Service department was great! I had lost a pendant that fell off a necklace between the front seats. Husband and I searched and searched and couldn t find it. Took the SUV into Tom Wood on 146th Street. Steve McGuire, service mgr., looked himself for over an hour. Finally said I would have to make an appointment to have the seat pulled. Brought the vehicle in the next morning, and Justin, found the pendant next to the center console almost completely under the carpet except a tiny piece still showing! Thank goodness for sharp young eyes! Cried happy tears when Justin brought it to me! Can t say enough good things about Steve and Justin. Two great guys providing wonderful service!! Thank you for your attention to detail! You two are the best!!

Great experience with the service team! Blake was super friendly and got my car in and out as quick as possible. He explained everything thoroughly and was very knowledgeable.

I set up an appointment for oil change and front wiper replacement and they were able to get me scheduled within a week of calling. When I mentioned I would need to leave by a particular time to pick up my kids from the bus, the whole staff worked together to make it happen. I was willing to reschedule my appointment if necessary and they were going to get me back in within two days, but I was so appreciative of the entire staff for making it happen that day. I believe the tech took his lunch late to accommodate my vehicle. The dealership is super nice and clean and even has a kids play room. I ve been to other VW dealerships in the area, and will continue to keep using Tom Wood in Noblesville because they are by far the best.

Steve, the service person was very helpful, he kept me up-to-date with all needed services and explained #Warranty and other car details. I really appreciate Steve taking the time to answer oh my questions.

Bought my car here a year ago in January and had an amazing experience with Masonn. He put me in my dream car and now that it s a year later, I wanted to get some maintenance done to keep my car in good shape. Brought it back up to Tom Wood and had nothing but an amazing experience. The specials on the website are amazing and everyone was super kind and not pushy trying to get me to pay for stuff I didn t need. Will definitely be back for future services!!!

Service staff always communicates how long service should take so you know how long your wait should be. The waiting areas are nice and clean. Text communication is great as well to let you know when your vehicle is done. Thanks to the gentleman at the service desk we will have several new places to eat at when we area.

Staff very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Steve was especially reassuring to me. Replaced two recall parts in reasonable amount of time. My VW Passat is due for service soon and I will definitely take it to Tom Wood in Noblesville.

Diagnosed in a timely manner by the technichian. The only reason I will not give 5 stars was because setting up the appointment to get my car fixed after diag was a hassle. Luckily Tammy in parts made it less of a headache on me. Tammy was very nice and understanding of the situation and helped greatly . Blake Bylsma the service advisor told me everything and explained everything very diligently and answered all my questions to the best of his abilities. Everyone seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. Only complaint was trying to set up the next appointment over the phone.

Wonderful service department! I thought my tire pressure light went off from the cold weather. Blake checked it out and found a nail in the tire. He had it repaired immediately...I was back on the road within an hour. Couldn't be more pleased!!

Steve was very helpful. Worked with me to find all the items wrong with my car. Provided me with a loner car when my parts were in on time and I would come back to tom wood anytime.

Steven did fantastic job keeping me updated through text and phone calls , my only disappointment is the part is on national backorder and I m not sure how long it s gonna be before I get my car fixed but that s not Tom Wood s fault

Took my vehicle in for a recall, while there I had them check out a dome light not working properly. Service advisors were friendly but they have the highest diagnostic fees in the Midwest.

Needed a quick tire rotation, was at Costco next door & just tried my luck. My non-VW was done literally as I was checked out. Nice facility & people. One of the mgrs (Geoff) was extremely helpful and the service here was great!

My car was brought in to be repaired, waited two days to get the pardon they installed. The part said it was fixed. It s still doing the same thing. I have messaged my advisor via text three or four times and still not getting a response from him of when I can bring it back in again.
