Very great place to purchase new or used equipment side by side, get equipment serviced or buy parts. Friendly employees who serve you like family. They understand why they are in business, because it is repeat customers. You will be treated like you are the the only customer they have. I can't remember not ever being a Jacobi. But, this family business has to be close to a 100 years old. That being said this family run business must be doing something right!!Stop in and you will see what I'm talking about.

Just in the beginning stages of looking at a UTV, SXS to get an idea of what I would use on our property. Called the phone number and spoke with Rob and told him I would like to come see so models by Kawasaki. I met him Saturday and brought around the model I was interested in. Rob was a great guy, not . us everything we asked for, gave us a printout of features and a full quote price. Thank you Rob and Jacobi Sales. I am sure we will see you when the time is right.

Jason was super fast and very knowledgeable with what we needed. Had everything ready for when we got there showed us around the equipment any questions he couldn't answer he had someone else out who could. Top notch

Jason Uhl helped us select and purchase a tractor with several implements, sourced us a finish mower, and arranged delivery. The service was exemplary, professional, and very straight-forward. We will definitely get our service and any additional supplies through Jacobi's, and we look forward to dealing with Jason again in the future!

Purchased a new Kubota tractor at Jacobi in Palmyra. Jason in sales was great with the process of our purchase and made us feel comfortable with no pressure. Everything was explained in easy to understand terms. Also spoke with service manager Billy regarding mechanical aspects of tractor and he went over the entire tractor with us and answered all our questions. Delivery driver did a great job also. Its important to us to get good customer service and Jacobi Sales excelled at all levels with great customer service.

Ibought an electric lawn mower. It was what you might expect from people trained to use and sell tractors. There wasn't any service with a smile or any questions that might lead to a larger sale (or an appropriate up or downsizing of an order). The interaction seemed just short of taciturn, and right close to disinterested. However, the basics were there. They had an inventory and allowed us to test drive. They got the answers to my questions if they didn't already know it.The dry and disinterested attitude extended to the sales person as well, but so did the willingness to answer questions.The ignoring of my wife as a stakeholder was a mistake that almost lost them a sale since I was fine just buying it over the phone, but instead I took the time to drive her half of an hour away to look at it so that I could get her input.If you want a local company that will service what they sell, sells at msrp, and gets the job done, Jacobi's fits the bill. Just don't go looking for the same kind of interaction you get in town, you will be disappointed.

You here people throw around the saying family business, customer friendly. Well, Jacobi in Palmyra truly is. Everyone there is knowledgeable, friendly, takes care of your needs without doing more for the money. My dad is 91 and has been a customer for many years and I've bought from them and had my Club Cadet only serviced from there. There're Great. Highly recommend!!!!!

I do enjoy going to Jacobi, they know your name!!! It's like going to a trusted friend. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else to buy heavy machinery, lawn mowers, etc. Every staff member is more than qualified. Love this place.

I absolutely love this place I've had a couple of minor repairs and I just ride my mower down to their location it's about a mile and a half to two miles from my house so I just ride my mower down there and I know a few of the people there because I live in the same town that they have their business in and they come out and say hi and catch up and do everything that they can to help me since I'm a double amputee and they know I can't very well get off of my mower so they can put it up on the lift to work on it so they get a piece of cardboard so they don't get their outfit dirty and they work on my mower I absolutely love these guys they bend over backwards to help me out whenever they can

Always friendly, helpful, and courteous. We have purchased a lot of machinery from them. They work with you and you cant beat their interest rate if you go that route. I will definitely tell my friends and family about them

We have our Kubota and Great Dane mowers serviced at Jacobi's in Sellersburg. They do excellent work and detail cleaning each time we get service. Their mechanical staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Loving the new Kubota, sales team here is pretty bad. Service team is outstanding. Had too many issues with our new Kubota to give more then three stars. Our sales person just never followed up. We will upgrade in a couple years but it won't be with Jacobi bottom line.

We are looking at medium sized tractors for property maintenance. We may buy from them. Not sure, but they have a large selection. We bought a mower from them 2 years ago and love it.
