Always polite and respectful and friendly. I bought a 2016 dodge ram 1500 it had over 100,000 miles on it. Took it for a drive . Had a little shake from the tires. And the guys name was Matthew can't remember his last name but good guy. He had them put new tires on it. So great but seriously good guy name was Matthew

I have been using Peru Ford for my oil changes and maintenance checks. Little did I know how much they go above and beyond for their customers. I received a phone call from customer service. They apparently noticed my paint bubbling up on my hood. They put in a warranty request and it was approved. Did I ask them to do this no. Now I get a new hood for my explorer. Truly amazing customer service

Short version: I drove my car in for warranty/ recall work in July. (Transmission computer)I picked up my car in October when they said it was done.Didn't even make it a mile down the road and had noticable problems that where not there before.Long version. When i pickin up my car I had to jump start it. I just put a new battery in it this February so it's not that old. After i jump started it I didn't have power steering. I definitely had power sterring before I dropped it off. I only made it to the stop light on 24 before the car died right in the middle of the road. I couldn't put it in neutral to push it out of the way or even turn the hazards on. So I had to sit there blocking traffic till a tow truck could come and grab my car from the middle of the road on a sunday. Needless to say I just had the driver drop it off back at the dealership. The sales rep said they will get it taken care of but service is not in till Monday.It has been 5 days and no one has reached out to me yet...Update: They did fix the new problems, It just seems like it toke posting a review for anyone to address the issues.

I HATE car buying. The whole process just ties my stomach in knots. But Andrew at Peru Ford not only took time to make sure I understood everything, listened to my concerns and got the car I want and needed; the whole staff was super welcoming. The next time I need to buy a vehicle it will definitely be purchasing at Peru Ford!

Overall I was very pleased will my purchase of my new Ford Maverick. I was able to order a highly sought after vehicle at MRSP and they kept their part of the bargain when it came in. I also appreciated not having high pressure tactics applied when it came to purchasing extras and extended warranties. They presented what they had to offer and left it to me to decide. My salesman was Don Fuller and I liked his straight and no nonsense approach.

I ve bought every vehicle I ve owned from this lot (Previously Bob Schwartz Ford). Four vehicles in total. It has always been a pleasant, quick, and easy experience. Since the change to Peru Ford the experience has only gotten better. The cars salesman all work together and do a good job at it. They always offer me something to drink or snack on while processing loan information. The financing gentleman is extremely honest, non-pressuring, and very knowledgeable. The whole team cars and values you as an individual, not just another sold vehicle. Very no hassle buying experience. They are extremely competitive in their pricing, my last vehicle was a truck and it was six grand under market value! I will always continue to give them my business. Repeat customer for as long as they re selling vehicles! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get into a new vehicle. They have a great selection of new and used, all of their vehicles are immaculate. No lemons on this lot!

False Advertising. They advertise vehicles for sale with 10 year 150,000 Powertrain warranties and at the last moment before signing paperwork they remove the warranty and do not give you written verification that changes have been made to the bill of sale.Absolutely shady and we will never purchase another vehicle from Peru Ford!

I recently bought an Explorer from Peru Ford and the process went pretty smoothly. I dealt with Andrew and I thought he did a nice job selling me on this vehicle. If you re in need of of a new vehicle give these guys a chance.

Great dealership! While many places will try to up sell you everything, Peru Ford will actually tell you when you don't need to do something. I've been going there for 7 years, and they have never steered me wrong. Highly recommend!

Easiest car buying dealer experience ever. I can't really compare Tesla since their system is a bit different. So my comparison would be for the conventional car dealers i've been blessed doing business with. From German, Italian, British and American brands, i have got to say that Peru Ford is really easy to buy a car from and enjoyable at that.I live in the west and was looking around for a specific car nationwide and while they all did reply to my inquiries. Peru Ford took it to another level in my opinion. Kahla replied quickly and was very courteous and Steven was great to work with.The car they sold me was brand new and it just came, i got to see a video of it and pictures of it, got to speak to them quite a bit throughout the process and got to know them, which was really nice since i can't exactly see them physically due to the distance.They treated me like an old customer when it's actually my first time buying from them, so definitely a plus for me, none of that "pushing" thing and nor did they ever made me feel neglected, they literally reply quick. Finance department was quick, documents were sent overnight.It's funny to me how they are 2000 plus miles away from me and I literally spent way lesser time buying this car from them than all my dealer buying experience in LA, physically. Everything was just a breeze.They also took the time to update me with the car, showed me that she was very well taken care of while i arranged for her to be shipped and gave me some souvenirs as well.Put it this way, I have never met them physically but I actually loved the buying experience so much so from them, that i sent them both a Gift. That should explain how well they took care of me, a first time customer. I honestly will never buy another Ford elsewhere.Look for Kahla Ward and Steven Miller, they're just amazing people to work with.Thank you again guys, truly appreciate everything.

Was welcomed as soon as I opened door and was shown were the parts department was. That was alot of help to so thank you I have a hard time finding were different departments are so him showing me made it so much easier and faster.

Received a call from Mr. Shepherd regarding a Ford Bronco that came available after the previous potential buyers backed out which I am very grateful for since they are hard to come by which unfortunately is the most positive part of this experience. When I received the call he stated that the price was MSRP and the dealership did not raise it which what a lot of dealerships are doing with these and other vehicles due to availability, when I arrived there was a sticker in the window with a higher price than I was told on the phone but was quickly corrected, the frustrating part about this purchase is we were told that the vehicle came with some accessories that we really didn t want which added 4+k to the price but we were willing to take because we were overall happy with the vehicle, but we found out the accessories were added when it arrived at the dealership in order to jack the price of the vehicle without raising the actual price of the vehicle itself. One of the accessories that the dealership added was a lock utility box in the back that the dealership charged $3,600 for that if you order that same box from ford it s $700, we asked if we could give the accessories back and was told no. This was not honest business, and pretty deceiving to the customer which tells me this dealership is not concerned about returning customers. On a good note, there service manager Chad, is a great guy and is honest. Can t say that I won t be using there service dept but probably will not be buying anymore vehicles here, very frustrating.

I have been dealing with Bob Schwartz / Peru Ford for 12 years and I have and excellent experience every time. Vehicle servicing has always been excellent, easy to schedule your time slot to take it in. And the sales staff has been always outstanding and very helpful when you are shopping for anew or used vehicle which I have bought both from this dealership. If anything needs done or you need help with the sales and service department teams are the folks you want to work with you,

We recently traded in our explorer for a (new to us) explorer that best fit our family. Steven Miller was our salesman. Being as busy as they were, they made time to get us in when it was convenient for us. Steven was very transparent and kept us in the loop for getting the best deal for us and even ordered us new tires on them. Will continue to do business with them. Ask for Steven at Peru Ford.
