Again I ve called petite auto about 80 times the past 3 days! then emailed them, I m being completely ignored when all I want to do is make full payment of which I owe on the vehicle so they can finally register it! It seems to me they been playing this game so the interest builds up and I end up paying more, I m speaking to my lawyer regarding this issue because I should not have to go through so much with a vehicle, making payments and still not having the right for them to register it that seems illegal to me it s been a year and a couple months with this Nissan rogue and I ve been unable to drive it as I don t have plates for the vehicle, how is that fair at all to sell someone a car that supposed to get them to and from work and refuse to go to the dmv and register it! At the time I only owed them 800$ so is it right for them to not have registered the vehicle! They caused me to lose my job as temporary plates on the vehicle was expired , I ended up losing my place as well as I couldn t drive the car to get to work, I ended up getting a ticket when I was driving to moved to Illinois to stay with family as I was homeless! They have caused so much trouble for me, if they had registered the vehicle I would ve been able to work!! Now after all I ve been through working taking the bus everyday, I ve saved the full amount to which I owe and they refuse to answer! It s unexceptionable!

I purchased a 2009 Nissan rogue from them, they never refused to register the vehicle or go to dmv with me even though I only was behind 790$ in payments and I told them I couldn t use the vehicle to get to and from work as the temporary tag was expired, I kept attempting to make payment but having a vehicle that o can t use to get to and from places is not reliable! They have completely stop responding to me!! I ve called several times to make full payment of how much I owe and get the vehicle registered in Illinois and they have just been ignoring me, I don t understand what sort of game their playing with me, it s not right and I ll go on every page they have available to report this on going issue!

The sales manager Sean just went above and beyond to get my daughter in the car she wanted with a lower payment than what we ever thought possible. He even stayed an hour after closing to make sure she got to drive it home that night. I highly recommend this place!!!

My experience the first time was great. The owners worked with me, and they were very nice, but the second and three times, i when there it wasn't so great

My son Ted Robert's was in love with his Mini Cooper. And Sean Cook was patient and did a amazing job. I think my husband will be coming back for a truck! Thanks so much for a good experience!

I am a custom car builder and was looking for a very specific vehicle they had in stock. It was a 4hr drive for me and they answered all my questions ahead of time and held the vehicle for me while I drove there. Once I got there, the vehicle was exactly as described and they went over the vehicle with me and again answered all questions I had honestly. I ended up not buying the vehicle, but that was due to my specific needs and not anything they did. I have dealt with many dealerships over the years and I can tell the good from the bad pretty quickly and they are definitely one of the good ones. Family ran, and honest. Even though I didn't buy the vehicle this time, I look forward to doing business with them in the future
