The guys were great changing the oil, rotating my tires and putting a new battery in. They even got a random bird out of the office;)

Won't go anywhere else!! The employees at this location seriously rock! In the past, I've gotten my oil changed here before and they are always nice and courteous about it and get my in and out in no time, which help when you have a car full of kids.Here is where they went above and beyond for me. A few days ago, I noticed some oil on my garage floor, but I don't have the tool to go and check where the leak came from and how bad it was. My husband took the car to another place before (not any jiffy location) to see if they could take a quick peek to see how bad it is and so we know whether it's engine or transmission oil. They turned him away and didn't have any recommendations where to go. This morning, while I was out and about, I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask my local jiffy lube if they could take a look for me. And boy, did they go above and beyond for me. Not only did they look, they were able to tell about where it was (couldn't fix it) but gave me the info for someone that can and specializes in this. Apparently, it's quite a common occurrence for my engine type, and they even gave me a handout for this because its so common that they keep some on hand. As if that wasn't enough, they were kind enough to top off my oil and washer fluid and put in air in my tires, all without charging me. But their professionalism speaks for itself. Last time I came here for an oil change, my dad was with me and he was so impressed by their service that he decided that he was going to bring his car by as well for an oil change since he was due for one anyway.So, thank you for all you do and for always giving excellent customer service. It doesn't go unnoticed and truly means a lot to me.This is coming from someone who probably just wrote the longest Google review on here and never leaves reviews but it had to be shared.

All the staff, from the guy guiding me into the bay, the guys changing the oil, the guy checking filters and liquid levels, to the woman checking me in and checking me out, all of them were courteous, friendly and professional. The work was completed in a timely manner and I was soon on my way. Thank to all of you!

Was in a pinch on my way to work - my oil light had come on and I was due for an oil change. Drove right to this Jiffy Lube in Pendleton. They provided quick, courteous, and professional service. A good job all around. What more could someone ask for? I am very happy that I happen to drop by at this Jiffy Lube. They are pretty good. I went in for a simple tail light replacement. They got me taken care ofbquicklybwhile simultaneously taking care of their other customers. Quick and caring. Good job guys!

Very fast and efficient, as well as polite to me with their care. Overall the workers were perfect and I appreciate what they were doing, I just don't like that the Corperate Jiffy Lube thinks it should cost 60 dollars to get my oil changed if I already have the oil and filter and they're just installing it because I had a stripped drain plug.Service: Oil change

I asked some questions while they worked because I didn't know anything about cars and wanted to learn more. Not only did they put up with my dumb butt and answered all questions very patiently, one of them even suggested what I can do to learn more about cars.They also changed my oil and topped everything off while answering all my questions and did it pretty quickly from what I could tell. Literally was there for 10 minutes it felt like, so fast and efficient. I even had a coupon that was for another business, (without me noticing) and the gentleman gave me the discount anyway! This will be my permanent place to go for oil changes.

I took my wife to let her see how easy it is to have service at the Pendleton Jiffy Lube. The employees talked to her and explained how they take care of business. She's at ease and willing to start taking her own car. Class act.

Great experience getting rear brakes done. In and out in less than 2 hours. Seemed knowledgeable and didn't try to upsell the front brakes..Only downfall was the older gentleman smoking continually around my car.. gross

The gentlemen at Jiffy Lube are fabulous. Not only are they great at changing oil, they've been more than helpful with other things like lights and diagnosis. I wouldn't dream of going to anywhere else!

Communication is one of the most important things for me. Replaces brakes and other services. Every step of the way I knew what process step they were at. Seems like they have a good training process. Definetly worth coming back.

Have had trouble 3 times. Oil plug breaks and leaks oil. Guard plate came off while I was driving. My wife s car blew up one day after an oil change, there was no oil in the engine. Won t be back.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change
