This is a warning if you want to come waste your time here in this place, these people did not want to change the oil in my pickup because I had the new version of the oil filter that the Ford dealer gave me because it was not in the book of the store (the one they have written in their book is discontinued) therefore their products are outdated for that reason they sat me waiting for more than 8 hours until a manager understood the situation and authorized it, then the manager wanted to place a 5W 20 in my engine that had at the moment +150K another error, being that I bought the correct Mororcraft oil for a Ford F 450 of that mileage that the Ford dealer himself gave me, a real headache, bad service, disrespectful attitudes , etc. They finally made the change, this was really the worst service I ever had at 46 years old.

Drove to Walmart only for them to tell me after confirming over the phone that I could come in that they were down to two people working, would still have to get a lunch later, and I would have to sit and wait until 2 or 2:30 to be serviced.This unfortunately was at 8:30 am.Needless to say I left since he said I couldn t be on a waitlist or come back at that time (2pm).Who could really sit for all those hours hoping to get seen? This wasn t the emergency room This was for my car!

I came one evening before 7, and I understand that Google has the hours wrong. So I tried to come back within the hours they have posted outside the garage doors, midday, but again the auto center was closed. Should take the whole place off the results when someone googles walmart auto center.

I have been here several times, the people working here are never willing to work, they have bad attitude and 0 customer services knowledge. Is the cheapest place to get stuff for your car but it's not worth the horrible service they do

Said they had my Tires. Drop off vehicle and got a call and they said did not have the tires.... said I take different tires.....then they called.. said can't get tires off.....I took rims off my self no problem.......... Walmart Car Care is Trash.... never again.

App says appointments start at 7A, made one, went there. All the signs say they open at 8A. Called, lady stated yeah, corporate won t change the website. They think we all work 7-7. I guess they don t pay enough for someone to notice an appointment was made and to notify the customer that s not true. Looks like from other reviews that they have poor customer service.

You can t beat the price of a Walmart oil change nd I have never had a problem but the wait times can get to be ridiculous. Otherwise it would be a 5.

No matter when I go, time of day of the week, or how many cars they have in/around the bays, they always say it's a 3hour wait. I just say ok and they get me in within 20-30 min. max. Other than that they've been great. Well Anderson IN customer service is awful I'll never go back there. All the others I've been to they are great!

Not happy that I got here before 7am because that s what the website says, but it doesn t open until 8am. Now I m third in line because I left for 10 minutes to grab coffee.

Terrible customer service. They love to stand around and watch you wait for one of them to come take your service request. They will tell you it will take over 3 hours to try and get you to leave. Pathetic work ethicService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Horrible service. People see you through the windows and ignore you. Nobody at the store has any idea how the online ordering piece works. They've lost one full order of tires and 1/4 of another one. They refused to install one set of tires and had to drive across the parking lot to a real tire store where there were zero issues. Good prices on tires, but a complete clown show.Only reason they got one star is because google won't let me give zero.Service: Tires

I never receive any sort of customer service when I'm here and often it seems like it's just an inconvenience when you come in for any service and they always tell you it's going to be 3 hour wait but then it is never a 3 hour wait it just seems like they want to get you to go somewhere else. The last two times that I went here they told me the exact same thing a 3-hour wait.Service: Oil change

The auto staff are not friendly at all. They act like they re doing me a favor. I told the guy to call me when it was done cuz I needed my car back that night and he never did. I went back and they were closed! No idea where my keys were, asked for help and the Mgr on call wasn t nice right away either. Did we all forget how to treat people??? I m afraid to ever go back. I live minutes away but I ll drive farther in a heartbeat to get decent service.

Friendly staff and cheap prices, but be prepared to wait. They always seem to have a long queue of service--very understaffed. If you don't need your car for a bit it's probably fine, just have a ride ready.

Asked for pit crew oc. At payment they charged me for standard. Acted confused on how to rectify the $14 difference. This seems to be a common upcharge tactic. Avoid this place at all costs.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Great service and nice staff. Did not have to wait , the guy at the counter realized that it was a quick fix, so he walked out with me to take a look at my car and fixed it immediately.

Absolutely the most pathetic auto service I have ever seen! 3 techs, 2 hours, and they have only managed to complete 1 oil change. Yes, there are cars just sitting as they take turns working.

worst experience ever! got an oil change and they forgot to put the cap back on! in the oil filter they took out two parts and forgot to put them back. it could of internally damaged my car. went back the next day to tell them my oil light was on & the kid asked Siri how to reset my oil RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. never going back there. it's a bunch of idiots thinking they know how to work on cars!!

Don t know why there are so many bad reviews. I had a WONDERFUL experience. Everyone is super kind and professional. They did a wonderful job on my car. I will continue to bring my car here.

It took a while, as they were busy, but the staff were nice and straightforward. If you have a VW, specifically a Jetta, this is the place for you, $50 for an oil change and vacuuming just about.

**PAINT DEPARTMENT** The last three times I ve been at the paint department I ve waited 15-20 minutes for service. I m currently waiting for someone now, that s why I had enough time to write this review. This is a joke and disrespectful! 120 workers per shift, 4 registers open and it still takes this long for help.

One star is too much for their services, they need to learn customer service and also tell you the right time , they 45mn for oil change there is only two cars in front of me i come back after 45mn my car wasn't even touched, the way they talk to you and welcome you sucks

Arrived at 7:10 am for a battery and was told it would be a 3 hour wait due to short staff and they had to unload a semi with tires. Not good planning on staffing Had to go elsewhere
