They are always honest and reliable. I trust them 100 percent. Their prices are lower than most. I totally recommend them

Shredded the underneath of my car while towing. Didn t call to tell me about what happened. I found it shredded the next day at the drop site. I called and they lied. Awful company. Will be speaking to someone higher up. I will never recommend to anyone.

We live in Washington and if Wagler Automotive were in Jasper or Bloomington that is where I'd go. It all about trust and the prime reason is Norris.Julie at the front desk is a very good communicator. She always knows the status of my vehicle and is honest in her appraisal of time frames. Regarding the service. Norris attended to all our vehicles at his former place of employment in Washington and was (and is) expert in his diagnostics (especially pre computer sophistication). When Norris fixes anything it stays fixed. When he decided to work at Wagler Automotive we followed him there.And, the cost. Always reasonable especially when I know the service will be expert.

They refused to let my mom have her car the day she was supposed to show up with $100 she showed up with $100 dollars and they wouldn't let her have her car.Service: BatteryService: Battery
