We needed an extra set of keys for our Ford Ranger. They got me in right away and were very efficient getting the job done quickly. I thought the cost was very reasonable too! I will definitely be back!

I usually don't write reviews on any product or business, but I am today. The service department at the Peru store has to be hands down the worst customer service I have ever had anywhere. What was supposed to be a couple hours job turned into four days. Then, when I did pick up my car the two women behind the counter were very rude and condescending. I will never go back. I will, however, tell everyone I know what a horrible experience I had there. Rating -0-Very unhappy.

The recall work was done well. I had asked if other work could also be done and after a few minutes was told yes and given a quote. I approved the work. Close to closing time, I was called and told my explorer was done. Upon arrival, I was told that the other work I had requested was not done because it was more involved than they thought. Then I was asked if I wanted them to figure out how much it would actually cost. Why wasn't that figured out the first time?

Just got the oil changed and tires rotated on my Ford Explorer at Peru Ford. Making the appointment through the Ford app was simple and the service was great once I arrived. I do not even give them one star. My entire experience with ford has been awful. My transmission on my car went out. Ford refused to cover a rental. I had to go to peru ford because my car was still under the power train warranty. I told them I was getting charged & Ford would not pay for the rental. They laughed at me & took about 2 months to get done a process that could have been done in a week. As a result, I now owe almost $3,000 in rental car fees & that is with the place I got my rental from working with me. I called peru ford weekly pleading with them to get my car done. Telling them I am a single Mom & cannot afford the rental but without it i would loose my job, if i loose my job I loose my home & everything. They did not care. I will never own a ford again & i cannot rate peru ford low enough. If they would have put my car as a priority, i would not be in so much debt. I would never go to them.

I needed a driver's side airbag replacement for a "Recall notice".All they needed was the VIN number when I made the appointment. I only had to wait a couple business days to get the appointment. I think they got me back on the road within 20 minutes to a half an hour after their service.This was a five-star experience.

Peru Ford is awesome! I found a screw lodged in my tire after my app had notified me that my tire pressure was low. I called Peru Ford, and they got me in right away! They patched my tire, washed my car, and did so in a friendly and professional manner! Short version: I drove my car in for warranty/ recall work in July. (Transmission computer)I picked up my car in October when they said it was done.Didn't even make it a mile down the road and had noticable problems that where not there before.Long version. When i pickin up my car I had to jump start it. I just put a new battery in it this February so it's not that old. After i jump started it I didn't have power steering. I definitely had power sterring before I dropped it off. I only made it to the stop light on 24 before the car died right in the middle of the road. I couldn't put it in neutral to push it out of the way or even turn the hazards on. So I had to sit there blocking traffic till a tow truck could come and grab my car from the middle of the road on a sunday. Needless to say I just had the driver drop it off back at the dealership. The sales rep said they will get it taken care of but service is not in till Monday.It has been 5 days and no one has reached out to me yet...

I took my car in for a broken shifter cable and they fixed it. But now my parking break is messed up and supposibly all the sudden rewired and messed up and they also did something else to it because it sounds loud and like something us grinding in my engine. I was having trouble with my car missing out as I was driving. I had taken it to another dealership out of state to fix it at a cost of 500.00 dollars. When I got it back it was doing the same thing. I knew I was coming to the Peru area and have always had an amazing experience every time with the Peru dealership. I made an appointment at the Peru dealership and they knew what it was and immediately had it fixed for approximately half the price of the first dealership. My car has ran perfectly since. I have always had a wonderful experience each and every time with the Peru dealership.Service: Transmission

Very friendly service. My vehicle was worked in quickly and didn't take long at all to do the work. No issues with the tires afterwards. Before taking it in my vehicle had a vibration while driving down the road. Afterwards the vibration was gone and my vehicle ran smoothly down the road!Service: Tire rotationsService: Tire rotations

Terrible, the service team would not update on anything. I would have to call to get any sort of update. When the cashier would answer the service manager was always busy . They would give me dates that the would get my truck in for inspection And then when I would call to get answers they would of pushed the date back without notifying me. While they had my truck for warranty work, they would not provide me with a loaner vehicle. I would not recommend this service department to anyone. After Peru ford having my truck for a month and a half, I had to have it towed to Lafayette Ford. Once there, they provided me with a loaner vehicle, kept me in the loop, and finished everything when they said they would.Service: Auto maintenance

We were on our way back from Indy to warsaw and my 2002 f-150 started to shudder while accelerating. Just after Kokomo the check engine light came on and we saw that peru ford was closet. Stopped in and explained the situation. The team recognized my desperation and was able to squeeze me in. Diagnose the issue and fix it and we were back in the road. This team is fantastic. Even the young sales guy kept us entertained. When it s time to retire my old girt (f-150) this place is first on my list.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Recently took my 2016 Ford Mustang GT premium in for recall maintenance. Friendly service department. Also they were quick about programming a New key fob during the maintenance being performed for the recall requirements.

They were able to find the original keyless entry code so I could set my own code. And they also addressed a recall which we got in the mail.
