Jennie H. went WHY BEYOND her job description! She promptly followed me down the aisle to assist in selecting the correct product and purchase. Totally impressive was how she took it upon herself to check ALL FLUIDS, refill the reserve, and, then, noticed another issue that existed. Jennie H. recommended a local mechanic and penned instructions on how to handle the situation. So appreciative of her expertise and willingness to help. Employees like her are hard to find. Thank you, Jennie H.

Jennie H. & Thomas W. were most helpful: they went above and beyond normal customer service to ensure my issues were resolved and even showed me how to take care of it myself going forward. This is my go-to AutoZone because they ALWAYS take care of me. Great job!!

My battery died and needed replaced, I had an employee take a look and they agreed it needed replaced but told me they couldn't do it because it'd take 30 minutes or more and because of the complexity if something went wrong they'd be liable. They even said "maybe O'Reilly would help you."They jumped my car and I went around the corner to O'Reilly; sure enough they helped me. Took the associate there 3 minutes to unhook the bad battery and another 3 to connect the new one; car works just fine. A little disappointing that Auto Zone couldn't/wouldn't help because I'd have preferred a duralast battery, oh well.

Can I give 6 stars? Jenny H was incredibly helpful! From great suggestions to actually pitching in to help me in the cold, I know enough to know I wouldn't have been successful without her.Thank you so much Jenny H! My kids are safer because of you.

Great help from J.H. with headlight replacement .. checked all light functions on my car and replaced it without a second thought. They gave me helpful advice about it too. Appreciate goooooood service! Best I've seen anywhere in a long time. ... ... I also got the same great service 5 months later today with brake light replacement .. saving me a lot of money.

A huge thank you to the ladies at this location!!! My battery was dying repeatedly after work. At 20 minutes to close they helped me get a new battery and installed it!! 11/11/22 So thankful for these amazing workers!

I was in the evening of 12/2/20 to get a new car battery. I was SO impressed with my experience. I had the pleasure of working with Betty. It was so cold outside and she was able to switch my battery out, even though it was in a complicated spot that was hard to get to. She kept saying "It is my pleasure" and "We are here for whatever you need." She was training a young man (Justin?) and he was so polite and willing to learn. They made me feel so comfortable and welcome. I appreciate them so much and I will send all of my friends and family over to this location. THANK YOU FOR THE WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! :)

I am a girl. I went to the Pendleton Indiana AutoZone and asked the gentleman working at the register if he could come take a look at my car. I told him I think a fuse might have been blown which would have been connected to my driver side seat controls. He came out, looked at the fuses and told me I needed to take my car to the dealership. I then came home, Had someone else look at the fuses and did a Google search, took out a fuse, went to another auto parts store, bought a new fuse and put it in my car, and everything works now. I was very very disappointed with the service I received from the gentleman at the Pendleton AutoZone .

As I pulled into the parking lot, "C" was testing the battery of an SUV. Exactly what I needed done. Of course I needed a new battery. I'm so impressed with "C"!! She changed the battery for me! I was in and out within 30 min. I highly recommend Autozone Pendleton!

So patient and helpful. Love the free battery and alternator testing, and their honest sales approach. Saved me from having to get a new battery, and on things I did look at buying, they provided realistic suggestions on which product to buy (not upselling everything and explaining why they recommended a specific product). I'll definitely return for my auto parts.

Went in for a banjo bolt for a 2002 Ford expedition that I was doing brakes on. The OEM banjo bolt was unsalvageable which was why we came for a replacement. The 2 men on duty on my visit with my friend (whose vehicle I was working on) asked what we needed. I showed the broken banjo bolt and was told to go to the help section. Tgey didn't look it up on their computer or assist us to where the "help" area was til it was apparently noticed we weren't really sure where to look. He found a banjo bolt it was the last one in the help section. Rung it up and on my way back to my friend's home to finish the brake job, I noticed that the banjo bolt package stated it for GM cars. (Not a Ford) which I had told the gentlemen that it was for a Ford expedition 2002. Knowing that I didn't get much help from either one of them, I decided to go to a competitor and explained the same thing I had at Auto Zone. They looked it up on their data base, sure enough Ford and GM were just ever so slightly different. I tried to use the one that I got at your store first just for reassurance and it wouldn't fit or thread up, the one from the competitor outfit was spot on the right size we needed. We were taken care of better by your competitors than we were by your staff which was why I gave a 3 star rating. I have an auto parts store background having worked for for an auto parts outfit, so I knew the gentlemen at your store really didn't want my business and didn't really do feel like doing anything to help. If they had, we would have gotten the treatment and service that we did at your competitor's since they were the only outfit close by I knew of besides your store. Salespeople shouldn't pen themselves up behind the counter... get on the floor with your customers and "take" them to where they need to go, make sure you are selling them what they need by clarifying "you said you were doing brakes on a Ford right"? Those 2 small things would have made a significant difference than the experience my friend and I had that day. They saw us 2 times that same day, even signed up my friend for your rewards program thing on the first visit, but when we were down to the wire, which was our 2nd same day visit (less than an hour from earlier visit)....there they were still sitting behind the counter, glued to their spots, never once coming to the floor with us, or looking up a thing on your database. Not your typical service experience in a parts store especially a major brand one. We didn't bother trying to return the part forva third visit because we were both annoyed with the service from the earlier visits, which ended up with us deciding to try another outfit for the part we needed to finish the job. 2 chances and they dropped the ball and at the competition, one visit was all it took for them to get it right, the 1st time. I hope that this experience can be avoided in future, customers want and usually need help, not a hand gesture and saying go over there. I thank the owner/manager for reaching out to me about my experience, and hope that this helps to keep future customers happy, and a respectable business running. Thank you

Very knowledgeable on products, always quick to get to the computers where other AutoZones I've been to will leave you waiting for ten minutes. A little pricey but they always have some tip to help you save a couple bucks and get your truck rolling.

I'm a big fan of all AutoZones. Typically they are helpful and the prices are great. In ten plus years of using their parts I've never had a problem across many brands of autos

Generally speaking, I have always had good experiences with the people who work at AutoZone (and O'Reilly's for that matter). At this particular location in Pendleton, the people that work there are very eager to help you. I have nothing but good things to say about them.
