Great place with fantastic customer care! Justin in sales took care of me from start to finish getting me the best rate possible. This is the most honest car dealership and service team around. Ron diagnosed couple of issues for my 2019 Ford fusion free of charge, unlike some of the predatory places around. My girlfriend and I both got new cars from there and love them!

I was having car issues and had to have my car towed here for repairs. Justin took excellent care of me and made sure my car was fixed correctly and running well. He did a great job keeping me updated during the repairs and I m super thankful for his help and support. Thanks again!

Justin and Robb were both understanding, helpful and informative. I had purchased a vehicle elsewhere and ended up being unhappy with it and came to S&H, they were very patient while finding me a trade-in. I am loving my new ride so far and am happy to have made the switch! Knowledgeable and professional salesmen who are thorough but not pushy, will definitely be recommending them to friends and returning to them in the future.

The guys Justin and Ron helped me a TON!! After going to several bigger dealers who tried to upsale me after I made it clear I had a budget to work with. I decided to go to s&h last and I am so thankful I did. Justin and Ron showed me cars that were UNDER my budget but ABOVE my expectations. Truly. Every car on the lot was clean and good looking. I am super pleased I will be coming back for my next car when my Lincoln hits her tap out! Also going to be a regular for their services as well!! I am a big supporter of the car group just because of my experience. I work with the public and I can tell you the guys have great intention! Give them a try.

Just bought a truck through these guys super happy with the experience. Don t let Justin s last name fool ya dude came out met my wife and I in the lot, super honest with any and every issue with the truck. This was the 3rd car lot I was at that day and glad my wife wanted to check it out. Would def recommend checking them out if you re in the market for a used vehicle.

Oscelola S&M Motors was wonderfully awesome. They gave good deal with trade-in for my 2020 Dodge Ram and for purchasing 2009 Toyota Camry, they gave me a great price. And now I am hoping to use them for maintenance services as a good mechanic is hard to find. They were open and honest about everything and gave me the full carfax report which was extremely helpful. I am very excited to have a vehicle that was a good price.

Mary Conner leaving yet another bad review. The truck my husband and I bought in October now needs an intake manifold. The indicator light came on shortly after he bought it and they said not to worry it was no big deal. It's actually a $1200 big deal. Bad bad!!

I avoid car lots at all costs. Every previous experience has been a negative one until two days ago. I m very closed off with information until absolutely necessary and I finance my own vehicles due to poor handling of my credit at other dealerships. Justin was patient and understanding. Talked to me like a person, not just a customer. My trade in was presenting some potentially serious issues. He took time to drive it with me to gauge what the problem might be. Not only did he provide an overly fair value for my trade in, but he was able to get me under better financing terms than my current financial institution - (this took a lot of talking on his end & he promised only one inquiry and delivered) I was anticipating coming out of pocket for my trade & I was expecting to be in an older vehicle with less options than my trade. I am now in a newer, more reliable vehicle, with a lower monthly payment than my trade in. He also noticed a crack in the new vehicles windshield and is taking care of that for me. I have kids that will be driving soon and have every intention on contacting Justin when that time comes.

I couldn t have had a better experience with the S and H Osceola crew. They worked flawlessly with my credit union and not only that but their customer service was outstanding and we had a really good time cracking jokes and doing business. I just purchased a used 2018 f150.The price was more than fare. Under blue book recommendations. Took it to my mechanic and only found a small oil leak. They were more than happy to repair it. I recently purchased a vehicle from here. After I got home I went back out to start it the next morning and heard some loud banging noises. I called a local repair shop to get the vehicle in right away. The mechanic advised me that i will need to replace or rebuild the engine and would cost thousands of dollars. Please be careful before you purchase from S and H auto group.
