Went in for an oil change schedule, left disappointed. They've had a '16 Dodge Challenger R/T sitting on their lot for months and months now, who knows it's history, when it first showed up it had less than 8000 miles, and was missing a passenger side front sidemarker that was left unreplaced for months. They still have the car and while dropping my car off today, or attempting to, I inquired about an overnight test drive with the car, now that is has over 16000 miles on it, and the asking price hasn't changed. The sales person I spoke with told me that they simply couldn't do that with that kind of vehicle *sports car* but other vehicles would be ok to do so with. I would need to know what it's like to live with a vehicle like that before considering a purchase, not just a romp around the block in it. It seemed like a good opportunity for both myself and the dealer since they've had the car long enough, it's almost winter and the car is about to go to auction in coming months I'm sure. They have since replaced the sidemarker lens though thankfully.I went ahead and scheduled out my oil change at another CDJRF dealership even though it'll take longer waiting to get my car in.

A+ Trade and Used Car DealMy support staff: Colson Leach, Sales; Mike Garlitch, Owner; Rob Woolwine, Finance.Salesman was engaged, used text and communicated clearly. It was heavy rain when we arrived and they invited my wife and I to pull the trades directly into the service garage for assessment. The trade deal was very fair and predictable. No haggling. We got exactly what we wanted!Finance was a breeze. Very informative and concise. Was able to offset sales price to include extended warranty and found a great rate!Owner was personable and inviting.

Highly recommend!! After dealing with other dealerships that either took hours to respond or unable to answer basic questions about a truck, I was starting to get really frustrated. Than I emailed Jackson and all the frustration disappeared! He quickly and accurately answered every question I had about the truck I was looking at! Jackson and Bill made buying the truck incredibly simple, painless and actually enjoyable! They gave me great money for my trade in also able to get me a extended warranty at a outstanding price. I look forward to doing business with them in the future and well worth the hour drive to the dealership.

The salesman Bill was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They put my family in the most reliable and best car for our situation and provided financing options that worked with our budget as well as offered warranties to help secure our investment. All of the staff was extremely welcoming and attentive. Definitely recommend!!

Very impressed with this small local dealership ! Personally met the owner and he was a young bright minded guy! Did everything he could do to get me taken care of ! They did awesome and kept me up to date on everything they were doing with my van and the price to fix everything that was wrong with my van. It was actually pretty cheap. I will be going back if my ever need anything done to it again. Thank u to yall for helping me get my van back on the road and running good.

Very nice and clean dealership. Wide selection of vehicles We came from almost 3 hrs away. My saleslady Whitney, perfect ! What was promised over the phone on trade in was honored 100/%. My new vehicle very good detailed and so glad we went. Finance dept fast and super easy and no pressure. I would make the drive again no doubt if I see something else I want. Thank you !

I just bought a new Ford Explorer from Family Ford. This is the third vehicle I have bought from them. They make car shopping a breeze. Our salesperson was Jerry- highly recommend! He is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful and will find you anything you are looking for. The finance department and service departments are amazing as well. I definitely recommend Family Ford!

1. They took me home and pick me up instead of making me wait while they worked on my vehicle. Because I didn't have someone to take me home or come and get me.2. They done a professional job and got the job done earlier and expected. Not only saving me money but got my vehicle back the same day instead of the next one.3. The cost was cheaper than was quoted which saved me money. And nowadays who doesn't like that.4. They basically went out of their way to assist me in any way they could.I realize everyone's experience with a business is different. But mine was outstanding in every way.

Parts department got me a part I needed to make it to the car show. He said it would come in this morning and he called me at 7:45 am to let me know! Now this is tip-top customer service! Highly recommended!

This was by far the best vehicle purchase experience I have had. Our salesman Jimmy was very patient with my indecisiveness and happily and throughly navigated us through each vehicle I wanted to inquire about. There was an extensive and competitively priced inventory to choose from, the staff was very friendly and Bill made the financial aspect of the sale seamless and easy to understand from start to finish.

Service department needs to be respectful of their customers. Talking about them in front of them and in front of other customers is disrespectful and disgusting. The sales department has been best to deal with. The service department needs to take the sales department's lead.

I went looking for a good truck. Man did they deliver. I was on a tight budget. I was expecting an old truck just to go back and forth to work. I left with the nicest thing I've ever owned. I didn't brake my budget at all.

My service at Family Ford was phenomenal. My check engine light came on and i took it to Ford of Columbus due to convenience and they tried to screw me over and make me pay for about 6k of work when it should have been covered under my extended warranty. I contacted Denver at family Ford to get his opinion on what to do. He preceded to help me and I had my car towed there and he replaced the problem and had my car back to me in record time. I really appreciate his efforts and his ability to help me through this process. My engine was replaced and COVERED under my extended warranty. i couldn t thank him enough for his work and his transparency with me.

As used vehicles prices and values are continuing to rise, it s not the easiest task to locate the right one for you during these uncertain times. While it may be difficult and have it s own set of challenges with each individual, the family friendly atmosphere and top quality assistance you get from Family Ford is far beyond most. I never felt pressured to make a rash decision even though it s not guaranteed the vehicle you re looking at will be there the following day. They were patient, understanding, and very willing to take the time to located the correct vehicle to fit my needs, physically and financially. I highly recommend this dealership. You won t be disappointed!

Buying a vehicle is friendly and they really help you find everything you need. But, their service department needs work. Twice this year we ve needed them: once for recalls, and once to program a fob. Both times they tried charging us double. Pay attention to your bill.

Spent hours at another dealership trying to get a fair deal... Took a chance and drove an hour to Garlitch and could not be happier! Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Best part, no back and forth, I was given their best honest deal up front. I usually do not write reviews, but the service the and deal was above and beyond. Will gladly drive an hour again to Garlitch rather than spend hours haggling with other dealerships. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
