I took our Lincoln hybrid here because it would not hold a charge. After months of testing, bringing in an engineer, and continued updates from Shelia (Ford's service advisor), they were able to get our car working again. Shelia, along with the service manager Ernesto, were both great people to work with. We will continue to be customers here because I feel that they care and are trustworthy. Thank you for that, and keep up the outstanding customer service!

My service advisor Kris Tobin is the best. I told him I was planning on heading to Arizona that Monday morning when my service light came on. He checked the codes pretty much knew what the problem probably was on the spot.Found out it had a recall and it was repaired in a little over 24 hours. Thanks again Kris and everyone else that helped to get it done so quickly.

Do NOT have your vechile worked on at this location. A family member of mine took a vechile to have it looked over and paid over 2000 for repairs. Once the pair was done the vechile was still making the same noise. Andy Mohr/Plainfield gave them a hard time saying it would cost move money. They contacted a lawyer and was told. Andy Mohr has had several cases. But the lawyer didn't see any pays outs. And that the claims always go through Danville. They must be working together. Save yourself a headache and find another mechanic. If you decide to use them good luck. And don't sign any paperwork.

I have always had good luck with the vehicles I buy here. I would like to say that Chase and his sidekick done a GREAT job selling me my Dodge caravan. Love their own warranty that is free. I would recommend them over any other car dealer.

Great service! I dealt with their part's manager, Calvin Young and he was awesome! I had purchased a seat belt unit a few years ago and it had stopped working. But when I went back they were able to get it to fasten again. I thought I was going to have to purchase another one but for whatever reason, it started working so I didn't have to buy one. I highly recommend this place. They were awesome to deal with!!

Scheduled the "Works" service, was in and out in a little over an hour. As for another thing, (not towards Andy Mohr) I didn't know that Ford changed their policy on the Points program. Before the change it was appealing to me that the points never expired. Now (as I was informed) if some points are not used yearly they (all) expire. So, what's the point of the points if you are forced to use them. With a new vehicle normally there isn't much service done for quite awhile other than the normal service. So, accumulated points are minimal. Disappointed!

The appointment took awhile, 6week wait to get it in the shop. Most of the issue was on me as I didn't want to wait x days to figure out whether the work would be warrantied, mostly I didn't want to pay for a rental for x days before they made the decision because we just purchased the vehicle in late August. The shop met all the concerns, it took 4h for them to do the diagnosis to put it to warranty. I expected to be down a car through Thanksgiving, but they had it done the next morning.

If I could give negative stars I would but Google forces you to put at least one star. I purchased a 2020 Ford Explorer and within a month of purchase have had to take this vehicle into the service department three times so far for warranty work. They can t seem to fix the issue and each time they have me come back. Glad this covered under warranty. I will never trust these clowns with any of my vehicles.

I have paid Andy Mohr Plainfield extremely high costs for routine maintenance (which they ve missed completion of) to my vehicle over the last few years.Until this week.I will not go back for service (which is his cash cow) or purchase another vehicle from Andy Mohr.I called to make an appointment to have the alternator replaced as it went out. The young girl who probably didn t have enough experience, told me I would have to wait 4 weeks for an appointment to replace a part that disabled my vehicle.4 weeks??No thanks.I will find another Ford dealer.My loyalty to Andy is no more.Services: Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

They stand by their service. This establishment goes well beyond trying to satisfy the customer when they make a mistake. No one perfect. But the individuals that work here do what it take to make sure the customer is happy, has had a good experience while visiting and waiting on the service to their vehicle. The customer service is just outstanding here. I brought my truck here and they do all of the service on my truck. Sure they have made a few mistakes. But that is expected , we all are human and no ones perfect. But I tell you this, when there is and mistake on their end they fix and some. When the customer is a honest customer and is not satisfied with the service they do whatsoever it takes in their power to satisfy the customer. Trust me the individuals that I have here are honest hard working group of people. Outstanding customer service.Prices can be a little high.

I m not happy with service department. I was waiting for two weeks to get my schedule for inspection.Two day s was needed for that.But nothing happens in two days not even any calls from service .I cal every day no returning calls.Someone have dropped off my phone call and I insisted later to talk with manager.He said that service runs behind and they very busy.OMG!I already waiting for two weeks and have a car dropped for two days! I m off from work and using my PTO time waisted!I have no choice and and I give two more days just for inspection to the Ford serviceI called my boss for two more PTO daysAnd who knows how many days they need to fix my car!?Unhappy costumer!

With my experience being there today, them people are a bunch of jokes. Myself I would never go there to buy a car again. In 2018, the Rep told us we could go get in the car and the tempature was about 14* that day. We told the person let the car warm up and then we will go get in it. Most nonresonsible I've ever seen.

This service department provides the worst customer care I ve ever experienced. We continue to have issues with the car we bought just over a year ago and don t find out that services we have paid for have been overlooked until the next visit. We come in for a simple oil change and tire rotation and find out that our tires were not properly rotated and the mechanic told us that it was overlooked and described the current situation as driving with tractor tires . This is causing pull and unnecessary wear on the tires that we were unaware of due to their mistake. Every time I ve brought my car in for an oil change, we have had to bring it back the next day due to this company s mistakes. We spoke to the manager Deryk, and he s not willing to make this right due to his crew s mistake. I also feel like I have been taken advantage of as a woman bringing her car in to be serviced because they continually make mistakes when I m by myself. When I bring my husband, they explain everything in detail and make eye contact with him, not me. I am extremely dissatisfied and Andy Mohr has lost my business for life.Services: Tires, Oil change

I always get my car serviced at Andy Mohr Ford they are suppose to top off all your fluids as part of there sevice but this last time they didn't I paid 100 dollars and they marked off they checked fluids but I had a low windshield washer fluid light the next day and when I filled it it took a whole gallon for now on I will make sure before I leave there shop that the work was done

Service adviser was a young person with no experience. Was not able to answer questions regarding the diagnostics on a transmission fault. All that was conveyed was that "the transmission had to be torn down". When i asked to speak with the Service Manager, i was put on hold for 5 minutes, then the same Adviser came back on the line and said the Manager was busy and would have to call me back. I would not recommend this business.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

First off, I'll say this service shop has employees that know how to fix your vehicle. They do not lack technical skills. However, it's clear they are directed to go after your wallet.I've always used this shop(oil changes, tire rotations, etc)and am completely aware dealer labor is generally pricier by the hour(overhead is simply greater than most shops). OEM parts and employees familiar with the vehicles is an advantage I'll generally pay for.Given my last visit, I cannot recommend this shop as their pricing has gotten absurd. When you call to make an appointment regarding a wheel bearing needing replaced, a shop should never be charging 1.3hrs in diagnostic testing just to confirm. That amount of labor is clearly billed labor and not actual labor performed. Furthermore, when simply asking for information on that process, an employee should be able to provide details on why this diagnostic took so long, not deflect the question and walk away. This short term thinking and "creative" billing strategy has cost Ford's service center my trust and future business.

Took a vehicle here got the vehicle back damaged. All I can get fom them is " we didn't do it" with no further help. I have called the Gm Chris with no answer or call back. Called the service manager cant even get the name but no call back. I emailed the service advisor and have called but no call back or email back. Luckily this vehicle is a lease and they are going deal with it.

I have waited over a week and am still without a car . They dont seem interested in fixing my 2019 vehicle which is still under warranty. I dont feel like they have competent technicians. I brought it in for a break warning I was getting to service the breaks

Scheduled to have my truck looked at for electric work about 2 weeks in advance, and when I brought it in for my appointment on a Saturday I was told that it won't even be looked at until Monday. Wasted my time Saturday morning.

$160 Diagnostic Fee to tell me what I already knew. 2 hours to replace an ABS sensor, >$200 in labor. I would not recommend this place.Service: Brake service & repairService: Brake service & repair

I gave one star bcz there isn't a zero to choose. Service dept lies about what they do to your car when they didn't do anything. Outrageous!!! Dangerous!!

Buffy is Awesome, it's the technician that isn't doing his/her Job correctly, first I took my car in for some work and oil change, turned out my warranty was expired (not their fault I didn't realize it expired) but the tech didn't put my car back correctly, took it back still have parts under the passenger side glove box and don't know where it belongs.. I'm so annoyed because I didn't realize it until I opened the passenger side door and found a piece of the covering on the floor.
