Great place . Very knowledgeful answered my question very fast ,,,gentleman behind the counter named Tim great guy I m working on a fabrication there s no part number to what I needed. He figured it out and helped me 100% till the job was done.

Never will I ever send another dime I m this place it used to be number 1 in my option but they ordered me a gasket 3 times and it never showed up called day after day and they said sorry we will order it again and after the 3rd time they had some employee drive to Muncie to get me the wrong part . Fire blue hair girl never had a problem till I saw her in here but not to fear Amazon got me right the first time delivered to my door the next day cheaper than you shocker

If you ever need help with anything go here and talk to Johnny. I had a coolant hose crand they didn't have one in stock so he sent 1 of his guys to go pick it up. I was 40 miles from home and Would have been in big trouble. Even let me borrow some tools

This place is THE BEST! We were experiencing car trouble and took it to another auto parts store who told us the alternator was bad and wanted to sell us a new one on the spot. We took it to O' Reilly for a second opinion and it turned out we just needed a new battery. But getting the old battery out was a chore due to the design of the vehicle. The 2 store techs took the time to walk us through disassembling the bracket to take out the old battery and reassembling once the new battery was in place. They were professional and knowledgeable and we couldn't have asked for better service. We recommend Logan at O'Reilly in Pendleton! Thank you!

I visited this O Reillys because the autozone failed me. Get in the zone, Autozone more like get in the zone and go to O Reillys The workers were super helpful and nice. The store was clean and smelled good too. Unlike the dirty autozone. This place is the bomb . Com

Very impressed by the young people that work here. Friendly, very knowledgeable, respectful, hard workers. Young man checked my battery ( had a dead cell). I bought a new one. It was very cold outside. He hooked up a battery pack, so I wouldn't have to reset my electronics; took the old one out; replaced with new one; sprayed the terminals to avoid corrosion. ...All for free! This will be my go-to store from now on. Well done men!

The visit-stop was ok. I only purchased of of a couple needed. They were unable definitely find the correct seal and other parts (in the computer). They do t have enought options to narrow down parts, or have enough information to choose the correct parts. Well with out disassembling and measuring. Were are the book and old school info. But that is not the fault of employees.

this place has completely gone down hill, it s the messiest auto parts store i ve seen around pendleton. the assistant manager brandon has absolutely no idea what he is doing in there. he s the worst person to talk to in there. he attempts to tell people what to get just to get the sale and it ends up ruining cars. basically, i give him 0 stars, if you go there, talk ANYBODY but him.

I stopped at this location late evening on July 22nd because it was nearest to where I was staying. I'm from the Green Bay, WI area and the blower for my air conditioner in my vehicle stopped workingI didn't catch the gentlemans name but want to be sure he knows how appreciative I am for his help!He came outside to my vehicle to assist me. Make sure you get hardware when you buy 57 dollar pads. I sure didn't, had to reuse the old. Just FYI, the box said hardware included.
