Could not have asked for a better car buying experience! I've purchased more vehicles than I care to admit through the years and this was HANDS DOWN the best and easiest and it isn't close. Was on a business trip, not planning to buy a vehicle. Found one I was looking for, drove 3 hours, everything was waiting for me when I got there. Korey and his team were knowledgeable, helpful, professional and very friendly start to finish! After driving 3 hours I was dreading spending another couple hours at the dealership. Not a problem whatsoever! Came in, test drove it, settled on a price, got approved in minutes, signed paperwork, all in under an hour. I still had 2 hours to drive home and still made it home for dinner! Highly recommend!!!

On my purchase last week of my 2018 Toyota 4Runner TRD off-road from Asian Concepts. It is indeed disappointing to discover hail damage on the roof of the vehicle after the purchase, especially when it was not disclosed to you before the sale.The lack of transparency from the dealership regarding the damage is concerning, and the response from the salesman, who is no longer employed with the dealership, is unfortunate. It is unacceptable to pay a significant amount of money for a vehicle only to find out about pre-existing damage that was not disclosed during the sale process.It is essential for dealerships to be transparent and honest with potential buyers about the condition of the vehicles they are selling. Customers deserve to have all the information necessary to make an informed decision before making a purchase.I would not recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from this place just because of how dishonest they are.

Brandon Ditton was excellent. Got a quality vehicle at a great price. Made the trade in process extremely convenient by doing paperwork and swapping vehicles at our house so we didn't have to make an extra trip back to their location.

I recently purchased a 2018 civic si and I couldn t be happier. Brandon and Griffan were the great salesmen that helped me every step of the way. I would highly recommend Asian Concepts, they re very patient and will make sure you re happy with your purchase.

I understand when you have approvals & customers are ready to sign those trump everyone else.Although my wife did have an approval her down payment was higher. The financial manager informed me he would look at his inventory & see if he could make some numbers work vehicles Never received a callback I even tried reaching back out and still nothing. I know this company sales vehicles everyday & those customers come first BUT your word to a potential customer who had other approvals but rather do business with you should mean something? I rather have gotten told hey we can t help you instead of being lied to!! (German/Asian concept) Just Disappointing!! Trash!

Totally the best experience ever of getting my first car off the dealership!. I just wanna thank them for helping me out on everything I really appreciate . Great service and totally respectful. They ll help out the best way they can , they ll work with you , just honestly the best I ever had of experiencing at a dealership! I love it and I ll love to come here again for my next car !

Worked with Brandon on purchasing a Golf R, which is hard to find at a good selling price! I m from CA, so working with a car dealer 2K miles away left me feeling a bit uneasy. Brandon made things easy and always kept me in the loop with how things were going. I would definitely recommend German/Asian Concepts and shout out to Brandon for all his help with the whole process. Thanks brother!!!

I have recently bought a 2022 WRX from Asian Concepts. Overall my experience was great, the guys there had great communication and were able to answer any and all questions I had. I was talking to Brandon Ditton mostly and he would always text me even past hours to help me out. The guys made the whole process of getting the my new car very quick and efficient, there was really no time wasted. I definitely recommend this dealership if you are looking for a new car, especially since they have a lot of cars that you will not find on other lots.

Overall, had a great experience with this dealership. No b.s. no gimmicks, just straight facts! Got a great price on the Subaru WRX STI I always wanted. Hard to find these cars in such great condition and even harder to find an honest place like this these days that you can actually trust to spend your hard earned money. Special thanks to Griffin the wizard, Darek the kind sales rep, and the owner for working with me on price! Would definitely highly recommend and would definitely return. Thanks again guys!!

James was an amazing salesman, honestly the best we met in our recent car searching experience. He went above and beyond to put us in an amazing vehicle at our budget. Both lots were clean and organized, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the vehicles were much higher value than other lots nearby. Where other reputable dealers laughed at our low budget, or simply didn t respond, James found the perfect van for our family. Thanks again James, we will be back!

We've been taking our Subaru here for a number of years for oil changes. On our most recent visit for an oil change, it was discovered during the vehicle inspection that comes with the service that our vehicle needed brakes. The service tech told us that all of the parts were in stock and they could do it the next day. FANTASTIC !! Asian Concepts has fast, quality service and a friendly staff!!

I had an absolute excellent experience with Brandon Ditton. Brandon took such excellent care of me as I was purchasing a vehicle from out of state so this was strictly an internet sale. He was very patient with me and walked me through the entire process. When my paperwork was slow to arrive (completely USPS issue with snail mail) Brandon was both reassuring and confident, which was the perfect recipe for what I needed. He stayed on top of everything & was very timely with his responses. If it were not for the EXCELLENT customer service that Brandon provided, I wouldn't have purchased a vehicle out of state or from this dealership BUT Brandon was the answer. I would definitely return to German/Asian Concepts. I am sure other salesmen are great there are well but I can vouch for Brandon Ditton. I will be back.The only recommendation I have for the dealership as a whole (which of course has nothing to do with Brandon) is that for out of state sales, using DocuSign or other esigning materials to expedite the process instead of relying on snail mail.Other than that, everything was great.ASK FOR BRANDON DITTON-Angela W. -Baltimore, Maryland

My wife and I had a great experience with Asian Concepts. James is THE man. He had our best interest in mind and genuinely cared about finding the best vehicle for us. Their service team is also super timely and efficient with their repairs. I have nothing but kind words to say about the team here. We will definitely be back.

Honestly my only complaint is getting ahold of the service department, I don t know why the line doesn t automatically connect to someone who is available. Then when I try the german or sales team they just transfer me to the same phone that wasn t getting picked up. All I want is to schedule an appointment, mind you this is the second time i ve had to call the service team 8+ times. The service team is awesome as far as getting things done, but it s just so frustrating when i m calling during opening hours and just not getting the help I need. This whole thing is actually making me regret my choice of purchasing a car here!

Asian Concepts Service will take care of you. I explained my situation and they helped me out the same day.The waiting room is cold and uninviting space but you can browse and look for a new car instead :)

My wife and I purchased a car here. Their salesman Nate found a car that met all of our specifications. He even went above and beyond to find one with a few extra bells and whistles without compromising on our price range! I would highly recommend Asian Concepts and German Concepts to anyone. It's too bad I can't give this review more than 5 stars.

I didn't end up purchasing a car at Asian Concepts but next time I'm in the market it will be one of my first stops. They will definitely work with you to find the car you want in your price range to the best of their abilities. The woman who helped me had been with the company for years and you could tell she is an expert in her field. beautiful inventory and decent prices.

We purchased our 2007 honda pilot with a 5 year warranty. We paid our car off early and still have to take it in for preventative maintenance and 6 month oil changes. Ever since we paid the car off last year they have been gouging us. Last year I had to spend $500 on preventative maintenance (my car was absolutely fine and drove perfectly before taking it in) to keep the warranty valid. LITERALLY TWO DAYS after bringing it home it started acting up and lights started going off on the dashboard. I called them to let them know something went wrong they charged me another $400 to fix the issues (it never had before taking it in for the $500 worth of preventative work) my husband just took it in for its oil change and they said we are spewing oil from the timing chain cover. They were the ones that went in and messed with the timing chain during the $500 preventative maintenance. They said they will cover it if they are the ones at fault (they said that with the $500 service and still charged us another $400.) Wonder what they are going to get out of us this time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING THEIR WARRANTY OR LETTING THEIR STAFF WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE.

They misrepresented themselves and their ability. I trusted them with my car for almost 2 weeks. Now with the run around done, they are telling me that I must take my vehicle somewhere else. The worst part is that I was told there were bad vibes over how much to charge. I guess expecting a vehicle to be fixed by a mechanic in a shop was just asking too much.
