They do what they promise and beyond.They are fair and honest, and a no pressure sales force. Randy, and Brad resolved issues immediately. The delivery was flawless.Their staff also found very valuable items that we forgot to remove, Randy called us to arrange their return. This establishment deserves 10 stars!

Called for some help on a Duruxx and Brad was nothing short of outstanding. He was extremely knowledgable and very helpful. Highly recomend this company !!

I'm honestly a bit flabbergasted at some of these negative reviews. We went through a horrible time getting our park model home, but Randy and his team were the only ones who made it bearable. They were super gracious and nice and answered all of our questions. Randy and Brad kept in contact with us any time something significant happened with our case. We didn't have to check in with them. They'd just call us and let us know when there was something to communicate. They went to bat for us and advocated for us with the bank and the shipping company when they weren't holding up their end of the bargain. Always very friendly. I don't even want to list all the things they did for us, because if everyone else started demanding the same thing, they'd go out of business. Suffice it to say, they went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of, even out of their own pocket. Maybe these other reviewers were just rude? Don't know. All I know is. For us, it felt more like a good family member taking care of you when you're sick. That's what the experience was like for us. They're good people.

A year ago, I came in with a diesel pickup truck and wanted to look at 5th wheel campers. I saw the tiny houses which would be much better because that s what I really needed. the guy in the office wouldn t give me the time of day, no customer service period. I asked him what you need to pull them with and he rudely said a semi giving me a look as if I would even be able to come up with one or pony up enough money well guess what I m not some young punk I actually own 2 semi trucks 1 of which is brand new. I went up the road and settled on something that worked

We purchased a 2021 Kropf park model from Sun Coast and would say that the model we purchased is great. However, the customer service we have received from Randy has been horrible. We ordered our unit and could never get Randy to let us know when it would be ready. When the unit was finally finished after multiple phone calls and emails, we had to call Kropf and find out that it had come off the assembly line the day before. Randy's guys came out and set up our park model well. Then, after it is set up, we noticed that we did not have all our shutters that we had ordered and the ones that were installed were the wrong color. We paid to have a "custom cabinet" to be installed and was not done. We paid for upgraded electrical outlets that were not installed. Our unit was set up on around 8-5-2020. It is now April of 2021 and Randy has still to install or correct any of these issues. I just received a voicemail stating that he would have guys down in my area this week and wanted to try and get these items installed but if I was not available, he would not be down in our area for several more months. I have paid in full for everything that we had asked for but still nothing. I would highly recommend our park model to anyone. However, I would never do business with Sun Coast in Pierceton, IN again. Randy has had the absolute worst attitude and customer service of anyone I have ever meet in this industry. If I was to bet, Randy has had all the parts needed to install on our park model but did not want to take the necessary steps of following through and providing customer service to a family that made sure that he was paid in full and did everything we could to make sure Randy was taken care of. It would be nice if Randy could do the same in return. I am only giving this company 1 star only because that is the only way to allow me to post.Shawn Poindexter

Brad helped us out showed us everything we spent a long time talking about financing these are definitely a good way to go if you have a piece of property because they are consider an RV still very beautiful

Very friendly and knowledgable. They were not pushy at all, they gave us the freedom to explore on our own. They took us in to the back shop area to show us one more that was being prepared to be sent to Florida and it was exactly what we were looking for. They answered all of our questions, they took the time to listen to all of our questions and answer them with knowledgeable answers. Recommended to any one in the market, do not pass this place by.

I purchased a used 2018 camper from here. It's not something they usually carry, but they did a lot of make-ready work on it and showed me how to use it. Being a first-time RV'er, that was really helpful. They gave me a new propane hose when the old one broke so I didn't have to go through the manufacturer - who is taking forever to come and put on a door hinge. It probably helped that I'm a local for getting after deal service from them. I found Randy to be a fair-dealing straight-forward guy.

Purchased a 2016 park model and paid cash for the unit. After the unit was delivered we needed some warranty repairs. Suncoast Trailer Sales Inc. will take your money and leave you hanging. I talked with the owner several times four months ago with no results. Give another company your hard earned money these guys don't care enough to even look at the issues. I got scammed for almost $50,000 don't let it happen to you. Check out the other similar complaint on the Suncoast Facebook page. STAY AWAY FROM SUNCOAST TRAILER SALES INC. MASTERS OF NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Was put on there list for winterizing camper and suppose to de winterize! On the 3 rd call after 2 people told me they will talk to randy and call me be back and on the 3rd call was horribly rude saying they do it for the elders which my is and on disability and Jellystone is the only thing she has to look forward to... HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Do not recommend toAnyone any will be talking to jellystone about there horrible service for a disabled lady if there customer service for winterizing lines and being on there list is this bad sure glad we didn't get a park model there very rude will be looking for a better company for my disabled mother to work with
