I came to this place for oil change and wipers and the man working yelled at me and threw his hands up before I ever made it into the waiting room bc I didn't park fast enough. I was the only one here he didn't ask me if I wanted help he barked at me to get out of the car. . Watch your uhaul receipts from this place, they like to add coverages without telling you and charge late fees when you return the equipment 5 minutes early but they don't get you returned to 15 minutes late because they're working on a car

If you don't mind being eyeball-f*@+ed by the staff and can stand being treated like you don't know the first thing about cars because you're a female, go here. Little do they know, I probably know more than they do. Trying to upsell me stuff I didn't need, and not honoring my coupon for an oil change (it wasn't expired either). They said they forgot when they rang me up, but we had a lengthy conversation about it when discussing the price of my service which was, thank God, quick. The office smelled like old food and the TV was up so loud I could barely hear an word they said, and they just shrugged it off when I asked them to turn it down so we could discuss business. Smooth move, Exlax.

Came into town, pulled up google, called lube express.Price was good, service was fast, and i was in and out and on the road again. I will definitely use LubeExpress again when in the area!

Checked he vacuumed, washed windows, checked tire pressure and washer fluid and said all was ok. None of that was done. I checked tire pressure when I left and had a low tire and I put a gallon of washer fluid in. So what does he Do? Last time I was in they said my brakes were shot and this time brakes were fine. Hmmm, didn't have a brake job done so maybe they don't check things or know what to look for.

Guy was nice, polite, explained what all he does and asked what needed to be done. Didn't push any extra sales on us much. Liked that. We need what we needed done, and was able to be done fairly quick.

Brought my vehicle in to get an oil change and they changed the air filter as well. Not even 20 min later we were stranded on the side of the road. We called to talk to someone and the minute I started to complain about I was hung up on. So very unprofessional and WILL BE CONTACTING BBB!

Google says it opens at 8. It doesn t open until 9. Would have got 5 stars if I actually had anything done here probably. Also, the guy that was there turning on lights could have come and told me they don t open until 9 instead of watching me sit in my car like a dummy from out of town

I know a man that works here and is always doing his best to keep the place running, even when it is just him by himself. He is such a great guy and deserves recognition for his hard labor. Please give it to him.

Quick and good service, $60 oil change took away a star. Needed it done so I paid the price.
