The skinny punk working down @ the Peru,IN store wouldn't even help me look up a part because it was not a Ford or Ram then proceeded to laugh at me when I told him I guess I'd have to go somewhere else. One lucky punk today! Hopefully he is on his way out because that's definitely bad for business.

I stopped in Sunday 2/26/24 around 430-500 pm Looking for 5w50 MotorOil which they did not have any on the shelf.I was the only customer in the store I walked up to the counter were employee was perched upon his stool,had is hoodie hood up doing something with a paper towel . I ask if they didn't carry a certain motor oil if they could order some. Employee mumbled something that i could not hear, I ask him if he could repeat what he said, He said "Probably Not". That was it. Very disrespectful. In the future i will spend my money with the company that actually has customer appreciation.

I was helped by your store 6418 in Peru, IN on Sunday 4 June 2023. My Wife, 3 dogs and I were stranded on highway 31 near the intersection of highway 18 and my water pump went out, throwing my serpentine belt in 90 degree heat pulling a camp trailer. I called the store to se if the parts were in stock. In true Oreilly fashion they had everything I needed. I asked the person on the phone ( I believe her name was missy) to set the parts on the counter as my sister was on the way from a local campground to get them. She was extremely professional and helpful and assured me the parts would be waiting. My sister had a painless visit to the store and I got everything I asked her to sit out for me. The young man who helped(Tieler) was professional, knowledgeable and very thorough ! My car had a serious problem with the loose lug nuts on one wheel that was causing the wheel to be about to come off. Tiller efficiently put on some new lug nuts and inspected all on each wheel. He explained everything to me & was quite kind. I will return whenever I have need for O'Reilly's products.Thank you for the good service!

Terrible service. They sold me the wrong parts twice. Then the clerk gets an attitude with me like it was my fault they can't do their job right. Didn't even compensate for wasting my time. So I will no longer bring my business to this terrible establishment. So if you like making multiple trips to the store then this is most certainly the store for you

Drew and his staff are awesome weve been with them since they opened,my husband passed away December 10,2022 they were very kind to my daughter,son and I,my son has a dodge ram 1500 he's had problems with it since his dad passed,,and Drew and the crew has been so helpful to him,,,Thank you so much for having kind people working at the Peru Indiana store

Tyler was very helpful showing me a ight switch off of a dodge r am he showed me how to put it back together. Told me about their warranty and price matching..he did not try to push high dollar tens at me he seemed like he truly knew about a hard earned dollar.

These folks are nice, intelligent and helpful. One of the guys even said " I don't know, let me ask someone who has experience." I was blown away. I will keep coming back. Oh and yes there prices are higher then the rest ( except for NAPA). The rest of what I said makes it worth every penny.

Our car stalled out on the way into O'Reilly and the wonderful staff came out to jump it as they saw my family and myself hop on out in the middle of the road in front of the store. Shout out to Missy who is awesome!

I didn't have the greatest experience with this O'Reilly's I will say this make sure you are specific on what you want when you go there because my girlfriend went there to get a headlight she asked for the cheapest one available for her car and the guy that assisted her sold her one of those really bright colored lights for almost $30 when she brought it home I called them to double-check that that was the cheapest one available turns out it wasn't and he also tried to get her to buy two of them which would have been almost $60 for two headlights when they sell a two pack of the same light for around $50 but they did not have that in stock that day so I asked the guy if he was really going to sell her too single packs and let her pay $60 and instead of responding he hung up on me so after calling back and discussing the whole situation with the manager I will say they did make it right and sold me two singles for the price of the two pack but this was still a lot of ridiculous inconvenience and rudeness that could have been avoided

It's awesome just to let my live in mechanic go to a parts store. (Boyfriend) I'm glad that I don't have to pay those outrageous shop costs anymore.

The oreillys on till Rd is the best one in our area cause it is the hub store that supplies all the other oreillys on our area.
