The communication, service, care, and general help that we experienced this first time using The Noble Mechanic was amazing. I was looking for a reliable place to bring my 2012 Town and Country minivan that was experiencing serious oil leaks -- we were hoping to get another couple of years out of her so wanted to see if this was repairable. We figured it wouldn't be cheap but we wanted the job done right and feeling good about where we took our vehicle. I read the reviews and we decided to try them out. The service alone blew us away. There were great at communicating all my vehicle's needs, what they suggested, pictures, you name it! Everything was in our report and we got to pick and choose what we could work on first and know what we needed to keep an eye on in the future. And even when all the work was done, Amy was there with friendly service and helped me arrange for their service person to pick me up so I could pick up my vehicle. Highly recommend The Noble Mechanic to anyone looking for a place with good, friendly, knowledgeable people who care. We will take all of our vehicles here!

They did amazing work on my vehicle. I had 3 grand done in axle and ball joint replacement and it was fast, Very affordable and stress free. They did a whole look over of my vehicle and got me and my family back on the road quick and affordable. They got a customer for life now!!! Thank you The Noble Mechanic my car drives like it's NEW!!

I can t speak highly enough about my experience with The Noble Mechanic. The staff went above and beyond with not only my brake repair and car assessment, but they even went so far as to make sure I had a loaner vehicle for a couple a days so I could still get to work and get the kids to their activities. When I approved the repairs, they had my car done the same day! Outstanding job, guys! You re now my go to for car repairs.

Great local repair option. We had a rattle in our Highlander that another shop (dealer) had failed to fix in 2 tries and $1300. These folks fixed it quick and for a tenth of that amount.We will be back and have found our new mechanic.Also, they email you pictures on all repairs/findings. Very good communication. The after hours key drop is also a nice add.

Just an absolute first class operation! Thorough estimate with photos and documents. Service was on point with everything completed that was chosen by me to be done. Scott was great at answering phone system and giving information as needed and even the payment options were a wonderful bonus. Couldn't have been happier and look forward to bringing my pickup and little car back in the near future.

Received great service here! Everyone was very friendly and the issues I had with my vehicle were explained to me fully so I understood what was wrong. Vehicle was fixed on the same day. Quick, courteous service! Highly recommend!

Very honest and trustworthy mechanic; fair with pricing and they provide pictures to show you the condition of any part that needs repaired; they have provided both a courtesy car and uber ride for me to work, which is above and beyond what I expected. Will continue to go back to service and repair our 4runner.

Pleasantly surprised at how clean their facility is. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Be prepared to wait about 2 hours for first oil change because they thoroughly evaluate your car and even provide you with pictures of their analysis. They do have a shuttle service if needed.

I dropped off my work truck for - what I hoped would be - a simple solution to non-start problem. It quickly became apparent that my repair was going to be major job costing thousands of dollars.When you walk in the front door you know that this is not going to be a typical auto shop experience. You are enthusiastically greeted and know that you are in good hands.I am so glad that these folks had my truck. Due to the escalation of my engine problems and major supply problems this job took nearly month. that being said - these folks communicated with me nearly every day. I have over 50 photos of diagnosed problems and the repairs. There were absolutely no surprises (beyond the scope of the project).I told them what my budget was and they stuck to it. I am sure that they performed a few additional repairs beyond my budget, but they stuck to it.The work wasn't cheap, but the peace of mind and the final result were worth every dime.Service: Engine repair

The Noble Mechanic gives one a complete analysis of the health of one's vehicle, which can be shocking if you're driving a POS like me. That said, they distinguish between necessary and unnecessary repairs and we're able to accommodate me when I explained I didn't want to sink a ton of money into an aging car. They helped me settle on some modest repairs that will hopefully keep me on the road for another couple years at least.

I highly recommend using The Noble Mechanic! My car has over 100,000 miles and I knew I needed maintenance repairs completed. I am very happy I chose to come here. Amy and the whole staff provided wonderful customer service and were prompt in their evaluation recommendations. I trust their opinion and know I am driving in a safer vehicle thanks to their expertise! This is one of the few shops in the area that you can actually trust. They re honest and thorough with their inspections and work. I have found their pricing to be very reasonable as well. When I can t do it myself, I always go here.

I went to them because I saw they had good reviews and my car was making a new noise. They said my transmission had failed and that the total to get my car back on the road would be $16,000 including a new transmission. I took it to another mechanic I knew in Edinburg who switched out my front wheel bearings and transfer case for $3,000. My car has been driving great since. So glad I got a second opinion. It saved me $13,000!

Received fantastic service. Amy did a wonderful job explaining how the initial health check would work. Courtesy car provided was a life saver! Scott did a great job explaining each picture and what was the problem with our truck. Service was prompt, pictures were clear & explanation was concise. We found this garage after a bad experience at our long time oil change place. They did a great job, communicated well, followed up, & were very professional from start to finish. This was extremely important to us after our last experience. They also let me know if I book after 9am they offer a shuttle. As I am usually towing around two kids this is extremely helpful.Service: Oil change

Service was amazing! Shane and Amy helped me out when every other dealership couldn't take a look at my Jeep Compass. Their communication and service was great along with the turn around time! Also was informed that they offer loaners if they had to keep my car for a few days! If I could rate them 10 stars...I would. 10 out of 10 highly recommend! I had such a fantastic experience with this shop! The team is incredibly supportive, going above and beyond to accommodate my schedule by giving me rides back home while they work on my car. I love that they keep me in the loop with regular updates and even send pictures of the repair progress. It's so reassuring to know they genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend this shop for their excellent service and attention to detail!

Noble Mechanic took a problem no one else could figure out (or gave much effort to figure out) and my car runs like new now. Communication was awesome and they did everything they could to get it fixed in a timely manner. I will definitely take my car here for everything from oil changes to major mechanical repairs (hopefully nothing major for a while now). Shane made sure I knew what was happening every day. I highly recommend Noble Mechanic. 5 stars in my book.
