Over the last year I've bought two trucks off Fesler and each time they took care of me. Fast, easy, and even stayed late one of those times to make it happen because of getting out of work late. Recommend to anyone looking for a good used ride. Very responsive and great to work with!

These people are fantastic to work with. My wife and I purchased a 2015 Tahoe from Fesler Auto. Max was knowledgeable and made the process very easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend them if you re looking for a good vehicle and a pleasant experience!

Absolutely great experience. The integrity and honesty was absolutely astounding.After looking for over a month I decided to look at a truck from here. The truck I was talking to them about was already going to be purchased pending financing. Long story short they would not sell the truck until they tried every possible solution for the other buyer. When that deal fell through they immediately called me and I picked it up the next day.Incredibly happy with the truck and customer service. They even asked if I wanted my windows tinted Great experience and will definitely purchase from them again.

My husband bought a truck here less than 4 months ago and we have had nothing but problems with it since. We did receive a really good deal on the truck since when my husband went to look at it he noticed a flashing engine light and knew there would be some issues with it. It was an older truck so we knew it would need some maintenance but he is a mechanic and the company seemed trustworthy so we assumed it was doable. Unfortunately, it has already cost us over $1400 before labor and we are looking at another $1200 just for a differential. The frame was clearly bent so it has been wrecked and when we tried to put gas in it the first time it started spraying out which obviously is a huge safety hazard that could have been very dangerous had someone who didn t know what they were doing bought this truck instead. My husband called and spoke with the son and then the father with absolutely no resolution and being told he was an unreasonable customer and they were done with him . My husband wanted them to pay for the differential and listed the issues he has found thur far. He was met with petty excuses and an attitude. He was hung up on twice and the level of professionalism he received was appalling. It looks like usually this company does decent work so it s a real shame we are seeing the shady side of this. We will be taking the appropriate channels to rectify this situation as we could deal with being sold a lemon, but being sold a dangerous truck is another thing. They did not offer anything other than to buy back the vehicle but we have already put too much into it for that to be a reasonable offer. It s unfortunate that it has come to this as our initial reaction was quite positive from them. Best advice would be to get the truck you re looking at one a lift and pay for a thorough inspection. I don t want to say this shotty coverup job was intentional but the defensiveness and unwillingness to help fix the situation is very telling. Will update if a resolution comes forth.

My son and I bought a sharp 2012 Ram from Andy yesterday; he was fair and easy to work with. There was no BS just a reasonable price and sales tax. I appreciate that there were no games or extra fees. The truck was out of Louisiana, had never seen road salt, and was rust-free! I would buy from Andy again!

I had a terrific experience buying a vehicle at Fesler Auto a few weeks back. Because I m a two hour drive from the place, I really wanted to know more about the car and to have a few additional pictures taken before traveling this was no problem, they were very responsive and helpful which put me more at ease. I m a first time buyer so went in thinking it could be high pressure or hidden costs as I was about to reach a price but there wasn t any of that. I was able to take the car out for a test drive and when I asked about having a pre-purchase inspection they were totally cool with that, too. Andy worked with me to get to a price I was completely happy with and I drove my car home that evening. Worked out great. Never felt any pressure or that I wasn t being listened to. Everything was transparent. Really solid family business that I m glad to recommend.

I bought a 2003 Silverado 1500 from Andy at FeslerAuto. I had a great experience there when purchasing my truck and They were very helpful with picking out the right truck. It was a very easy process and not like other big car lots that bombarded you as soon as you get on the lot they were very helpful and nice! Great customer service!! If you are looking for a truck this is the place to go!

We came to fesler to check out their 2012 ram 1500, the beautiful pictures on the website caught my eye. And the aftermarket wheels/tires were a huge plus along with the SUB. Andy was a great guy from the start, and continued to be a great guy through out the whole sale process. Me and my dad would recommend Andy/fesler auto to anyone looking for a used vehicle. He runs on a no BS operation and will answer any of your questions to his best ability. If your looking for a used car or truck be sure to check out Fesler. You won t regret it!

I wanted to wait a month or two before I left a review just to settle into the 2004 Chevy 3/4ton 6.0 I bought and see how it went, I have owned many trucks in my life and am a mechanic myself from trucks to semis and tractors and I've seen some rigged stuff in my so far young life. Needless to say Andy runs a clean place to the best of my knowledge. I saw the truck online as do most and texted Andy on Thanksgiving weekend not expecting a reply. The man replied to me on his days off with family...that says alot about how much he cares. When I went to go look at the truck Andy was very kind and professional, honestly hes a down to earth guy just like me or anyone else unlike most vehicle sales people or lot owners. I drove the truck, it was clean and nice, had a tear in the seat which Andy let me know and offered to fix it for me before I even sat in the truck, when it came time for the deal Andy was professional, and even gave me his personal number to make sure if I had problems at the bmv I could call him and figure something out. The truck has been excellent not just for a DD but a farm truck and hauling a 18 foot enclosed concrete tool trailer. All in all I figure ol Andy is pretty good people and wouldnt hesitate to buy something else off the feller.

Thoroughly look over vehicles before considering buying them, especially if they are older. Crawl under them and check for rust. Check for patch panels on fender rust. Notice he has a large shop behind the lot where he does a lot of cover up work to make the trucks look good on the surface. Don't be fooled by newer style rims and cheap aftermarket taillights.

Reposting my original review with my experience with FESLER auto in Pendleton from 3 months ago, that we took down originally in return for multiple repairs from Andy that made the car he sold us EVEN WORSE that we just had to pay to have repaired AGAIN.......Untrustworthy business! we bought a car from andy, on day 25 the car broke down and the dealership we took it to said the engine is completely shot, and needs to be replaced. not fixed, REPLACED!!!!!! also found out they knew there was issues with the engine when they sold it to my family. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!

Absolutely zero eagerness to obtain my business. Several vehicles on their website are already sold, so make sure you call and verify before you waste your time driving there. Too busy to mess with it attitude. You can tell their drive for customer service has completely dissipated from their old location. Sad to see.

Make sure when you buy a truck from here that it's not already sold. They let me put a credit app in on one and they had no idea they had already sold it to another person. It took four days for me to find out it was sold, and the bank was the one that told me about it. Then they had the balls to try and sell me a different one.

THIS PLACE SHOULD CLOSE I DROVE 200 MILES TO PURCHASE A 1998 CHEVY CREW CAB DUALLY OUTSIDE TRUCK LOOKED NICE THE TRANS WAS LEAKING THE OIL PAN WAS LEAKING THE BRAKE LIGHT WAS ON THE DRIVERS SEAT WAS BROKEN ALL OF WHICH THE OWNER ANDY FESLER KNEW ABOUT WHEN ASKED IF HE WOULD FIX THE ITEMS MENTIONED ANDY'S RESPONSE WITH AND ATTITUDE TAKE OR LEAVE HE WOULDNT ADJUST PRICE N TOOK KEYS OUT OF THE IGNITION AND WALKED OFF AFTER TAKING A PERSONAL LOAN TO PURCHASE VEHICLE AND DRIVING 200 MILES THAT WAS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE MY FAMILY RECEIVED STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THANK GOD I DIDN'T PURCHASE ANYTHING NEVER FELT MORE DISRESPECTED IN MY LIFE

Looked at a vehicle here. All of the prices are extremely high. In some cases of the newer vehicles, you could get a brand new one cheaper
