Had a flat tire not far from the store, not only did they help us and allow us to borrow store tools, the man working there, Levi, came over after the store had closed and he was off the clock to come help us. He gave us some knowledge and stayed until he knew we had someone coming to help us. Will definitely be going back to this AutoZone whenever I need parts or tools.

Called the night before to make sure they had the tool I needed to rent , and , I was told they did. Stopped in just after they opened, and, nope they didn't have it. And have no system in place to track it, seriously! If you can't do it on the computer, do it the old fashioned way with pen and paper. Ever heard of login it out login it in. It's called accountability people, get it together people. Good thing I'm not upper management or I'd tighten up some procedures and/or people!!!

Never wrote a review before, but me and my boyfriend ended up getting a flat and Levi and someone else working tonight went above and beyond to help us out! Even when he got off work Levi walked over to help us out and went above and beyond to help anyway he could! Definitely appreciate it and the staff at Autozone!

I have lived in Peru Indiana all my life. And I remember when AutoZone first opened here.I have a very long history of visits, and this AutoZone definitely stood the test of time.Some workers stay there a long time, and some come and go.But the atmosphere is always the same, somebody is always willing to help.Their tools are overpriced, but I think they are trying to make up for how cheap they sell their auto parts for. Lol

Friendly conversation is nice but not when other customers have to wait because of it.Next day, cooler headHave been to this store enough to know most employees by name over the many years.This is a. 5 STAR store.

Well I walked in to pick up a special order part . No customers in the store . A male employee and female employee talking. I was never greeted the male employee went to the back room and the female started stocking parts behind the counter. Eventually see turned and said she would be with me shortly. After 3 to 5 minutes she asked how should could help me. I gave her my name told her I special ordered a partner it took another 10 minutes to get the part and cash me out. I was the only customer in the store for half an hour. Terrible service!

5 stars for having the parts on hand, but 1 star for helpful and pleasant staff. I stopped going to this store a few years ago, as the staff would never help with anything, even though they market themselves as assisting whenever they could. Their reason was *always* "I don't have time." Even when there was not another soul in the store. So now, I go to another store in town. They help me every single time (ex. install wiper blades, since I'm too short to reach).

I wouldn't have even given the one star that I had to to even make this review hands down worse service I've ever had in my life I've and I thought maybe it was just one person no every time I've been to that store it's the same thing you can't ever get anybody to help you and you I left because I couldn't get anybody to help so I figured I'd call him maybe get some answers now they put me on hold forever and then tell me they don't have motorcycle parts so I would not ever recommend going to the Peru AutoZone

The folks at this auto zone , were very courteous, and help us with the issue of are alternator. A young woman that works there, she I don't remember her name, but she did put a device onda alternator to check the voltage output, Prompt service and the folks were very friendly and helpful

These people are Soo nice. He went above and beyond to help me and looked at my car and troubleshooted my problem. He was nice, but I forgot his name. Excellent customer service. My sister he may have been the manager but anywho, excellent customer service.

I ask them many questions and they always know how to help me out and sometimes they come to see my vehicle as well. The customer service is amazing.

The staff here were incredible! After opening, I was waiting in the parking lot. My truck had a misfire. They helped me diagnose and let me use the tools necessary to fix my truck in the parking lot. Please use the store. They were extremely helpful and courteous. I highly recommend them.

Great store. My wife and I were an hour from home and had rear lugs on axle break off. Well on a Sunday afternoon in a small town I figured we would be out of luck and stuck until the next day. They called a mechanic they knew and he helped us out and we were back on the road in a few hours. They went above an beyond to help out and considering I spent only $19 on parts it's even more impressive.

The staff know where stuff is and are happy to help you find it. However, 2 out-of 2 staff are not qualified to use Fix-A-Flat. One of them didn't even grasp the concept after reading the can.

I was just in there today today's date is July 26th 2021 the people in there are very friendly and helped me out a bunch today I have no complaints against AutoZone it's my go-to place to get parts there was a young man in there and a middle-aged man in there they helped me out a whole bunch that they knew everything about my truck without even look it up and told me exactly what it was before they plug the machine into it. AutoZone is lucky to have very knowledgeable people working for them there was a two ladies in there also that seemed to know what they were doing

Had an issue with my car traveling a long distance. Stopped in at the closest Auto Zone to us off the highway. Mike was so helpful and knowledgeable! He not only was able to quickly help us fix our problem, he was so kind about it! The world needs more people like Mike at Auto Zone in Peru, Indiana.

Guy behind the counter came out to look at my air conditioner before i bought expensive parts. He tightened some screw and air was full blast! Awesome! 0 spent

My car was starting slowly so I brought it in to get the battery tested. After the employee reluctantly went out he tested it told me it was fine. Less than two weeks later my battery dies. Now I have a tow bill on top of having to get a new battery. Thanks AutoZone.

While this is a chain store, and to some degree the same as any other AutoZone, the staff of this location sets it apart. They're knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They go beyond the minimum required and provide excellent service

This store always goes above and beyond to help get my vehicle fixed. They've allowed me to fix brakes in their parking lot and even let me borrow tools. A++ I always go back here for parts!

Bought a battery, no one would put in for me. I thought the policy was they would install for free. Im 61 yrs old and had to put it in myself. They need someone thats willing to work.

I would verify every part you get from this place. You cannot count on them to verify ANYTHING!!! No matter how specific you are DOUBLE CHECK. Zero pride in what they are doing.
