Auto Sales - This dealership is 10/10 recommended came in to look at a car it was sold but he still took my information just in case even told me he could find me the same car if that one indeed sold . Everything worked out made the deal super easy and the price we discussed is the price I paid no hidden fees or mark up on the vehicle after my purchase he even recommended me to some other outlets of services tint, wraps and mechanical work great dealership great people great business. Honest people just looking to do business the right way

I purchased a 2009 Mazda 6 and love the vehicle. The negotiation was easy and a great deal. We recently bought our son a 2015 Dodge Charger AWD from California Auto Connection. It is one bad looking car (by that this old lady means cool looking) for a 16 year old kid. We drove about an hour and met with smiles from Chris, the owner. The car was really nice looking and I wouldn t have personally noticed a few light scratches on the surface, but Chris was bothered by them and wanted to do some paint/dent repair prior to allowing us to purchase it. We ended up getting the work done ourselves and Chris knocked the price down and we thought that was more than fair.He even worked with us on some other issues that he didn t really need to, but he did because customer service and satisfied customers are a top priority for him. We are very confident in the quality of the vehicle we purchased. I think Chris and his sons care a great deal about the reputation of the business, and it shows in the manner they do business. Chris, and his sons were easy to work with and we feel more than satisfied with the service we received and the automobile that our kid is so proud to drive around. We feel very comfortable working with him, would make the trip again to purchase from him and would feel comfortable sending family and friends to him.

Rob at California auto connection set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, he was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process with any papper work or questions I might have had. I highly recommend this place I had been looking for weeks at cars they helped me get into something I wanted and got me approved no problem.

This is the second vehicle we have bought for California Auto Connection. It is a nice change to get a honest and fair deal, and Christian is a very stand up guy. We will definitely come here in the future and tell all our friends and family.

Bought a nice truck from here. 2014 silverado.. right in my price range. Only complaint is that they don't want to fill the gas tank up after doing business. I payed all in cash money. And demanded that I get a full tank of gas or the deal was off. Owner made good on the demands and we did business.

If you want a good quality used vehicle at a reasonable price California Auto Connection is where to go. I have purchased my last 2 vehicles from them and have been completely happy. Great guys and very easy to work with!!!

I highly recommend I got a 2018 equinox and I absolutely love it ! Rob was great ! I called ahead of time letting him know what vehicle I was interested in ! He had everything ready when I arrived for a test drive. He was so patient and thorough with me during the buying process. This is a wonderful business !

I have been to multiple car lots that were unable to provide a reliable budget car for me with low mileage, after browsing CarGurus I found this business, though for me it was a 2 hour drive it was definitely worth it. Robb L helped me through financing and he was able to answer any questions I had and was also very polite. This establishment truly is a gem in a coal mine and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

I had been looking for a vehicle for at 2 months and dreaded visiting the car dealerships. You just leave those places feeling like everyone there is out to screw you over. It was a breath of fresh air visiting Cali auto, they were extremely friendly, laid back, 0 pressure. And having a cute dog hanging around the office didn t hurt. I had an excellent experience and would absolutely go back for vehicles in the future. Highly recommend!

With how our world has become now a days it was a wonderful pleasure to be treated with 100% kindness and respect from California Auto Connection. Justin and Christian were AWESOME in giving my wife and I the BEST DEAL on the purchase of our 16 f150. They were GREAT to work with. My buying experience at California Auto Connection was great! I contacted them about a Honda CR-V that they listed online for what seemed to be a really great price. After speaking with Justin about it, I was confident that it was in great shape. I asked him what I could do for them to hold it for me until I could get there in 3 hours. Justin said even though they had many people contacting them about the car they would hold it for me.So I drove 2 hours to see it. When I arrived they had it in the shop washing it up for me. It turned out to be in better shape than expected. I bought it and have owned it for a few weeks and it has been great! I did have one small issue but when I contacted them they took care of it without any questions. Thank you!

Had a great experience. They were not scared to share any and all information they had on the vehicle I purchased and made sure to even warn me about the negatives that can come with the foreign car that I was purchasing. Everyone was friendly and even went the extra mile to accommodate my awkward work schedule that made it hard to get there within their normal hours.

Excellent service. I had a couple of concerns about the brakes on the car before I bought it and they took care of them before I bought the car. They are so committed to excellent customer service and have respect for their customers. They made sure I felt safe driving off their lot with the car. The only negative thing I have to say is that they gave me the car on an empty tank so I had to fill up before I drove two hours home. But despite that, they still get a five star rating from me due to their excellent service and genuine compassion. Plus they have a dog, who wouldn't buy a car from someone with a dog (:

A couple months ago I purchased a 2015 Chevy Traverse from Califorinia Auto Connection.I m not one to write a review about a purchase because it s pretty much the same everywhere. I choose the car I want, they draw up paperwork, and I sign it. Then payJustin, Christian & Melissa are all very honest & true to their word. The service they provide is awesome even after the sale!!I had a few minor issues with the car & they have fixed each one quickly & efficiently & without questionI highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great used vehicle

It was a great car buying experience, because everyone at California Auto Connection was honest, respectful, and worked together as a team. Justin was very patient with answering my questions about the vehicles I test drove, and when I came back the next day, Chris walked me through the buying process with ease. And, I want to especially thank Jason for helping me get my newly purchased RAV4 home.

One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I was skeptical about buying a car from a "used car" lot. I have never purchased a vehicle from this kind of car lot because the people I have always dealt with were pushy, assuming, and just slimy.What a pleasant surprise to find this dealership. Justin was as upfront and honest as you would hope someone would be. The purchase process was easy and did not involve the whole sit at a desk and write offers back and forth for an hour. I would have no hesitation with buying from them again and again!

Friendly, honest, professional and helpful. Justin went the extra mile to do what was needed to ensure a smooth transaction. We got a great deal and are very satisfied with our purchase of a 2014 Mitsubishi Lancer G/T. We feel that California Auto Connections can be trusted and will be there to help if need be. I was in the market for a Honda Accord and Justin set me up nicely. Great price for the year and mileage. Out of all the dealerships I visited he was the only one not to pressure me into buying something right then and there. I returned to his lot after another dealership tried to offer me a Camaro because I mentioned I went through a separation recently : / . If you are looking for a great place to purchase and not become just another sale on the board I highly recommend Justin over at California Auto. Thanks!

Excellent customer service, no pressure sales, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. High quality cars and pricing is designed for the customer, not the dealer...and...wait for it... and a Warranty! Best used car dealership in the area! This is the 6th vehicle I have purchased from them over the past 17 years. Nice vehicles at a fair price. Justin is great, and does not play stupid games like the other dealers. You will be pleased with the service you receive from Chris and Justin.

I helped my daughter buy a used car after she totalled the one she had. I'd heard good things about this dealer. We picked a 2012 Volkswagen Passat. Very clean and my daughter loved it. Only obvious issue was radio was broken. The owner promised to either fix or replace the radio. Well here we are 7-8 months later, no radio and endless BS from these clowns. Not only no radio, we discovered they had filled radiator with stop leak which in turn plugged the heater core. I'd give them no stars if it were a option. Stick with a reputable name brand dealer folks. It's like the old saying "you can pay me now or pay me later". They had no intention to fix the radio and knew it would come to taking them to court. Like I got time for that? I should've known better... shame on me!Your reply is a pathetic attempt to cover the truth. You said you would replace the factory radio with a aftermarket if you couldn't repair it. The radiator fiasco is on me... should've seen the black coolant in the reservoir. Folks will read and believe what they want. We have nothing to gain with this review. You cost me $1000, all I can hope for is to give a potential customer reason for pause

Christian was kind, attentive, a extremely helpful. I was a nervous wreck trying to find a replacement for my totaled van and California Auto took care of me. All of my question were answered with grace and patience. I didn t feel pressured to make a decision and I got exactly what I needed.

I purchased a VW Passat 2017. My experience in was quick, easy salesman was very nice. Sofar its a great car. Its black& I really should of taken more time to inspect the body. It has more flaws in the paint than i originally noticed. It kinda almost looks like hail(?) damage. But i guess in my haste I didnt notice it. Let the buyer beware. So far no big complaints. I love driving the car. Just for the record Im a 50ish woman, if that matters

Can t say enough about these guys , from beginning to end they were incredible. Bought my Jeep from out of state which was a challenge but Chris and Jason bent over backwards to accommodate , including not having my bank anywhere near them in Indiana so they trusted me to leave with the vehicle and pay the following week . That would have been a long ways home for nothing . Great guys , great service , great car . Thanks Guys
