Had the best experience of purchasing a vehicle. Derek was able to exceed my expectations. He had the deal done in 1 phone call and 3 text messages! I was in and out, signed 3 documents. Car was cleaned and full of gas as well. Absolutely fantastic!!! Thank you Derek!

Saw a nice used car as I passed by the Country lot. Tested drove and hoped to make a fair trade for it. Derek was super easy to deal with, no pressure or games. After a short while we made a deal and I drove off well pleased. This could be the easiest place to buy a car I ve ever seen. Highly recommended.

The best sales experience I have had yet to date. Derek went above and beyond trying to help me out. I live 4 hours away and was interested in a PPV they had on the lot. I asked a few questions and got an immediate response each time. Made a deal and we ran into some issues with taking delivery. Derek went above and beyond and offered as much as sending a driver to pick me up. Now mind you this was probably one of the cheaper vehicles on the lot but he treated me like I was in there buying a $40k truck. Made it in to the dealership and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. No hassle and didn't try to upsell me a million products. Truck was cleaned up and a full tank with a 45 day tag and I was on my way. I greatly appreciate such a smooth transaction. Thanks again team at Country Chevrolet!

Very positive experience. Got the car we wanted at a fair price. Our salesman Tanner Bennett was also very knowledgeable and took the time to explain car features. A big help!

We learned a hard lesson with this place. The salesman told me that everything had been updated, replaced and checked. I should have checked with a mechanic before we made the purchase.We have had this vehicle for less than 6 months and we have over $7,000 of repairs before we can try to sell and get out from under this nightmare. The front lower control arms, the bearings, rear shocks, and brakes all need to be replaced.Don't trust these people. Get a mechanic to verify what they're telling you before you make a costly financial mistake.

My wife and I purchased a vehicle from Country last year and we had an excellent experience. Tanner was a fantastic sales associate to work with. Not only did we get a generous offer on our trade-in, but I felt the pricing on the vehicle we purchased was fair and slightly below what other dealerships were asking. Our experience has continued to be great whenever we bring our vehicles in for service.

Rec'd answers to questions about my newly acquired truck from Country Chevolet, although my problems were not resolved. I did understand the reason why and make my adjustments accordingly. I shall not hesitate to call upon Country in the future.

I had an appointment to have my truck serviced and not only did they do a great job, they did it all in less than an hour. I also had a great conversation with Mr. Bennett and another customer while waiting and that made it seem like the time went by too fast! Country Chevrolet has always done right by me and I will continue to give them my business.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Country Chevrolet. In particular my salesman Brad Bennet, went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I purchased a used 2016 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD, which had no warranty. A few days after my purchase the key fobs intermittently quit working. I wasn't happy but hey, it's a risk you take when you buy a used vehicle. I contacted service and took the vehicle in but they said it didn't mess up. The next day I had problems again, so this time I contacted my salesman Brad, and he said to bring it back in and they would make it right. I took it back in 4 times as they tried different things, including a new body control module, to fix it, and each time they gave me a loaner vehicle. I definitely wasn't happy about the inconvenience of having to bring it back, but I was thoroughly impressed that they were going to stick by their word and make things right. In the end they got it fixed and I love my new to me truck. Thank you for being a stand by your word dealer! This was a used truck and by all rights they could have said it was sold "as is", but evidently that's not how they do things and I'll definitely be back. Thank you to everyone there!

Pleasant people in service. They were great to work with. The service included satisfying a GM recall request. Along with that an oil change and tire rotationwere completed. All was done in the time that the service representative said it would take. I was very happy.

It could not have been easier. Brad Bennett and his team were professional, got me exactly the car I needed, and the process could not have been easier trading my car in and get the new one. I would recommend over and over and over again.

It took some time getting my parts in but the service guys kept me updated with what was going on with my car and when it would be ready!! 10/10 will be coming back for all my service needs!!

Tanner really helped my mom with buying a truck and finding the right truck for her. The pricing was fair and the service was phenomenal. Really appreciate Tanner and everyone at Country! We'll definitely be back and will send our friends there.

My experience here was amazing!! Charlie made me glad I chose them from the very first meeting with her. She dealt with the estimate, dealt with the insurance company and kept me updated on the progress of the work on my car. She made sure I had a loaner vehicle to drive while my car was being repaired. She was very knowledgeable and explained every step of the process. Always smiling and cheerful and helpful in every way.

My wife and I stopped in to look at corvettes. They had several. I was pleasantly surprised at the low-pressure sales staff. It's a laid-back back environment. They seem easy to deal with.

The staff was friendly, professional and did not charge ridiculous doc fees. We drove over an hour and a half to purchase a vehicle here and will be returning in the future because of their honesty and friendliness. They made our vehicle buying experience the best we ve ever had! We were in and out from test driving to driving away in our new vehicle in two hours! The owner of the company even helped move personal belongings over to our new truck. You won t find that anywhere else!

Charlie in the body shop is an absolute Rockstar! She is always friendly and does everything in her power to make sure you are in and out with the fastest, most efficient service possible. She also does all the back and forth with the insurance companies which is a God send. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
