Hit a deer with my BRAND NEW 2023 RAV4. Ken and Tammy s was the only body shop within a reasonable distance willing to take the car and start working on it right away, whereas everywhere else was a 2+ month wait to even look at the car. They came and towed the car the next day. They fixed everything, down to the last detail, and had it looking like nothing even happened. They even cleaned and detailed my car when I came to pick it up. They are very honorable and professional people and they do amazing work! Highly recommend.

Very efficient, friendly staff. Repairs on car were done correct & in a timely manner. They even delivered my car to my home as I was unable to drive after surgery. Five big Gold stars!

Before today (I could not figure out how to do this) several years ago I had a disagreement with a NiPSCO pole on a right turn in LaCross. They came right out and towed my car to the shop. Ken was very, very helpful plus directed me on the process for repair and insurance. I had not had an accident previously that I could remember. They did a wonderful job!! About 2 years ago I collided with another car, but was able to drive to the shop. Again Ken was so helpful in explaining my options, so I could make an informed decision about repair.Currently my car seems rather low to the ground so I caught the black part under the front bumper and pulled it down so it dragged on the ground Again Ken fixed the area in less than 20 hoursThe shop is wonderful, personable, professional, and kind. Ken goes above any standards to accommodate the customer....the work is fabulous I can't even tell where it was fixed. I couldn't be more satisfied...was a great experience

Super nice people to work with. Got my car done quickly, repairs were great, the car was returned spotless inside and out. They even handled everything with the insurance company for me. I can t praise this shop enough! They did excellent work on my car and the customer service was incredible. I love this mom and pop shop, people like them are why I always try to support local. This will be my go-to shop from now on.

Broke down in the middle of nowhere in the middle of the night, and they arrived within a half hour of my call. They were very careful in the handling of my car, and got me where I needed to go. If/when I need a tow again, this is where I'm spending my money.
