Unfortunately, my car was damaged badly due to an accident. It took a long time to repair. But, the highlight of that struggle is Riley & Sons were conscientious in completing my repairs as quickly as possible and correctly. Both Rick and Marilyn were wonderful to work with, both cared about me as a customer and about making sure my car was repaired right. I have my car back now and it's like it's brand new! Highly, highly recommend Riley & Sons in Pendleton.

Rick and team are the most professional and honest people! They are quick and responsive. They were able to get my car in quickly when they knew being without my car was not an option for long. Rick and his Pendleton team are the BEST! We have taken many vehicles to this location over the years and have ALWAY gotten AMAZING service and repairs. I will never consider taking my vehicles to any other collision repair company.

Will definitely use & recommend Riley & Sons. Great Service, friendly & reliable office staff, quick repairs and very well done.Especially appreciated the nice interior cleaning of my vehicle. (I have been physically unable to do so) So, it was a very nice surprise! Amazing experience for my first time working with a Collision center. Great help with insurance questions, free estimate with detailed information on what will be needed to repair, easy pick-up/drop-off. Car was done in a timely manner and the staff was communicative and thoughtful during the entire process! My vehicle looks as good as new, if not better.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They misplaced our fob and then blamed it on us . They said they gave it back to us , even though she said she has searched everywhere and Called the rental car company to make sure it wasn t in there . But she is 100 % sure she gave it back . If she is that positive why would they look for it . I m 100% sure they didn t give it back . So it will cost us 350.00 to replace and they have offered no solution . Last time I will use them I have been a a customer for years .Service: Body & Trim

Excellent customer service! Took my car in after hitting a deer. Insurance wouldn't cover it. The representative I met with from R&S was very helpful and considerate. When I decided I wasn't going to request service, he made some quick fixes to my bumper and passenger door and didn't even accept a tip! He didn't try to sell hard or anything; just honest and friendly service!

I cannot recommend them enough! They took care of everything when I got into an accident and needed repairs. From talking to my insurance company to setting up my rental. I am grateful I used them for my repairs. Everyone was so nice and the repairs were so fast! Great place!!!

I ask for estimate and the man told me that it would be a waste of his time I had a appointment at 1 and was there for a estimate and he told me this. What about my time to come at the appointment that you scheduled and then to say that I will never suggest you to anyone and never will I think about using you you are rude and disrespectful sad is all I can say
