Worst decision I have ever made. They have had my 85K$ 2016 black ops f250 with 200 miles on it for 6 months. It was in a accident that was sideswiped and needed 12k in repair. About 2 weekes ago they finally said it was ready. Right away I noticed that the hood and fender didn't align correctly. I have attached all the pictures and video for proof. I was so mad because it had been 6 months of waiting that they told me to take my truck for the weekend to see if I notice anything else. After driving it, the check engine light came on after 5 miles. The truck pulled hard right. I was already scared again. I was so disappointed i drove it to another collision center for inspection. Here is what they discovered. Please see the pictures. They all have caption. Now I have to give them back the truck so they can redo everything. Nothing they did is correct. My insurance company made them pay for a rental which I am currently driving. There is much more to this list than listed. I would never take anything here. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. Im sure I wont have my truck for at least another 6 months and nothing will come back 100%.

Can't Thank them enough. Took a little time to get all the parts in, but they went over and above with the customer experience. Jeff is absolutely wonderful. He stayed in constant contact with us over updates. He is a gem. Would recommend to anyone.Thank you again.

2) It won t let me respond to the business owner after their comment about not finding my name in the system so i will post my response here:My name, along with my husband s, is on the lease of a car that is in your shop, (technically my car also, because we only have the one between us) but it doesn t really matter as I do not wish to discuss this further. Nothing can really be done to make this situation better. There seems to be a repeated history of a lack of communication and openness from your service center as stated by other reviewers. We do understand that many businesses are short staffed and are taking longer than normal to complete things but if we were openly communicated this ahead of time, we would not be frustrated. We should not have to learn that on the day of completion our car is not fixed. And, we should not have to learn that by calling the center. Our 2 week estimate is well over a month now, and, again we understand that things are running slow, the timeline keeps getting pushed out every week, which is not really the issue. The issue is that we are told, oh, actually no, your car isn t ready today , and then a new date given. We are only told this information on the day of, when we call to confirm if we can pick up the car. No one communicates to us, not even 24 hours ahead that your car won t be ready. We all work with a large number of customers/clients, and it is common courtesy to give them a notice ahead of time if something will not be completed or if something has changed. We work long hours, we have to take time off and plan ahead of time so that we can pick up the car on XYZ day, in your normal business hours, only to find out that the car won t be ready the day of. It seems like some business practices need to be changed so that customers will not be left frustrated. Thank you for taking the time to respond. Have a good day. -1) The negatives reviews are ACCURATE. The mentions of lack of customer service, lack of communication, inconsistency with completion times, and overall poor management is what this collision center is known for. Everyone working there seems to be on their own agenda. I understand that businesses these days are short staffed, but this no way to run a business. I even feel bad for the employees that work there because it seems like this behavior is not only faced by the customers but internally by the employees as well. Poor management all throughout. Also contacting Dawn Wheeler as suggested by the owner themselves won t really do much. They tell you to contact her because they need a point person to take customers concerns and then will either say they are not responsible or will somehow change the conversation to blaming you instead. Regardless, you still won t get your car, and your concerns will be ignored. Those who have had positive reviews seem like the lucky one but there is no guarantee you will get someone good and punctual to work on your vehicle. Good luck!

I had wrecked my Yukon and taken it to them to repair. It was an amazing experience! They said how long it would take and got the vehicle back to be way before then. I would use them again! I have made use a body shop a handful of times in my 27 years of owning a driver's licence. I made a poor choice for the repair of my vehicle this time. This paint job is the worst ever presented to me. I was informed that most of my existing passenger side fender needed to be painted/blended so that it would match the color of my new hood. Something went very wrong. It looked like the fender was poorly cleaned before painting. The imperfections were either dripping paint that had dried, painted over bugs, or painted over road tar. They suggested that the imperfections might have been caused pre-existing chips in the paint. I reminded them, that before accepting my car for service, they circled pre-existing imperfections with markers. I suggested that we review the documentation photos. They could not produce photos with fender problem areas circled. My car was presented to me three times before I accepted it (50 days later). Once home, I found multiple areas with exposed metal (details below). I ended up applying touch-up paint in order to avoid a return to this disaster of a shop.PLUSES:- I was told that I would have my car repaired and returned to me within a week, if everything went as planned (I was impressed and excited)- The manager, Myra Gregg was A+ professional throughout my experience- I was provided a complimentary dealer car when I rejected the repair job the first time (30 days into the repair)MINUSES:- It took 30 days for them to present me with my car the first time- There were tiny popped bubbles on all of the new parts that had been newly painted.- The latch to the hood would not open or close because it was installed incorrectly (how do you miss this?)- They ruined my existing passenger fender with painting that probably wasn't required - or was at least excessive. This fender still has imperfections from multiple repaints- They decided NOT to blend the paint on the door by this ruined fender, citing that it wasn't needed. So why did they need to blend the fender by my hood in the first place? Why did they blend the door by brand new driver's side fender?- Each time I came in I found newly created scratches and scuffs on the paint job they had completed previously (they went back and fixed these blemishes)- It took 50 days to finish the job to "acceptable" expectations- The complimentary dealer car that I was given had 19 allowable drive miles left on it (per written agreement) before it needed to be returned (I was told verbally that I could keep the car past the allowable miles)- some of the excuses I was given for why my car was not ready/delayed were questionable- I observed another irate couple on my first trip to pick up my car (they told me they had been waiting over a month for their car)- Somehow, the thin painted metal strips that run between the windshield and the door windows got messed up during the repair. I found shiny unpainted metal along the bottom edges of both strips. My guess is the paint was rubbed off when they removed the fenders. I am concerned about rust. I decided to apply touch-up paint myself and call it a day.- I received a new fender on the driver's side of the car. They said they need to blend paint on my driver's side door in order for the paint to match. I found a gash with exposed metal on the front edge of the door where it meets the new fender. How can there be exposed metal if they blended the door? My guess is the paint was rubbed off when they removed the fender. I am concerned about rust. I decided to apply touch-up paint myself and call it a day.

The manager has no sense of customer service and was quite rude. After over 2 months of waiting for my 2019 Sorento, they finally finished repairs. The car was drivable when I dropped it of, but the bumper was tied on. Instead of ordering the parts per the adjuster, they blamed delays onthe parts shortage yet didn't order the part first before breaking down my car. As a result, I lost use of my vehicle for at least a month due to them not following what other shops are doing. They also didn't communicate the repair timeline so I had no idea when to expect my car. If you need to get your car repaired, don't take it here unless you want to wait longer than other shops. And after I called out their poor practices, they were rude and offer no discount or concessions for the delays. Don't take your vehicle here, you will regret it. If they actually cared about their customers they would have offered an oil change or something for their delays."Ask Geico for that discount" - manager.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Took my truck here after an accident & they did a fantastic job. The body work & paint is perfect, looks like nothing ever happened. The office staff were very nice too & handled everything with insurance. Actually a very easy process overall & would happily use them again.

I am very pleased with the work I had done to my Escape following an accident I was in. The entire body shop was so friendly and made sure I was kept up to date with everything that was going on during the repairs. The quickness of the repairs was amazing, and the work they did was out of this world. My vehicle looks perfect, and you would never know that anything had ever been damaged. I know the paint is hard to do at times because of the special colors, but they nailed it when it came to doing mine. I highly recommend anyone needing body work done, to bring their vehicles here, you will NOT be disappointed. A HUGE thank you to Andy Mohr Collision Center for making my experience amazing easy and fast.

So they received my truck in March 2022 I didn t not get it back until August 2022. They stalled at every opportunity and did not keep be informed on progress sent 8 individual supplements to my insurance. When I finally received my truck back everything that was movable was stolen my LED interior glow lights were stolen why SCT BDX tuner was stolen and many other small items. I don t recommend this shop to anyone. Very unprofessional and horrible painters.Services: Carburetor cleaning, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

What an exceptional experience from start to finish. You can tell they are under new leadership and have a customer first mentality at this shop. On 1/7/2019 I brought my 2017 Toytota Highlander to the Andy Mohr Collision Center in Plainfield to have some work done on the bottom of the drives door along with the lift gate. I was met with a warm welcome and smile by KeTina at their front desk. I explained the repairs I was looking to have and within 5 minutes both Stacey and Gregg (estimators) had me pull the truck in for inspection. I stress this because I had stopped at another local body shop and they stated they would not even be able to estimate for 7 days, I was pretty turned off with that center. Both Stacey and Gregg were friendly and professional at the same time, and explained what needed to take place to fix the areas correctly. After thorough explanation and a fair quote I was ready to have the vehicle fixed at Andy Mohr in Plainfield. During the process they did have some extra labor that was needed to complete the repair correctly. The manager Dawn spoke with me and settled on a more than reasonable price considering the amount of work they were doing. The vehicle was completed in 3 days and looks amazing. This experience could have been really bad but the whole team in Plainfield really showed me what customer service is and their number one priority was that I was happy with my experience. Dawn and her team delivered to say the least. I will be doing business with them in the future and recommend to any and all.

I sent my car there after a car (2010) accident to get it repaired, from the front of the office to the back everyone was professional, answered my questions and provided me with options. It was a stressful situation, however, the staff at Andy Mohr Collision Center in Plainfield made it more tolerable. Again thank you!!

My vehicle (2017 Escape) was stolen, then recovered after a fender-bender. After getting it out of inpound I looked for bodyshops and went with this one because it's from my dealership and they have a transparent process. I picked my car up today after a couple weeks there and it was worth it. They kept me in the loop when things changed with repair costs, and the front desk had me talk to the repair manager overseeing my car before driving off. He asked me to let me know if anything felt off and they'd address it.I would absolutely recommend this bodyshop. They're upfront, honest, and their work is great (but pricey). If you have a Ford, I'd at least inquire and get a quote here. They do good work.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

I wish I would have read these reviews before I took my vehicle here. I had just a little bit of damage on my car which only should of taken a week to fix but no its been over 30 days( I had a appointment which I had to wait a month for) and now I'm stuck paying for a rental car. I've never been through this but I do know now I will never take my vehicle back there again. I'm not happyService: Body & Trim

Andy More did a stellar job on my Camaro! I will have to disagree with the other reviews I have read. Their customer service was outstanding as well! I received periodic email updates about the progress of my car too. I would definitely recommend them.

I will never take my car back to this place to get it repaired or would I ever recommend this place. When I got my car back I noticed a tail light was chipped. I called the gentleman that was helping me to inquire about my tail light that wasn t working and it was damaged. He informed me In an unprofessional and rudely manner that I was the one who damaged it and that he would send pictures showing that it was damaged before it was brought in which was fine because I just wanted to make sure they did not damage it by accident while repairing my car. However, it was my fault but when I took it in to get it looked at because it wasn t working he advised he changed 2 bulbs for me and when I got home later that evening the tail light still was not working. So, I will have to take it somewhere and have the bulb changed because they did not make sure it was working before I lefted.

I had a wonderful experience with Andy Mohr Collision. From the first phone call with Nancy Budd I knew this is where I wanted to take my car after my wreck. She is great to work with and the other staff was so great as well. They kept me updated on my car via text and gave it back to me in perfect shape. They even arranged for my rental to pick me up and I was able to leave it there when I got my car back. Thank you all for making this process so easy!

If I could rate lower I would. Sitting here for a second time now with the same warranty issue to find out they didn't even do what they told us they were gonna do and then got the run around about our rental vehicle last time then when we get here today I get the same run around that they have no vehicles available and that I'll have to do with what they have. Yet my vehicle is a third row and now they say they have nothing to support that and will need to call enterprise. I'm so over andy mohr and will take my business elsewhere!! Really sucks I've already bought two new cars from the ford store!! Guess I'll go to skillman or somewhere where they'll take care of customers.

After waiting in line for 10 minutes, while one employee dealt with another customer and the other employee stood there doing nothing, ignoring me, I was finally helped. The estimate was supposed to be emailed to me the next day. Several days later I still had yet to receive the estimate, so I called Andy Mohr Collision to let them know. They said they would send it in a couple of minutes. 4 days later, still no estimate. I have an appointment somewhere else now. They lost my business. Very poor customer service.

They will call and email you about buying your car, don't expect the lowest KBB value for your vehicle. They are "in need" of cars like yours is just to suck you in then offer the lowest possible. If you need quick cash for your vehicle, well there you go!

Avoid this Place!!I would typically say that some of the negative comments here are misplaced, but I can honestly say they are correct. When I finally got my truck back form Andy Mohr Collision, the whole front end of the car was crooked. Not by a little, but a lot. Why? It was never connected to the passenger side frame of the car. This caused the whole thing to move when driven. This is a brand new bumper and fender. That was just the beginning. The hood was not put on right and is crooked. The new splash guard for the wheel was not connected right so it rattles and shakes as well. The icing on the cake was they didn t remove the painting tape. I m waiting for a call back to bring it back in for a second time.

If I could put negative stars I would. My fianc took his truck in there to get fixed after we got T-boned, and they had our truck for almost 2 weeks to fix the door, so when my fianc heard the truck was ready for pick up he drove up there only to find out they broke his bug guard completely off, they didn t put the symbol back on the door( which isn t a big deal) and come to find out they backed his truck into another vehicle and FAILED to tell us, and acted like everything was peaches and cream. The whole back panel is smudged and dented. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE, unless you want a terrible job done to it!

Dropped my vehicle off 10/2/18. Was told a week after insurance approval. They keep telling me they've sent the wrong parts. Mondays the 21st. Still no word. Could have parts myself and had it done in a week.Purchased 4 vehicles from Andy Mohr. This will be my last one and my last visit for a repair.

Absolutely Awful, No Stars. Repairs dragging on and on for over 2 months now on a 2007 car in great shape before the accident, took weeks to get around to my car, then revised estimate after revised estimate, then one missing part after another, one delay after another, one problem after another, not keeping me up to date, blowing deadlines, excuses, excuses, excuses. They still have my car, Im afraid to know if their work is shoddy too. I spoke with the "supervisor" nothing better, lies, lies, lies. These guys are terrible.UPDATE: I got my car back (with 6 new door dents from their parking lot) and ONE DAY later, I took it to my service shop to replace 2 cracked axels from the accident that these guys somehow MISSED. My shop said I was lucky the tires didn't fall off.So... How do I make it MINUS stars?
