Walked in and was greeted by an energetic lady, Diana! She was very thorough and walked me through all my options. She listened to my needs and helped guide me to a unit that fit them perfectly. Sign up was easy, quick and smooth. Looking forward to renting my unit here for years to come.

The customer service in this office is amazing! The two ladies that help me out were so helpful. Finding a storage facility that made me feel comfortable was a very big concern of mine but after speaking with the staff at this facility I knew that I had made the right decision I recommend this facility for anyone that might be in the market for storing their personal belongings. The pricing is excellent. Facility is clean. And the people there will make you feel like you left your belongings with a friend!

JaNelle was efficient, quick, and super friendly as well as informative! I searched about 5 different places before I came in and was not disappointed. They made sure I got the first month free discount and a unit that suited my needs perfectly. I highly recommend!

The staff at this location have been so unbelievably helpful and compassionate... About 3 months ago, I arrived at this location 10 min before closing time, and had been on the phone with Diana for about 10 to 15 minutes prior to my arrival.. this was the worst day of my whole year I would say, I was a total emotional mess and in tears when I arrived and during our phone call.. I kept apologizing because of my behavior, and Diana would respond reminding me that it was all okay..toiana was so soft spoken and patient with me while she took my information to set me up with a unit quickly.. I was being kicked out of my roommates house at the time after he was very hateful during an argument of miscommunication..I had only $60 toMy name and she was able to work and it and was able to get me an indoor unit which is absolutely fantastic.. I eventually towards move out time finally had received my housing and was excited to move in except for the fact I had fallen behind on my storage payment since I am low income.. once again I worked with Diana to decide how and when I was going to move out of the unit.. she once again was extremely helpful and very kind through this process.. I am a Section 8 recipient and very very low income she was very understanding and empathetic to my situation enough to get my late fees removed so that I would only have to pay the monthly payment.. this is extremely helpful for people in my situation and she was quick to do it without any hesitation and only results focused mindset.. she has been a fantastic help to me and a huge part of my move in life-changing situation and she didn't even know it, an angel in disguise you could say.. I know that she had to consult with management to make all this happen for me and I would like to thank them as well for being understanding and lenient with me and helping me work through this process it was emotional and difficult to navigate for myself but this team of people made it possible and made it seem easy and took all of my stress away .. this is my official recommendation to this location everyday all day.. anytime that anyone that needs a place to store their belongings this facility is clean, the grounds are clean, the units are good size, there is not a lot of traffic so you don't have to worry about running into other people or cars being parked in the way while you load and unload your things, and it is conveniently located so that if you need to somewhat stop by regularly to get day-to-day belongings that you had forgotten you can do that.. I don't know what I would have done without them thank you so much storage sense for all of your help!!!

The move in process is quick and easy. Diana was very friendly, helpful and seemed sympathetic to my life situation that brought me to needing storage. I recommend this facility for the simple process, good promotions, no time frame commitment, the cleanliness, and most of all the knowledge and support of the two ladies who work there!

The rental process was quick and easy and the only minor hiccup I had (which was partially my fault) was taken care of very quickly by the ladies in the office. Facility was clean and easily accessible. Great experience!

the office staff are so kind. After being scammed by a moving company (Beacon Moving). I was left standing there with a full storage unit and a full trailer of items. The ladies in the office allowed me to put my trailer of items in an available unit until I could figure out how to move my things to Florida. The unit was regularly $179. She let me use it for only $60.00!! I ended up renting a truck 4 days later. I can't thank them enough!!

Janelle was very helpful through the rental process. She previewed 3 units for me before my arrival on-site, and had detailed descriptions of each. She had a recommendation based on information I had shared with her regarding what I would be storing. She then offered to take me to see all 3 units. We only viewed the one she recommended, as it was perfect.She then completed the rental forms, explaining all of the paperwork thoroughly.

Walked in to get pricing both ladies were amazing and super helpful. After a few days of review and thinking about making the switch I finally made a decision and decided to come join this storage center the enrollment process was a little slow do to internet and computer issues but overall it was a great experience quick and easy.

Happy with our 5 x 10 storage unit! It was easy to switch from our 10 x 15 and Janelle and Diana made it super simple to pickup the keys and show us to the unit. This unit is perfect for our needs!

I had never rented a storage unit before. Scott is super efficient and competent. He explained everything very clearly, answered all my questions with kindness and confidence. He walked me to the unit and showed me how the things worked. He gave me the codes for entry into the facility and then made sure that I was able to open the gates with the code. We set up auto pay at the time and I was on my way in 15 minutes from the time I arrived.

The agent was on location and immediately helpful. He was informed, clear and thorough, but also patient. A+ for Scott.Storage Sense compares favorably to another storage facility we looked at, where no person was on duty and we were told by a voice coming out of a touch screen that we had to make an appointment in order to get our questions answered.
