Called last week to setup an appointment to have my vehicle looked at. Literally just looked at to diagnose a rattle in the front end, possibly brakes as well. Person on the phone said bring it in Monday, took down my number, then hung up. Not knowing what time I tried calling back. No answer. I showed up Monday mid morning taking my entire day off of work. The guy there said he never had any record of speaking to me and that he could squeeze me in after he cleared the garage. Said it Should be just an hour or two. I said great I will just wait at home (5 min away) give me a call when your close and I ll drive down. (This was at 11am). I called back at 3pm and was told he was almost there and to wait another few minutes and I would get the call. It is now Tuesday and they haven t call me back and my car is in no suitable condition to get back to work. I ve decided to look for a mechanic over in Warsaw. The only reason there is more than one star on this review is because the other mechanic in town didn t answer period.Service: Auto maintenance

Keith was awesome! I took my van somewhere else at first and really felt like I was getting swindled. He repaired my van timing and was more then fair on rates! I appreciate his speedy repair!

Very quick with oil changes, not one of those shops where if they find other things wrong they try to add it. You want an oil change (or what other service you need) that's what you get. Great on quoting you prices

Honestly, I love this place! l drive from Huntington to Syracuse 4 days a week and Keith has gotten me out of a couple ruts! Once my car overheated and he had to replace the coolant bypass hose on the spot or I would have been stranded. 2nd time I called him from Htgn. He basically save me about $1,300 ! Totally trust him and so reasonable! Nice place!

I will preface this by saying the customer was not me, but my significant other... The "mechanic" is at best a lube technician (Oil change), Has made up what was wrong with a car when he didnt know and told a customer to dump the car because it was unfixable (took it elsewhere and the car was fixed in less than a day). Fails to follow through on his word (ex. Having a car done when it said it would be... ok understandable, but then not calling the customer to tell them, leaving the car locked inside the building with the keys and leaving for a long weekend when the car is needed to go to work before he comes back.) False advertising by the owner saying a mechanic is on site. I wouldnt trust him to air my tires up correctly and then over charging on what the job actually required (parts and labor). You are better off taking it anywhere else.

The car wash needs attention! Only one vacuum worked after driving around lot wasting money on the other 2. Then really came for the carpet shampooer, driving over 30 miles to use it because there isn t any one closer and was disappointed! Didn t suds up at all the first time so thought maybe it needed to work through the lines so entered in another $1.50 only for the machine to eat it and not turn on at all like the vacuum s. So spent $5 only to vacuum the car out once. Where I could have done that in the town I live in and not wasted my time or gas.Service: Auto detailing

Well was told it was 45 bucks by the time they added every fee it was 100 dollars then offered a 5 dollar coupon THAT DIDNT SCAN. So just be aware you will pay WAY OVER THE PRICE THEY QUOTE YOU.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Been using Lake Lube since we moved here. Work is great. On both our vehicles. Prices are reasonable, feel safe with them.

One of a handful of places in the area offering Amsoil brand. I have been going here for years. They have always performed fast accurate service every time I've had my vehicle serviced with them. Usually open 8am to 5 pm during the week and in the morning on Saturdays.

I have a friend who took a car there and they ended up screwing up so badly, now he says he can t fix it? He messed up and won t back up his work, not my idea of a good business!
