Always seem to have just what I need or can get it in a very short time. Plus they have so many free services. They replaced my windshield wipers with a smile. Service is always good here.

I don't know what's going on at the North Vernon store but I'm about to stop shopping there all together! I went today to get a Ford C6 transmission pan gasket. I don't know what brand the lady that waited on me found, but she said 38.00 for the gasket and wanted me to pay 12.00 shipping!!! No effort to spend any time looking for a reasonably priced pan gasket! I went next door to AutoZone, where they told me they would NEVER charge a customer shipping charge on a gasket!!! And they hooked me up with said gasket and filter for 12.49!!!! The lady at O'Reilly's was trying to hook me for 50.00$$ for a simple Ford C6 transmission pan gasket!!! If you at O'Reilly's wish to keep my business you're going to have to put more effort into finding me the best possible price for the simple parts!!

Had to purchase a new battery and one of the employees replaced it, rather quickly I might add. Very friendly and very helpful, highly recommend

Since the previous manager left the store became less professional. Borrowed a loaner tool and the employee didn't even know what it was, then was rude the entire transaction as I was checking it out. AutoZone is now my parts store of choice.

Have a commercial account there and they usually treat me pretty well they'll even deliver to Holton if I need them to

They'll put you on hold for 10 minutes while helping customers in the store and then hang up on you
