I drove here on a Sunday to look at my dream car. I can t afford it, I just wanted to stare at it lovingly. The dealership is easy to get to and clean and safe. A sign in the front says you need a 515 credit rating to buy a car. That s helpful information.

Purchased a 2020 Silverado Trail Boss LT.Returned today to have tri-fold hard tonneau cover installed and the 2 front windows tinted along with the rear slider. Excellent work! I will be returning once my truck needs it's first oil change I may have found my new "go-to" dealership.

Bought a1992 Vette about 7 months ago. It had a electrical problem they say they fixed. There idea of fixing it was disconnecting the battery till they sold it. It was bad weather when I got it and about a week later it was dead. Called and they said sold as is. BeenN in and out of 2 shops now for 5months for same problem. WhenYou sell to a local and deliberately lie and say basically tough for you remember that in the future.

feel like im literally driving a new car after they worked on it. 10/10 recommend; good service, good customer service, car get done in a timely matter. i want them to only work on my car no one else

Automobile service is terrible! Had a vehicle there 6 times and they kept giving it back to me with oil leaks. I wouldn t even have it back for a day and was told it s residual oil When you depend on sometime to make things right and you spend over 4 grand in repairs, the last thing you expect is being given the car back to you every single time keeping a few extra days to make sure there s no leaks and yet it continues to spray oil up under the car then the vehicle runs completely out of oil and the engine seize. Had to junk our car after being $10k invested in only owning it over a 9 month period. Had another mechanic tell me take it back to them because they need to make it right. No we may have not purchased the vehicle from them but it s obvious it never stopped leaking and they were made aware of it. Emotionally drained from this experience. So I will never go back.Someone else I know said they forgot to put oil back in their car after an oil change and it seized their engine.

Just purchased a used 2019 Silverado 1500 LT Crew Cab. Sales team was more than helpful and straight to the point. Had a trade in and came to an exceptable number in no time. Had the deal done in a timely manner. Didn't spend all day at the dealership. I highly recommend checking these guys out.

Bought a 2021 Traverse, the staff were very acomidating and not too pushy. Love the ride. Here is the issue.Service since has been less than adequate. I had a recall on my breaks and noted issues b4 the recall. The staff took a look and couldn't find the noise then sent me on my way b4 the recall, with my issue in tow. I came back for my first oil change and was notified at the time... 3 weeks later (noise continues).... about the recall and am now waiting to take it back in for the breaks.

Upon drop off of my 2014 Sierra for an oil change, my truck was in great working order. After pickup, the truck now shakes. Called Mike Anderson to report this concern and the service employee was rude, assumed and blamed me. Do NOT take your vehicle here for any reason.

They gave us excellent service and took care of the recalls immediately and if my car goes in for anything i can get a loaner. We got a really good deal on our vehicle

I went there for an interview, and it wasn't an interview. I was chewed out for 10 minutes by the sales manager never once did they ask me anything about my work history. I have never been treated so poorly by a potential employer in my life. If they treat potential employees this way it makes you think that they treat customers just as poorly.

The sales department deserves 5 stars BUT NOT the service. The service manager(older gentlemen, dark/gray hair)acts like he doesnt want to be there. His personality is NOT very personable! Other than that I would give Mike Anderson 5 stars for their sales .

Dealt with Sheryl Bauermeister in the purchasing of a used vehicle. Pleasant lady, means well... but the managers behind the scenes aren t as honest and forthcoming as one would like. Was sold a 2003 GMC with a transmission leak and a faulty front left control arm. Inspectors are poor, they missed a faulty seat belt and missing license plate light bulbs. I give two stars instead of one because after $600 of repairs, I was still slightly under market value. Just be prepared for a multi-day day inspection of the vehicle you are interested in, because all is not what it seems there- at least from my experience.

Very professional people !!!!! Great dealership !!! Sheryl the salesman took time to explain everything go over the entire truck.. I drove 4 1/2 hours to come and buy my new truck at this dealership and it was worth every minute of it...Thanks again Sheryl... and the entire team at Mike Anderson Chevrolet ....

Went looking for a used silverado. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for, but took my info and promised to contact me if they found one. Not pushy, just helpful. Nice experience.

Website is not up to date. Vehicles I went to look at were not there and a week later they are still showing on Website as in-stock. Time wasted
