We took our Silverado to Paul Richard after my husband hit a deer. The body shop and parts department did a wonderful job on quickly getting the parts we needed and getting the job done. We also appreciated that they were thorough and fixed other things that they had found wrong along the way. Monica was very helpful and got us a courtesy car in no time! We have been loyal customers of Paul Richard and will continue to do so in the future!

Seem to be friendly enough people, but we towed my sons truck there on Monday, and they kept telling him they couldn't find the problem. They are a GM dealer ship, right. Come on people figure it out. I finally called on Wednesday and told them what I thought the issue might be. When we called them back Friday morning, they told us the technician wasn't coming in till 10 !!! I see the problem now, or at least part of it. The service industry in Indiana sucks, big time, you are hard pressed to find anywhere that will make you feel like they even care . All I can tell you is GOOD LUCK!!!

My experience with Paul Richard s Chevrolet has been nothing short of a disaster. After bringing in my Volkswagen Jetta for repairs following an accident, the communication and service from this dealership were abysmal.Initially, the repair process seemed to go smoothly, but upon receiving my vehicle back, it immediately exhibited issues not present before. The car went into limp mode, and the check engine light illuminated. Upon returning to Paul Richard's, the response from the staff, particularly Monica, was shockingly dismissive. Because of Monica s handling of the matter it was deemed unrelated by our insurance and we had to undergo a full investigation and PROVE that the damage was related which we did and passed with flying colors of course. Claiming incompetence in working on Volkswagens is not only negligent but contradicts the dealership's supposed expertise in handling all makes and models.Subsequently, when a genuine issue was PROVEN AS an Exhaust Flange damaged during the incident - . This refusal to acknowledge clear evidence has left me without a car for an extended period.Furthermore, when we attempted to address these issues with the owner, Ion, the experience took an even darker turn. Ion was not only unhelpful but shockingly disrespectful. We couldn't help but wonder if his behavior was influenced by our status as an interracial gay couple, suspecting a possible underlying layer of racism and bigotry as he was extremely combative even though we had never spoken to him prior.What's most concerning is the complete absence of transparency regarding the Staff and their abilities, as when we dropped off our Jetta we made sure with the Body Shop Manager Mike that they do in fact work on Vw s and made sure that it was in good hands.My overall experience with Paul Richard s Chevrolet has been highly disappointing, and I cannot recommend their services based on the poor communication, dismissive attitude, and potential discriminatory behavior.

I bought a car from here almost two years ago, on the way home the transmission started messing up and I thought no big deal I paid for the extended warranty so it was cover. When I bought the car and warranty the contract writer told me as long as I brought the car to that dealership while the car was under warranty there would be no charges from the service department. Well almost two year since then my car is still having transmission problems. It's been in their shop 6 times for the same thing and their idiot techs are trying to say that transmission slipping is normal at a low idle and when I picked it up today all of the sudden I have a 154 dollar diagnostic fee for a problem they didn't even diagnose. I will never go here again nor do recommend anyone else going here. If I could give them negative stars I would

Never really dealt with the service department due to doing most repairs myself..however Jeremy and Angel in the parts department are awesome at their jobs and have always went to all lengths to make sure I get the parts I need for my GM vehicles

I wanted to thank Tom, Rick and Drew, along with anyone else at your dealership that had a part in my purchase of the 2023 Tahoe. I had a first-class experience and wanted you to know how much I appreciated that. You guys were efficient and professional in every part of the transaction. I am a retired small business owner and understand and appreciate great service. I was willing to drive 600 miles to find the vehicle that I was looking for and was glad I made the trip. I would certainly recommend your dealership.

I have purchase many vehicles over the years. Just picked up a new 2020 Silverado 2500 truck on May 17th. They have excellent customer service, great salespeople and service department. Paul Richard GM Center is a Family own business. In all my experience, they make me feel like I'm Family. My opinion good salespeople, and excellent Service Department is what makes a good dealer. It makes customers Happy and keeps us coming back!

Highly satisfied with their customer service. I highly recommend their parts department for any of your GM product needs. Angel is the best and she helped me get what I needed. She's very knowledgeable and nice. I'll continue to do business here and buy from then. 10/10.

Have gone to Paul Richards for years. Excellent service. Have purchased my last two Impala's from them and very happy. Samantha and Marco are always nice and go out of their way to be helpful. Everyone there is excellent to deal with.

Husband and I continue to have great experiences with Paul Richard's. Always our dealership. They work with us to find a car that works for us. Its like going to see a friend when you shop here, not the typical car buying experience! Recommend seeing Giles or Casey for your car buying needs!

My husband and I were absolutely blown away by the manager and staff at this dealership. We were traveling on our way to Florida with our RV and experienced a problem with our truck. They greeted us warmly and quickly arranged for us to unhook the trailer and immediately began diagnosing the problem. They had a courtesy car available so we could get some breakfast. Luckily it wasn't too serous and we were on our way again on a few hours. The kindness shown to us was deeply appreciated.

All of my experiences at Paul-Richard GM Center have been great. Rick Shaw has been the best sales associate I have worked with. He took his time and made sure I was getting the best car and deal. After a year of owning my car he even took the time to follow up with me and make sure everything was still going great.The service department is just as helpful and friendly. They answered all of my questions and got me right in! I would recommend Paul Richard GM Center to anyone who is looking for a car!

I took my truck in because of a vibration. They said it was my tires. Mind you the tires on my truck had less than 1000 miles on them. So I took it back to the tire store, the man put on a new set with "highway tread" I took it back to the dealership and they tried to tell me it was because of the 4/8 cylinder setup. Well that didn't stop the problem so he said he gives up and hopes that I find the problem but he couldn't help me.

My husband and I were stranded in Peru due to our car would not start. Through contacting road assistance we were directed to the service department at Paul Richard Chevrolet. The assistance we received from Marco and the Service Manager even though they were closing was excellent. Here we are traveling through after visiting family and being from Texas their heartfelt kindness shown through. We would recommend the service department and their personnel to anyone needing car repairs. Feeling blessed!

Excellent service. Very happy with my purchase of a 2021 Chevy Tahoe from Paul-Richard GM. Giles was the rep and Bob was the finance person. Both are very easy to work with. Great service with low pressure sales. I found the truck I wanted, test drove and purchased. The friendly, accommodating staff made this an easy decision. This is my third vehicle purchased and I couldn't be happier. Rick Shaw and Tom Gaddy were super!

The sales guy Mason Ingram was very helpful on finding a vehicle. He described the truck to us in great detail and explained everything in terms we could understand. He always had a smile on his face and was very nice and had great enthusiasm. I would highly recommend people to come down to Paul Richard's and talk to Mason Ingram about a new or used vehicle.

I came into Paul Richard's today to look at a new truck and I was greeted by Mason Ingram and he talked to me about the truck I was looking at. He was very informative & detailed about the truck. He let me also take it on a test drive & he informed me more info about the truck.This was a very great experience and I would recommend anyone to come down to Paul Richard's to talk to Mason Ingram about a new or used vehicle

To get the trim and color I wanted, had to travel 150 miles to Paul-Richards GM Center. Casey made the whole buying experience a pleasure. I will drive the 150 miles again to buy my next GM vehicle.

Truck broke down hours away from home in middle of the night and this is where I decided to have it towed. Glad I did. Mark & his service team made sure that my unfortunate situation wasn t going to get any worse. Provided loaner vehicle for me and completed major repair on my truck days before I had anticipated it would be finished. If I lived nearby I would make this place my go-to service center for routine maintenance and any other issues I had. Great people great service.

The employees of this business are special. I brought a vehicle in and had a recall fixed and they found another issue that had given me trouble recently. At no charge I might add! They even did a quote to fix the new problem. THAT IS TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Sales people are nice and good to work with, be careful dealing with people in the loan department. Bought a car with my daughter, was supposed to be a co-signer to help her establish credit. Imagine my surprise when the payment booklet showed in my name and bank has my daughter as just a co-signer and me as primary....Guess it was my fault trusting them...Won't be back. Just seem a little crooked to me.

I ALWAYS have my car serviced at Paul Richard GM Center, even though my car isn t a GM model. I enjoy catching up with the best service staff around, and they always send me away feeling safe in my ride. I choose them over the Honda dealership where it s suggested I service my car because of the treatment I, and my car, receive at the shop. Go Sam!

I wanted to give a shout out to Paul Richards Chevy, from the sales team all the way to the guys and gals in the service dept. They are top notch. You re treated the same buying a used or new car and the service dept gets you in out in timely manner.
