) so that will be 86$ to fix : I m shocked and say yes, he calls me back 10 min later to tell me my oil cap is disintegrating and they can t even change my oil without replacing the cap. That will be 110$ . I m sorry what? My simple oil change went from being 90$ to 330$ How. I said no I went to auto zone to buy my own oil and filter, checked to see a replacement cap is 8$ my cap is fine. I will never go there again, Idc if my car is stranded and that s the only car place in a hundred mile radius very sketchy

Took my vehicle here to get the brakes looked at because they were squeaking and I had a warranty on them from a different Bell tire. They drove it and told me because they can t hear the squeaking noise. They can t diagnose it I m not even a mechanic if it s squeaking who can diagnose it without looking at them. Staff is very dry and rude and lazy. Wouldn t you have to take the tire off to inspect? I guess you having a mechanics license doesn t mean have common sense. Maybe I should ve just went back to my original one. At least they re friendly and look at it and give you an honest answer instead of just driving it and telling you they can t diagnose it.Do not waste your money or time!!!!

I'm traveling and blew my tire out on a pothole in Indy. They got me right in and on my way. Great service, very much appreciated, and I highly recommend Belle Tire!

I got a nail in my tire taking my 5 year old granddaughter to the dr with the flu. They got me in and out and didn t charge me!! Great people !

My daughter had a flat last night on her 2007 Camry and I discovered that the full size spare on a matching rim had mysteriously been replaced with a donut. Hmmm. The only business that has had anything to do with the car and the tires since I last saw the spare was Belle Tire in Plainfield. Coincidence? I somehow doubt it.

I purchased four new tires. My old tires had good tread but were leaking air. I found out that Belle Tire did not replace any of my old valve stems. Their installation package states that new valve stems are included. All four of my valve stems were leaking. I called to make an appointment to replace the valve stems because it was definitely not safe. I was quickly told they don't make appointments for that. I would have to drop the vehicle off and come back. Belle Tire definitely didn't care about me at all after the sale.

Stopped in this store for the first time for a tire repair. Friendly and professional and timely! Comfortable waiting area. They removed the 'bolt' from the tire, made the repair and had me on my way in fantastic time. Thank you! I'll be back!!

They replaced my damaged windshield. Upon getting my car back and driving it home, I realized the eyesight (cruise control) function on my Subaru no longer worked and couldn't be fixed through standard driver's manual troubleshooting. I called them the same day to see if they could fix this for me too. They mentioned that the calibration was difficult for them and suggested I go to the dealership to fix the cruise control instead. Not only did they not offer any percentage refund or to cover the added costs of fixing cruise control elsewhere; this means they knew the entire time that there was potential for issues with my cruise control and didn't bother to mention this to me when returning my car to me. I went out of my way specifically to this location because they specialized in Subarus, but I would have to urge anyone who drives a Subaru to skip over this belle tire.

I ran over a sharp piece of metal somewhere downtown, my tires started seeping air and had to put more in 3 times. Made it to Belle and they patched my tire, showed my the metal, and fixed sensor. FOR FREE!! I was a new customer. So they have my business now. So friendly and knows how to take care of their customers. I'm here right now getting rotation and sensors fixed. I was with discount tire but they said 2 hours to get it done. I definitely found my new tire place

Belle Tire was one of the few places open when a nail in my tire caused a needed repair to get home. David and his team fit me in and I highly recommend them for tires. I will definitely be back for all my tire needs.

Okay, here we go. A few months ago I had a set of tires mounted here on some very high end expensive wheels. This location damaged one of my wheels then (Tim) tried to deny doing any damage. Then he offered to (fix them as cheaply as they could) were his exact words. I had to go through a whole process, getting corporate involved, they had to check their cameras looking for any previous damage etc . Took probably a month of back and forth for them to finally buy me a new wheel.Now, after I finally get my new wheel (ordered from Japan, so it took a while) I go to a new reputable place to have the tire removed from the damaged wheel and mounted to the new wheel. I had informed them that the tire had a very slow leak. I had just assumed it was from the damage to the wheel that this Belle Tire caused. Boy, was I completely wrong. This location also damaged the bead of my $500 tire on top of damaging my $1300 wheel.I would recommend staying clear of this place. Not only was Tim extremely rude about this whole situation but he also denied doing any damage at all until I got corporate involved.

Got out of work to find a massive screw in my tire, and the tire at 27psi. Drove around the corner to Belle Tire and Tim and Eric got it pulled and patched in less than an hour. Great service at an even better price of free. Thanks guys!

Great experience! They got me in 25 minutes to close. My back tire was slowly losing air. I had two objects in it. They had it fixed in 40 or so minutes and didn t charge me. Great customer service as well! I will be back for sure.

Was lucky enough to get a flat right as I was passing Belle tire. I was able to pull in before it went completely flat. It took some time but they got my truck in, fixed the hole and didn't even charge me! Thanks a ton.!! Working from out of town so it really nice of them to take care of it!! I won't forget it!

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!after two years of good service with the Cooper tire I purchased for my truck , I had a "Catastrophic " blow out in freeway traffic.leaving nothing but the tread and a rim, the AAA man placed what was left of the tire in the truck and when this was presented to Belle Tire for warranty ( as the still retained 90% of the tread)and we asked about the "no questions' Cooper warranty"Was told "no" as I hadn't let them do all the rotations in the last two years.( which they always just use as an excuse to try to sell you more products and services}I have contacted Copper tires directly and found out and they have no such "rotation schedule" requirement: So, I have reported Belle tires in Plainfield for their refusal to honor the Copper warranty!When you are spending $1100.00 plus on new tires a warranty is an important parts of your purchase , But If the dealer attempts to find one excuse after another to avoid honoring it, its useless.I will avoid Belle tires in the future, and spend my hard earned money with repudiable businesses ,I advise other too also.(One star , Only because you cant leave a zero!)

What was supposed to be a quick trip to another place to have the tires that my husband bought, turned into 3 hours sitting at Belle Tire in Plainfield. The other place wouldn't put the tires on because they said we needed ball joints and they didn't do that kind of work. So I had to find a place that would fix the ball joints hopefully that day. I cannot recommend Belle Tire Plainfield enough. Tim, the manager told me to come right in when I called and asked questions. They worked me in. I didn't need an appointment. They fixed the ball joints right then, I went ahead and had them do the brakes and the alignment. Tim even gave me a little tire man for my nephew who has austism and I to take on our trip to Tennessee in a couple weeks. I am so please with the service and professionalism of Tim and his whole team. I would recommend and I will be going back.

I love love love them! The team there is so honest and so amazing. I am so used to mechanics being dishonest and charging large amounts. Not Belle. Honest with fair pricing.I refuse to take my car anywhere else!

If I could give 0 Stars I would. This is the worst Belle tire ive been too and ive been to the one out in greenwood and Castleton. I wouldn t go here unless it s for tires ONLY from reading the reviews. They over charge for everything and the customer service is poor.

Finally a tire place where I don t feel like I m getting ripped off for being a female!! They have my business forever! Two new tires and an alignment in no time! They got me in same day! I work full time with 3 active kids, so this was SO important to me! I called around SO many places trying to get the best price...they not only had the best price, but also the best customer service...most places were so rude to me over the phone, and could careless about my business! Everything was so clean and well maintained. You could tell they actually cleaned the place frequently. Most tire shops make my skin crawl, and I would avoid using the bathroom, but not here! So happy I went with their business!! Park was amazing and patient with me on the phone. Introduced himself when I arrived for my appointment and everything!! They have got it going on here!!

I came on Monday night and talked to one of the managers. I believe his name is David. At the time of my arrival, he was working with someone else but as soon as he was done helping that person, he greeted me with a smile. On this day, I got my tires rotated, balanced (3 out of the 4 needed balancing) and I got an alignment check. To everyone s surprise, the alignment was still good. Thank you very much for having me in and out in a good amount of time.

When purchasing the tires we had a great experience, however after has been different. The tire got a nail in it and we purchased the warranty so my husband called to ask them when he could bring it in to be looked at and they said anytime no appointment needed so he drives 30 miles and they can t get him in, I do the same thing, call and they same come in any time, I asked this time if a certain time worked better and the guy on the phone said no come in any time, so I drive out there and they say 3-4 hour wait, nope! Just schedule me an appointment then! So annoying

They treated me like family that treated me with respect and they did my truck within a timely manner. I'm disabled and I suffer from chronic pain and I wasn't tired that long. And they did all four tires quicker than i've ever seen anybody do four tires
