I waited a few months for this review.They sold me a solid F-350; zero issues. Solid price. I would recommend this upcoming business to all my family and business friends.Will was beyond exceptional to deal with, and I loved the family environment they keep.Honest people. Good trucks.I ll be back.

This place is a joke, I drove 6 1/2 hours one way to pick up a truck that I was told is ready and runs awesome!! When I get there, I hooked up my trailer to find out that the running lights, brake lights and turn signals don't work on the truck. Waiting 2 hours for them to be fixed while Will is on google trying to figure them out!! Then the trailer running lights don't work, but I told Will its probably something with the trailer I'll get those. Then on my way back to Michigan the engine light came on along with the traction control light and ABS light!!! Well we know all they did was clear the codes in hoping they wouldn't come back on until I was long gone. Then the truck was in the shop for 2 days while the real mechanic was trying to track down the wiring issue, the key fob wont lock or unlock the doors. Long story short $500 later the wiring is some what fixed (other then the fob) and I was out 2 days worth of work turning down loads, that's $750 a day. Now the great mechanic Will don't answer messages. Oh yeah and I paid 31,000 for this truck that was suppose to be ready to roll. Yes I know I bought a used truck, I get that but when you put your name on the line that it is ready to go to work and no issues!! Yeah I wouldn't buy nothing from this guys, men from the south are suppose to be different, I'd trust a politician over these clowns!! I wish I could give 0 stars.

Bought a $8500 truck bed. Drove two hours to pick up. Showed up and it didnt have box keys. Said would get keys sent to me. Called texted messaged. Never recieved any keys.

I purchased an 04 Ram 3500 dually with a flat bed. The truck is in pristine condition considering it s a 15 yr old truck. There s no rust, has a strong motor, good clutch, and tight steering. All of the trucks on his lot were heavy duty and looked to be in very good condition. He was a little high on his price but he did come down quite a bit with a cash buy and made a reasonable deal. The paperwork maybe took 5 minutes and Travis was a nice personable guy eager to sell his trucks. I highly recommend Neal Motors.

Bought a truck from here seemed like a decent truck at the time drove it back to ky first thing fuel tank dropped on the road on the way back going down the interstate, then 6 days later transfer case went out said the warranty would cover it, that was a scam, then stated he would pay for it till the owner heard the price of the bill from transmission shop this place is a total scam when it comes too backing up there word or warranty on there trucks. Side note: whoever services there trucks put wrong fluid back into the transfer case and who in this world puts 6 ply tires on a 2500 diesel truck, found that out once finally got it back to ky also lol, STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Bought a truck for $27000 dollars and it broke down the same day with a blown head gasket. He said it had a power train warranty which covers $1000 only pretended to act as he was going to cover the cost of the repair until he got the check from my bank now he avoids my calls. No respectable dealer would do business this way. Run away from his dealership don't waste your money or time with this dishonest man.

Bought a truck and got half way home and it broke down. Called this scammer up and said he would pay for the costs of repair. Acted like he didn't get the bill for a week and then said he wasn't going to pay for it. Defiantly wouldn't buy anything from this place. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.
