Went in to buy a vehicle , being young and unexperienced Rick sniffed my britches coming a mile away, he buttered me up real good in my newness to buying cars , Car had been modified unbeknownst to my knowledge , but test drive was great. I decided I wanted the vehicle , Rick would not go down on price even though it had been repainted and damaged. Was really aggressive about having his guy do the loan. in my stupidity I wanted the vehicle and took it and engine blew up.Somewhere Rick has my britches and is sniffing them as I walk to my gas station job and he goes to Hawaii on his money.CURSE YOU RICK

My car was totaled in a wreck and I found one just like it here. The office upon arrival was a madhouse and was the farthest from professional. There was cussing and loud talking and next to no organization. The guy who was supposed to help me wasn t there but finally arrived and I got to eventually drive the car like 35 mins after arriving. Nonetheless I decided I wanted the car and was reassured by 3 different males at this location that they would definitely not sell it to anyone else and to bring my money as soon as it was available and they would be waiting on me. Well they all lied cause I was planning on getting this car tomorrow morning only to be told it was sold after I called to check in and make sure everything was still a go. Not one of them fellas thought to call me and let me know that car was no longer there for me and their response was that there must have been some miscommunication

I do not recommend this place to buy a car. They sold me a car that only lasted one day. I bought it on Friday and on Saturday I took the plates off and took it to the store. I was running at 45 and suddenly it turned off all at once. At that moment I wrote to him and he said that if he would help me fix the car, when I told him how much labor it was, he said no because the car was good. If you call that good, it will be ruined in one day, so no. go to this place

They were really nice and easy to deal with accommodating, but the Jeep I purchased had disconnected electronic sway bar links and the sensor had been bypassed which had to be replaced, new radiator, new ac condenser, thermostat, recharge, the skid plate had been coated over with rubberized spray and rusted through, new power steering pump, first gear synchro going out, AND the freedom tops for a completely different year range. I ve driven the vehicle less than 3000 miles .The vehicle looks fantastic and the price was low so I expected some issues, but buyer beware you need to look through every detail of the vehicle because I was 100% ripped off.

Rick is TOP NOTCH! Recently purchased a 2009 Dodge Challenger RT and couldn't be more happier with the car as well as the service I recieved! I drove out from Philadelphia because Rick had EXACTLY what I was looking for & worked with me the entire way!!!! 5 stars!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I almost never write reviews because my time is so limited, but this one is worth sharing. So I would like to start off by saying that Rick is probably the most inviting and honest car salesman I have delt with. I made a call to see if he had a Carfax on a vehicle that I was interested in, and he didn't hesitate to tell me that absolutely! I pulled up on site and he greeted me like he knew me. He was very polite with my wife and two boys. He wasn't hanging over my shoulder and gave me the keys then told me if I had any questions just to let him know. He wasn't pushy or quick to feed me a bunch of information. He was willing to negotiate and fair and was very experienced in all the paperwork (took maybe 10 minutes to complete then we were on our way). Before we could leave the parking lot he hooked us up with two months free XM! In closing I just want to say that I told myself I wasn't going to any smaller lots because I didn't trust them. I will definitely return to Sinclair Auto if I need another ride in the future! Go see Rick for you next vehicle you won't be disappointed!

I haven't been here, nor have I made any purchases. I did review the current inventory online and was impressed, even had some possibilities lined up just in case. BUT, I didn't need them! I called and explained my dilemma, I was listened to, answered a few questions and without hesitation, irritation, or missing a beat, Rick unselfishly solved all of my issues! My vehicle is now as good as new. Whenever I am in the market I won't go anywhere else, here you get full transparency, honesty, no judgement and the kindest most caring and helpful person ever!

Recently had to replace my 2011 honda element. I don't like dealing with car dealers of any sort so I research online and reach out to dealerships who have what I'm looking for. Rich was one of those, he seemed to be upfront about the vehicle I inquired about and immediately provided me with pictures and information about any damages and repairs the vehicle needed. He was very professional and friendly during the process and gave me his word he would not sell the vehicle out from under me. Once we came to a deal I provided him my arrival time from Colorado and he made sure to be available for me to pick the vehicle on a day he was closed. He was very easy to work with and made the process easy and stress free. Thank you Rick!

I drove 2 hours to test drive a Honda Fit I found online. Rick was very relaxed in allowing me to test drive several cars without hovering and allowing me to take my time on the test drive. He didn t hurry me or pressure me. I bought the Honda Fit and love it especially the great gas mileage! Thank you Rick for assisting me and accomplishing the sale online with my USAA BANK even though time consuming.

If I could give more then 5 stars I would. When it comes to buying a used car, if you are within reasonable driving distance of Sinclair Auto, if you start your search with them I am POSITIVE it will end there as well. We bought our Malibu from them about 3 months ago now. We drove to their lot from kokomo, about an hour drive, and got there 20 minutes before they were closing for the day. I expressed to rick that i was interested in the car after a brief test drive, but that i wanted to spend more time with it before I bought it. On his own volition, Rick offered to let us take the car home for the night. We did, an fell even more in love with it. We came back the next day, and bought the car for a price considerably lower then then the fair listing price for the vehicle type an condition that Kelly Blue Book had it listed for. We may never buy another used car again until our kids are old enough to drive, but if/when we do, we CERTAINLY will be coming back to Sinclair auto. Thank you Rick an Daniel for a fantastic experience!

I was looking for the latest model Honda Element (2011 EX AWD) closest to Cleveland, OH. Rick had one with 108K miles in super shape at a very fair price with no extra fees. I coordinated my visit; flying and lyfting to his location. Test drove and bought. Rick handled the to-be-registered in another state paperwork and USAA financing flawlessly. I drove the car home. Checked out at my local garage with a clean bill of health. I received the title from him via certified mail and just completed the titling and registration in Ohio yesterday with no hiccups. I highly recommend Rick for his honesty and professionalism.

I highly recommend shopping here. The owner Rick is very friendly and accommodating by picking me up from where I had to drop off a rental. I'd also say he went out of his way to be available with any questions I had about the vehicle I was interested in. I'm also happy with my purchase!

Rick and his staff are very friendly, upfront, and helpful. They had no problem with us taking a vehicle to be inspected, they repaired the issues that were discovered, and still sold us the car at a great price. I would definitely buy from them again. Used car buying should be like this.

You'll be hard pressed to find a more enjoyable car purchasing experience than here. I spent a week watching youtube videos on how to not get screwed on buying a car to prepare for the headache of buying a new vehicle. I could have saved so much time if I had known how easy my car buying experience would be at Sinclair Auto.When I complimented Rick on how painless the experience was, his only reply was " I sell cars to people the way I would want them sold to me. I don't follow you around the lot bother'n ya. You know what you're looking for and I don't need to bother ya about it." and that's exactly what he did. Rick gave me the keys to the car I was interested in and left us alone with the car in the lot for an hour and a half. When we were ready for a test drive and to have it inspected at a auto shop. He took a copy of my driver's license and asked us to return the vehicle by the end of the day and that was it. We were able to drive the car for most of the day in different conditions to really get a feel for it.The shop I took the car to had full bays and wouldn't be able to get to the inspection that day but they did offer to get to first thing in the morning. I called Rick to ask if it was okay if I left it at the shop overnight and he had no problem with that.The icing on the cake is that the shop found two minor things that needed to be attended to on the car and Rick had them fixed within a few days with no change to the price. Once again you probably won't find another dealer that is more enjoyable to work with than here. We painlessly bought a quality vehicle well below a fair asking price. I'll be getting all my future cars from here.

Was searching for a specific type of vehicle and found it on Rick's website. Rick was great to deal with...a straight up guy. No games or gimmicks which I really appreciated. His price was fair, his response time was really quick and as others have posted he is flexible and focused on the customer. He and Daniel make a great team. Love Sinclair auto!! We bought a Nissan Juke from Rick for our high school daughter. Rick went out of his way to make sure we knew the car was safe and road ready for her. Rick and the one employee we met were friendly and courteous without being pushy. We have three boys that will need cars soon and the first place we will go is to Sinclair Auto. Thank you Rick!

Drove in from out of state, they where accommodating and reasonable. I was able to test drive car and get it inspected by local mechanic. Would absolutely come back if I need another car.

I ve known Rick for many years. I sent my daughter to him to buy a car. He always shoots straight, tells it like it is. If you are looking for a dealer to sugarcoat the truth you probably shouldn t do business here. But if you want a good car and a reasonable price this is who you go to.

I have nothing but good things to say about Sinclair Auto. The owner/dealer, Rick, is very personable and friendly. I drove from Michigan for a Toyota Yaris he had on his lot. He worked with me to get me a great deal on that car. Overall very pleased. If you are looking at an advertised car on CARFAX or CarGurus, or the dealers website, that is at Sinclair Auto, and its a long drive, please check it out. It is totally worth the distance. A great dealership that works to get you a good price, what more could you want? Thank you Sinclair Auto!

Not very friendly at all. Started off kinda rude and after carfulling looking over the car he grew impatient and immediately went into how it was 2500 below market and that it has been looked at alot so it will be gone by the weekend. The carfax didnt say anything about the damage on the back door/ rocker panel and got defensive as soon as I asked about the damage and other cosmetic and physical issues said how he wasnt gonna go any lower and how he could sell it for that all day long. I was looking at a 2011 dodge charger with over 100k miles on it but with the damage it wasnt worth that price. So they arnt willing to work with you at all. Honestly my worst car experience.

Rick, the owner, LIED to me and wasted my time, gas and car miles.He unscrupulously sold the car I traveled over and hour(each way) from under me, even after he promised to hold it until my estimated arrival time. What's worse I offered to buy the car over the phone (with a credit card or financing; I left it to his preference) for full asking price. I had to turn around after finding out in route, that this low-down dirty bird, broke his commitment to me. Rick, you know what you can go do with "it"......

I bought a 1999 RAV4 from Rick in November, 2017. There was an engine light on and he repaired the part shortly after buying it. Still runs great and I have only repaired minor things over the last year and a half. Thanks for being honest!

We chose to buy a car from this dealership after heard excellent reviews from several people, including a couple we met in the lobby when we went in. Dealer was upfront about car needing new tires and even decreased the prices to accommodate this. We were told there were no accidents or issues and that the car was in great shape for a 2003. However, it was all downhill from there. The title they gave us was invalid, due to them not having retitled as they were supposed to and delaying us being able to get plates. By 6 months, with regular upkeep on our end, we ran into serious problems, including breaking down on the highway twice and requiring the costly replacement of the alternator and several belts. The second time, the engine began pouring smoke and when taken to an autoshop was told it was non-reparable.All in all, the issue we have had were beyond the extent of what is expected for the normal wear and tear of the car. From being given a totally invalid title at the time of purchase to enough issues that we feel we were sold a lemon, we would HIGHLY discourage EVER using this dealer.
