Service on Heater Blend Door Actuator was completed quickly. The problem I have is the $30 extra charge on the bill. $15 for shop supplies and $15 hazardous material charge. The shop supplies amounted to a dab of diletric grease. There were absolutely No hazardous materials involved. When I inquired about the charges all I got was double talk. The $30 was just a Cash Grab! I'll never give them any more business!

We broke down on a Sunday night. AAA suggested Welches. When the car arrived Monday morning they quickly found the problem and fixed it. We were back on the road the same day with a surprisingly low charge for the repairs. Very happy with them!

Had a tire that kept losing pressure and needed it checked out. I hadn't made an appointment just dropped in, late morning and they were great took care of the problem and it was ready that afternoon.

Great service, fair pricing, very polite staff. My only concern was that my set of tires I had mounted were left outside overnight, I would have preferred they were inside as it was agreed upon that I would pick them up the next day.I would definitely recommend and I will go back.Service: TiresService: Tires

I would 100% recommend this shop. They got me in so quickly, Amanda was so nice and easy to work with! I get anxious about anything with my car and she reassured me. I knew i was a last minute add in to their day so i knew it might take a day or two and they ended up being done with my vehicle quickly. I appreciate you guys!!

I was on my way to an appointment when I got a low tire pressure warning, so I went to Welches because they were the closest place I could get to. They were already closed, so I left a phone message explaining the situation, put my keys in the dropbox, and had someone pick me up. It turns out I had *two* nails in my tire. Welches got my tire patched up quickly (without having to replace it!), and I had my car back the next day. Their service was professional, efficient, and affordable. This was my first experience using Welches in Ossian. I called first thing in the morning with a flat tire. They were able to get my car in that same day. The kind staff members came and picked up my car while I was working, repaired it, and returned it to my work before the work day was up. They had very reasonable prices and were able to remove a nail from my tire and patch it up. I ll be using them in the future!Service: Tires

My battery died and I was luckily across the street from Welches. A nice citizen tried to help me but couldn t and then offered to go get help from Welches. A nice employee named Seth came over with the citizen and jumped my battery enough to get me across the street and then they changed the battery. Despite being super stressed at the situation, I was back on the road in probably less than an hour. They even took my AAA membership and found a discount on the battery I purchased.Service: Battery

First time customer and so impressed with staff listening to everything, workers pausing their current work to come outside and properly show respect and care, and giving follow ups with quotes for work prior to service. Broke down on I-469. Referred to Welches by AAA. Towed to their shop. Fuel pump modulator cover rotted out and unit shorted out. They had the replacement part. I was back on the road in 45-60min. I used these guys since I moved to Ossian back in 2021. I had issues with my ignition coil and they were able to get it done for either the median price of the cost or less but still did great work. I am giving 4 stars due to the customer service only being 4 out of 5 but no matter what customer service is never gonna be perfect.I will continue to go here!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Engine repair, Auto maintenance
