I have never dealt with people like you have working for you in this store! They are the best! They don't seem to think anything of going out of their way to see you leave a happy customer, and it's always with a smile and good humor. Please don't change a thing, and tell your people how much they are appreciated.

The manager Steve has went above and beyond his expectations helping my fianc� and I any time we come in for parts, as well as his crew is always full of life and love to crack jokes with anyone who walks in, makes you feel like family!

Went in to pick up brand new lugnuts. Service was solid but I found the employee very unknowledgable about a very simple topic that he should have known nor did he ask another employeefor help. By the way he still doesn't know they fit, so he's didn't learn anything new.

Been a mechanic for 25 years and this is the WORST!!! parts store I have ever had the displeasure of doing businesses with. Won t be back! If you can t get parts to the customer on time what s the point. Put on hold for 20 min just to check on arrival and then lied to saying it was there when it was not. Employees are rude and more concerned with stuffing their face rather than greeting customers.

Guy named Vinny was very rude when I went to get my brakes. He argued with me when I told him it was the front brakes and tried to tell me I said back brakes I said please I don t wanna argue about it and would you please just give me the back brakes then he got me back brakes for 2010 and said that s what I said when I said a 2002 I know the year of my car then he got mad and walked away and asked somebody else to wait on me. It was ridiculous. Never seen anybody act like that before in there. I ll never go back from now on. I ll go to o Reilly s. It s right next-door.

The employees are always helpful and make it extremely easy to repair your vehicle yourself or knowledgeable on where to take it and a ball park idea of what's wrong with it. I am there quite frequently and Steve has helped me the last 5 times I'd say. He is so helpful and informative. I will always support this place because of the amount of time and care that the employees have invested in helping me. I haven't ever felt like i was being upsold anything that was unneeded.

The manager was awesome. My account wasn't cold so he explained and gave me his opinion on the free-on and hose he liked the best, which were both sold together. I was indecisive of 2 different types. He dropped the price down $5 and it came with a $15 rebate for an Auto Zone gift card on the one he told me he preferred. He explained to me how to use the hose and digital gage. And I said "YOU got it". He came out to my car after helping the other customers first, to walk me through how to do it. A gentleman parked next to me helped me and all was good. By the time the manager came out, the job was done. I wish I would have gotten his name. But he, and probably everybody else that goes there knows what his name is. I'm sorry guy. But I will say, you gave excellent customer service and made everything easy for me when I had no clue what I was doing. Thank you so very much. I want to purchase from him, personally, at the North Vernon, IN Autozone every time from now on. But I know that won't be possible every time. But I will stand in the line at his register and let people behind me go ahead to the next open register. I was so happy, I'm still so happy. No offense to the other employees at the register. That was actually my first time to go in and purchase by myself. I'm sure the other employees are great too because they work for an excellent manager. Next time I need something, I will be confident to walk in and make my purchase all by myself, and hope that, that manager is there. Happy 4th of July everyone at Autozone and God bless!

The guys here are always extremely helpful. I m pretty out of my element when it comes to cars, but I m pretty hands-on. If there something these guys are comfortable with doing go put me in the right direction and give me the knowledge to do it. It s amazing what a little bit of guidance will do when these guys are always more than willing to help

This past Sunday evening I went to the North Vernon Auto Zone and I needed help with my older BMW. A gentleman who worked there helped me and was so nice and professional. I forgot his name but I really appreciate him, and his help! It was yucky weather and he went outside with me and got all of my issues fixed and I was so happy! Thanks so much!

Went in to have some wiper blades put on my Terrain & the employee was very nice, gave helpful advice also. Great prices. Great costumer service!! I am closer to Madison but will always come here. The guys are great

I have always had a great experience at Autozone and they have always had what I was looking for in stock!! But the last three times I have been in I have had the same guy helping me and ringing my purchases up! This is the reason I went with four stars rather than five because (and this is not easy to say because all people have bad days) this gentleman does not smile, does not make eye contact, is smug, just all around not welcoming! Now I am not basing this on one experience I have been in to the North Vernon branch 3 or 4 times in the last month! Everyone else has been really helpful actually went over the top to find what I need and suggest something if need be!! The store is very clean and is COVID safe! I really hope I can continue to use the location as my go to place! Thanks!

I can't say the service was bad as I didn't actually receive any. Stopped in to pick up a couple items.and couldn't get anyone to take my money, neither counter guys would even make eye contact or acknowledge I was there. Waited for 6-7 minutes while the helped new walk-in customers and answered the phone as I stood there money in hand. I walked out, I can get an oil filter damn near anywhere and I can assure the management that I won't be buying anything here in the future.

Big 10 shout-out to the guys in North Vernon AutoZone for spending the time to find me a pan gasket for my C6 transmission!! 12.49.O'Reilly's next door had no desire to spend any time helping me find this part!!! The lady looked it up and said 38.00 for the gasket and 11.00 shipping! And wouldn't be here till May 11th May 11.. realizing this lady had no desire to help me find something more affordable I said no thanks, I'll go to AutoZone. I've never been asked to pay a shipping charge on something as Petty as a transmission gasket!!Again thank you all at AutoZone for going that extra bit to satisfy your customers!!Dave.

Was in North Vernon on business when my alternator went out. Barely made it to the auto zone and was in a panic. The team there was just amazing at helping me out. They didn't have my part on hand but were able to call the hub just prior to the delivery truck leaving and got it on for delivery within just a couple of hours. They then proceeded to call all of the service stations in the area to see if they could help me out. There was finally one person who was able to help and I was able to get home back to Columbus Ohio the same night. Just exceptional service there and much appreciated (especially you Brian!).

Actually talked with a employee that didn't treat me like I was a dumb woman. Last year I was treated like I didn't know what I'm talking about. And ignored my requests as such.Told me to send my husband back next time. Since he's dead that was hard to accomplish
